Ordered lunch today from Subway. They have a great commercial on tv about their new item called Dippers for $3.00 each. It shows a woman eating the dipper with such gusto including cheese that looks like it is tethered to her mouth. Don't believe it! Our dippers through Door Dash cost $4.69 each. There are three different types (e.g. pepperoni, chicken, double cheese). Each dipper is a foot long. Subway describes it "Footlong Dippers are served hot, swirling melted cheese and meat and rolled in Subway's soft and bubbly lavash-style flatbread." We ordered toasted. Instead the dipper was cold and unappetizing. We couldn't find the cheese. There are a variety of dipping sauces to choose from. Overall, don't waste your money! We will not order this again. Great experience! The workers were very nice! Ordered a rotisserie chicken spinach wrap with avocado and pepper jack cheese.Added all the delicious veggies except onions and add avocado and extra jalapeños. The wrap was big and looked delicious! I've been a customer at this location for sometime but yesterday I went here for a light dinner. I ordered online and was pleased with the ease of using the app. The issue was the effort put into making on my order and fulfilling it. I went to pick them up, and the employee came out from the back and pointed to a shelf where my order was waiting and turned to leave. I asked about my drink, she reviewed the tag and pointed at cup. Feeling frustrated, I just left. Got home no cookies. Went on the app to complain and received an email from Debbie S. apologizing but didn't resolve my cookie. I emailed back and still no response. Ordered online from subway app. The delivery never came. I called the store 8 times without anyone picking up. After an hour I went to the store to try to get into contact with someone about the order. The order was laying there made but nobody picked it up for delivery. I asked if they had a phone number and they said they do, I told them I called 8 times and their response "we've been very busy" with only 2 different customers in the store. Two employees with one who greeted me freely. When I get there the sandwich is cold and they offered to make the again. I requested toasted on the app and they made it without it being toasted, so I asked for it toasted. She then took the sandwich and slammed it on the back table and remade the sandwich. I understand why she was frustrated but I was equally frustrated. There lack of communication and customer service on the order as well as no transparency really showed. They were kind enough to remake it but I will not be ordering from them ever again. read more

Whoa whoa whoa! What is with all the hate? I absolutely love this location! It's literally the best Subway in all of Clovis/Fresno. I refuse to go to any other Subway. Every time I go I always feel like I'm seeing friends again except there's great food so its even better! I eat here almost 3-4 times a week and it never ever gets old. I think the managers name is Debbie? She is super awesome and I hope she reads this review! Whatever it is you guys are doing, please keep it up. I always look forward to the food here every time I make an order and with the Subway app I can order ahead of time. We were here mid-morning on a Friday and were assisted right away. The young woman who prepared the food was friendly and helpful. The sandwiches turned out so good the way she assembled them. Service everywhere these days is subpar so it's nice to have an experience like this. read more

Usually this location is great but the owner refuses to wear a mask when making food! He does not enforce masks and Social distancing. When we politely asked him to wear a mask when making our food he rudely says" No it's too hot in here" tells us to get out of his store...very disappointed since I've been coming here for years. **This review is coming a few months later** I'm giving this Subway location 1 star because there's not -5, for the lack of friendliness from the worker & the nasty bread! I love Subway & never had an issue with their subs. I only happened to stop by this location as I was on my way to work. I ordered my 6" sub, got in my car & drove off. I waited to eat my lunch until I got to work. The second I unwrapped my sub I could feel how hard & see the dryness of my bread. It was so hard it was flaking. Angry as hell, I called the manager & quickly complained! He assured me that their breads are baked fresh daily.... Blah blah blah! Either your unfriendly worker left the bread out or you're just lying! He offered me a refund... Really!!! So now I have to drive all the way back to your store for a refund when I'm at work?!
