I was told 20 minutes until ready. Pleasant service. Not busy at all when I picked up. Owner was chatty and nice. The inside had some tables and looked clean. Unfortunately, I didn't check my pizza before I left, and noticed halfway home that my order was wrong and I was given a plain salami pizza only. I didn't want to go back because my husband was hungry, but I am sure they would have remade it had I asked. I Unfortunately did not like the crust that much. I had higher hopes, as it's advertised as brick oven pizza. I prefer a softer, chewier crust. This was more dry and cracker like. I couldn't really taste the sauce; it had a heavy salty flavor. We like their take on pizza with the Elotes Pizza but this last time a 20 minute wait became a 45 minute wait. We were asked to go back in 4 different times. When we went in after the first 20 minutes we realized they were just barely making our pizzas. During the 45 minute wait they had no customers in store and no pickups either. The veggie pizza was pretty good. The crust had a good bite to it. The wings not so much. We had gotten another flavor but they definitely tasted like buffalo. We used to love coming here amd was a go to when we felt driving across town. I don't know what happened recently, sounds like new owners or cooks but the pizza is not the same as it was. I did however have a small issue with my order today where a topping was missing, and the total price seemed a little high. I called and asked kindly for a breakdown since a receipt wasn't provided, and after discussing the gentleman was so nice and offered to refund the missing topping which I didn't feel was necessary as it was only a few bucks. A few mins later, he called back but I wasn't able to answer my phone and he left a message. In the message he was so kind and refunded us for our small cheese bread! That was completely unnecessary but first class in customer service!
