Decided to check out this local sandwich shop for lunch the other day and definitely enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and helpful, explaining how the menu worked since we had never been there. The prices are really good for what you get and the quality of the food was above average as well. I wish they had online ordering outside of 3rd party apps that gouge the restaurant, the consumer, and the delivery driver but otherwise I could easily see myself grabbing a work lunch here. I just have to make sure I give myself enough time to call ahead and take the time to pay in restaurant. I decided to come back today and give it another try. Today , I went with a turkey and salami combo on a wheat roll. Ok , we have a winner! That wheat roll managed to stay soft -yet sturdy enough to hold up to all the toppings. I get my sandwich with light mayo and light mustard , lettuce , tomato and wax peppers You can also add a variety of other toppings if you prefer. My sandwich today was a 5 star sandwich, but I am going to hold my 5th star back until I can try their burgers. Honestly didn't know this place existed and found it on Yelp. Great sandwiches and incredible beer battered onion rings. The bread was soft and fresh. Took only a few minutes to make the sandwiches. I had the chipotle chicken on Dutch crunch while my son had the spicy chicken on wheat. This was our first time here. You build your own sandwich, there wasn't any "signature" sandwiches. We ordered at the counter, medium toasted roast beef with everything. Staff was friendly, there was hardly a wait. We got our drinks and sat down and our food was done. Sandwich was good & the fries were some of the best fries I've had. The sandwich was pretty delicious, but sandwich shops usually do something to make theirs taste like...not at home? And this one tasted like at home, but without extra jalapeños.
