Well let's say that I do love this place. I've already spent over $540 this year here. How do I know that? Because I have the app that keeps a history of my order. If you order from here a lot I recommend you get the app. You earn points for each sandwich, wrap or bowl purchase. Once you accumulate so may you become eligible for a mini, regular or giant sandwich depending on how many points you earn. Plus, they even give you a free regular sandwich on your birthday. I would've given 5 stars but they have made some mistakes when making my sandwich like forgetting the bacon or like on my club they forgot the ham. But I always give them another chance. The workers are friendly and it's usually clean inside if you want to dine in. I don't leave reviews really, but for this place the two girls that were on closing shift working just wanted their pay and leave. Came in before 8:25 p.m, girl was cleaning the grill and I asked for the #16 and they said their grill was off, and won't be in use anymore. Obviously can be used again. They didn't offer anything else, just said if we didn't want anything cold then we shouldn't waste our time there. Rude, lazy & stuck up girls working, don't come here. Especially an hour before the store closes. Didn't catch names but they need retraining, & I'll find corporates number. I just wanted a #16 after working a long day. Definitely will not be recommending this place to family & friends. Pretty sure the girls would be glad to hear that so they won't have to make as much sandwiches. Take care. read more

I went to the Woodbridge, NJ location and have to say it was the worst JMs that I've ever been too. Other than being slow and disorganized, their mini rolls were made like it was two bottoms. It kept on rolling when she tried to put the toppings on. Don't ask me how but the person behind me had their sandwich before mine when I ordered mine first and their sandwich was not the same as any of mine. Their customer service was horrible. I watched a family walk out because it was taking too long. Mind you there were only 3 people on line. The store also was dirty looking. Cons: Can get a bit price if you order a bigger sandwich but if you get a large then that is perfect for two people too share. forgot to post this so it needs to be said. i placed an order during their promotion with doordash. it was the $25 off promotion from june. my order went through and it was never cancelled. upon arrival when i asked for my food the employees told me they were not doing the promo and they had shut off their doordash. i asked for a refund of the remaining balance and they told me i had to contact doordash for it. my main complaint is the fact these guys didnt even have the courtesy to cancel the order which had been placed. im sure there were many others who wasted their time, gas and money to get to the restaurant as well. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by all 3 girls that work there and immediately offered to help. When I said I needed a minute because it was my first time they asked what I like and started making suggestions based on what's popular. They broke it down by cold and hot sandwiches to their promos. Once I chose my sandwich 56 kahuna they explained the sizes and showed me the difference in their bread types. Also great suggestion on their cheese bread. Now coming from a guy who has been to Philly and had their cheesesteaks I was kind of skeptical about the quality. I was proven wrong this GIANT sandwich was taken as a personal challenge and it defeated me. I was only able to finish half and this place is not shy with their ingredients the sandwich was Fully Loaded and the most flavorful and best sandwich I have had since the real thing. For a chain sandwich shop I think Jersey Mike's is one of the best options. I have 2 go to sandwiches at this place. The classic Italian and the big Kahuna cheesesteak with mushrooms and jalapeno. If I'm wanting a cold sandwich it's the Italian and if I'm wanting a hot sandwich then definitely the big Kahuna. The service is fast and no other sandwich chain besides Ike's has a flat top to cook meat for a cheesesteak or other sandwich. The price is very reasonable for a decent quality sandwich. read more

They have gourmet sandwiches and their menu is awesome. It's hard to decide what to get because every sandwich sounds so damn good. We got the Original Italian and The Big Kahuna Cheese Steak. Both were great but you've gotta go with the Kahuna if you're craving a hot sub. And as one reviewer said earlier, they do not cut the hot subs in 1/2 but it's probably because they don't want all of the heat and gooey awesomeness to spill out so we just cut ours in 1/2 on our very own. We're not lazy and aren't nitpicking losers. Anyhow, you must go if you like good authentic subs.
