Ordered on the app. Not the first time. They did get it wrong before but I was okay with it. But what I received this time was disappointing. Did not get veggies I asked for and more mayo in the sandwich than meat or veggies. Was so disgusted that I drove back with the sandwich. Girl was very argumentative and was refusing to remake the sandwich. After arguing with her and she admitting that it did not have everything that was asked for.. she made a call after I asked for a manager. The manager told her to remake the sandwich and she still had a very bad attitude. She escalated the situation when it should've been just a remake after I brought the sandwich back. This subway is terrible. If you order on the app, they get it wrong and skimp on the sandwich filling. And they are argumentative and have terrible customer service. read more

only one person was working and was super slow and ignored what i was saying multiple times. won't return to this location again.

Placed order online to pick up. Ham sandwich was supposed to be toasted with provolone. Wasn't toasted, had no cheese, and lacked vinegar and oil. Also, there are no extra lettuce and tomatoes. Wasn't a good sandwich. My veggie sandwich lacked lettuce, even though I requested extra. Had a few small tomatoes (most were iridescent/old), requested extra. Also after a few bites tasted off. Jalapeños were rotten. It's completely disgusting. Threw the sandwich out. Will never go back to this location. Picked up last night at 8 pm. Was completely slow, so there was no reason to have sandwiches this bad. read more

The workers were very nice. Pretty typical Subway. Clean and well taken care of. Turkey day! Ordered a turkey avocado on spinach wrap. Pepper jack cheese. All the veggies. Extra jalapeños. Pretty big wrap. All the ingredients put in looked really fresh and yummy! Got bbq baked chips and a drink too. The new, more modern version of fountain drinks is really great! You get to tap the computer screen to pick what you want. Chose diet vanilla cherry soda. It was really good! Nice change. Easy check out and took the food home to eat. The turkey wrap was really delicious! Great veggies. The turkey meat was tasty! Even better with the pepper jack and extra jalapeños. Added a great spicy kick! The baked chips tasted really good with the wrap too! Great lunch! Delicious! Great service! Really good food! Highly recommended! read more

I like going to this subway specifically because it is never too busy. The toppings always look fresh and they have very good workers who work there. They always help out and look like they want to be there! I've never had a bad experience there and I go one a month at least. read more

I went in today, Kamal was the employees name, I witness her not remove her gloves after making my sandwich, she proceeded to ring me up, still with her gloves on, then proceed to touch a pen and put it away, after I paid I saw that she went back to attending the other customer, still with the same gloves on. Very unsanitary. read more

I had kinda written Subway off for a few years there. There are so many great sandwich options in Fresno, and particularly in this part of town, that I started going to those. A lot of Subway locations had also gotten pretty substandard so I stopped going. This one is close-by though, and one day I felt like something simple and familiar so decided to give it a try. It's a nice location, big with plenty of seating, high ceilings. Always cool and clean. They've kept it up nicely. The staff are friendly and I haven't had to wait behind more than 2 other customers so far. There are some new items on the menu - new breads, different cheeses, some higher-end options than the old classics. I still usually go for a 6" tuna sub, and I haven't been disappointed. The bread's the same as ever, their American cheese is nice and salty, and the veggies have been fresh. I had a bite of my husband's meatball sub after visiting the other day and they're as good as they used to be way back. They've cut down on waste quite a bit - less paper, paper bags instead of plastic, when they do give you a plastic bag it's a thin one. All the chips and drinks etc are stocked up. 4 stars rather than 5 only because it's Subway, there's only so good it can be! The sandwiches are put together, especially the tuna, can still be a bit schloppy. Overall, happy this is still here and the price is right. read more

I usually don't give negative reviews, but this is well warranted. When my daughter and I walked in our shoes were sticking to the floor and it was extremely dirty. So much so the dad behind me held his son the entire 25 minutes it took to make two basic foot long "Spicy Italian" sandwiches. He even told his son when he was wanting to get down, that the floor is disgusting and dirty he doesn't want him close to it. So the little boy kept saying "ewwwe the floor is gross" Both girls seemed uninterested in helping clients and acted like it was a major inconvenience as if their mother asked them to do chores. I let the girl know I wanted a foot long on white bread, not toasted. She then proceeded to ask me "a 6" white?" I said foot long white bread, not toasted. She asked "6" toasted?" I repeated "foot long", ( I proceeded one thing at a time slowly from that point on). She asked if I wanted it toasted...I replied, "no thank you". Then told her "Spicy Italian and the spicy pepper jack cheese" she said, "the cheese & what meat?" I repeated. She said they are out of the cheese. Then she asked if I was done with my sandwich...I replied I would like to add more please. We moved on to veggies. I asked for cucumbers, she replied, " they are out of most of the veggies" so I asked if they had cucumbers. She repeated, " they are out of most veggies". I asked if that included cucumbers, she again repeated the same phrase. So I just said "lettuce, cucumbers, wax peppers, tomato. She started to repeat that phrase again and I had to stop her mid sentence and say, "whatever you have of what I just named please put it in the sandwich" she looked down and put it together and asked if that was it. I asked for mustard and salt & pepper. She sighed and proceeded to squirt out a huge amount of mustard. At this point I got worried because my daughter needed to order her sandwich still. While my daughter went through the same thing I just did she asked for mozzarella cheese, she said it would be extra, my daughter asked how much and she shrugged and asked the other girl who just started making online sandwich orders and she said "whatever because it's not listed on the menu" so she said $1.50. Meanwhile, the line was getting long at this point with a timed out little kid and his dad. She rang me up and 25 minutes later we had our sandwiches. I would understand if they were busy, but when we came in there was only one other customer in the store, when we left there were ten in line. The other girl working there with the extremely long eyelashes would not even look up, greet, or smile at any of the people in line. She just worked on her "important" paperwork and started an internet sandwich order. She left the one girl to make everyone's sandwiches. Very sad. Got back to work at the hospital & the bread was hard and crumbly. It wasn't even fresh. It was all over the place messy. I thought I'd have a quick bite to eat with my daughter on my dinner break, but the entire time, I was ordering a dried up sandwich, the veggies were even soggy. Nothing was fresh... Hopefully they can retrain their two employees with better customer service skills. No matter how I'm feeling, or what sort of bad day I may be having, I still put on a happy face at work, because it's not about me when I'm working. This was an unfortunate review to write, but it was unacceptable & rude customer service. read more

Eek! Methinks not. Totally agree with a prior rater regarding ALL of the locations in Fresno, Ca. Most often service is not friendly and of a "doing you a favor" attitude !! Produce in the Fresno valley is abundant and inexpensive BUT this group who owns most of all of the franchises in Fresno, think they are dealing with Truffles prices. You know that saying, " A picture is worth a thousand words" I say no more. I did ask for extra lettuce (lmbo) and tomatoes and olives with a double dash of oil and vinegar. Bread was dry. read more

Subway - PATHETIC. I ASKED FOR EXTRA LETTUCE AND TOMATOES. LANGUAGE BARRIER? AS I RECEIVE THE OPPOSITE. - Sandwiches Near Me - Fresno, California

I'm giving this location 2 stars because of misinformation online versus in store. Online it clearly states that they accept ebt as payment. My family has been going through a tough financial situation the past few months and have had to apply for ebt. No more eating out for a while so my kids were so excited when I said we'd get subway today. We went through the line, our sandwiches were made and we were all so hungry. To my surprise, their machine kept declining my ebt payment. The cashier said that the payment wasn't excepted.. I had to buy with credit as to not let my kids down. The misinformation online caused me to be in a bad and embarrassing situation today, however subway is supposed to accept ebt. Just giving you all a heads up so you're not stuck at the cashier and on the spot like I was. read more

This is the worst subway I have visited not because of the sandwich but because of the Indian women working there. A customer even canceled her order and walked out. She is just nasty and doesn't even smile at the customers. Also she makes you repeat everything and slams all the doors when getting your bread. Don't come here if you want to be treated with any respect. read more

Subway is consistent with fresh ingredients no matter which location I go to. I like this particular location because it brings back memories of this neighborhood during my childhood. I really like the new iced tea choices, in addition to the regular soda options. The employees there are always friendly. I started noticing recently that if you buy a cold sandwich, there's no sales tax. If you buy a toasted sandwich, then there is sales tax. This is the way it is with all sandwich places in California; however, it may vary at various sandwich places, as they may not type your order in correctly at the register. (This location puts it in correctly.) I usually get the Turkey footlong even though it is not part of the $5 regular footlongs, but that's fine, its still worth it. I like getting the Chipotle Southwest sauce on there instead of putting on mustard. The cookies at subway are good. The soda choices are great. I stay away from the steak which doesn't taste very good. Once adding the soda and/or chips and/or cookies, it gets kind of expensive at any Subway. Subway is the largest sub-sandwich restaurant chain in the United States, so they are definitely doing something right. read more

Wednesday I ordered a sandwich on white bread roll. The bread was hard and stale. Today, Thursday, I ordered a different sandwich on wheat bread. It was very stale bread. I peeled off the hard crust in order to finish my lunch. The absence of customers should have been a clue since it was noon. I will not go to this Subway location again. read more

The owner of this subway should be embarrassed by the girls who work here. I have had multiple horrible experiences with customer service. The staff is nothing short of rude and unwelcoming. I came in once and all the staff was in the back laughing and gossiping about the customers that were in the store. The girl with the three inch acrylic nails dragging through your sandwich is truly the worst. We asked how her day was going and she blatantly ignored us. I have never left a Yelp review, but if I can avoid another person coming to this subway I would have done them a service. read more

Not the best Subway in Fresno. Very unfriendly staff. Does not matter when you go in. They never have iced tea late in the afternoon because staff takes it down hours before cleanup time. Staff does not know what double meat means. It is totally different everytime I order. Today I got charged for double meat and did not get what I ordered. Going to start going to the 24 hr Subway on First/Bullard. Consistently great. Always have iced tea, and staff super friendly. read more

Stingy Indian owner just made this experience very unpleasant experience. Lol I don't think she understands that it's very easy to take your money to another subway. First of the sandwiches that I've ordered in the past, would always hardly have any vegetables excepts BUNCH OF LETTACE. lol it seemed like I ordered a lettuce sub. I absolutely love Subway. I have eaten at many locations in Fresno and Clovis and I gotta say, this specific location is AMAZING!! The staff is nice and one thing I've noticed about this location which I haven't seen at any of the locations I've been to is that the staff here actually ask if I want extra.
