We have ordered sandwiches from the Olive Ave tower district store for months, the only time they got the order right was when I called right after placing my door dash order, this time I didn't call and one sandwich was correct and the other was not even close to being correct, so I called the store that we ordered from and the empl said that he couldn't find the order so I asked to talk to the manager and the very rude employee said that they had no manager so I asked if he would continue to look for the order and proceeded to say he can't find it so I must not have been ordered, then proceeded to say he couldn't help me and hung up. This was the worst customer service I have ever seen. From now on maybe we should go to subway, I'm sure they treat there customers with a little respect. I got the chef salad and wished I had ordered the spinach wrap before I even got my food. It was just cut up Romaine lettuce with a few veggies. Which resulted in another 20 minute delay while someone ran around looking for a fork and knife since my food has to be cut into small bite sizes. I solemnly swear, the only thing I took out of this sandwich before the pics was lettuce so I could taste the damn meat. Deli Delicious is super pricey for their sandwiches, they've never been cheap but always worth it. I went at least once a week for years to either shaw and west or Fig Garden. I didn't even think to open the boxes before leaving, I would have demanded my money back from the manager. This is just silly. $30 for one 8" and a 12" and this is what mine had. Believe it or not there IS pastrami salami and pepperoni on there. I had to open it to make sure I got all three. Used to be more meat than veggies. This was more lettuce than everything else combined. I took it out so it didn't taste like a salad wrapped in French bread. I told her we were almost there. She took my order . Picked it up 10 minutes before closing and never checked. I ordered a full Caesar salad and added red onion and pickle. The best part about the salad is the croutons which were left off. I'm sure it's sounds minor but I gave a 15% tip and wanted a 3 ingredient salad with 2 extras.
