They were only taking pre-orders from March 13th to March 17th for the Green bagels. On the St Patty's Day I went to Uncle Harry's bagels early before work to pick up the bagels. However my order was not there much to my surprise. I informed them I spoke to one of their staff over the phone on Friday and place the order via phone. They they assured me everything will be fine and they gave me a one dozen green bagels and apologize for the error. They promptly resolve the issue to the customer the same day. The bagel was perfectly toasted -- warm, soft on the inside with just the right crisp on the outside.
