Krusty Kraayyyyayyyay yayyyayyyyayyy Pizza *inhale* It's the pizza for you and *inhale* MeeeeeEEEEEEE. The people were nice and this place is bomb. There isn't a place to sit inside, but it don't matter cause we just picked it up and destroyed that 12" medium pizza in our car. Sorry crustless enjoyers, but that crust is bomb and you're missing out if you don't think that's the best part.

It was our first time trying Florentina's and it will not be our last! We called in to place a to-go order and the gentleman on the phone was super friendly and professional! The prices are so affordable and when I grabbed a menu when the pizza was ready I saw that they have really good specials too! We got two cheese pizzas and an order of the garlic sticks so husband & I and our 3 kids and their besties could devour! We must of all been hungry because there was nothing left! As an Italian girl let me just say I'm super impressed with how amazing the flavor of the pizza is! Not only is the dough good, the crust perfect, the marinara on point and the cheese explosion in your mouth but the mouth watering delicious bread sticks with the incredible garlic butter sauce! I'm embarrassed to admit that we have never been here before nor even seen it until now! This will now be our pizza joint! I just wish they were on Door Dash and/or open for lunch during the week days!

There are a handful of good pizzerias that I have tried in the city of Clovis. I like Florentina's because of their extra cheesy pizzas, lunch and dinner specials, and friendly service. The pizzas here remind me of those similar to Straw Hat Pizza because of the extra layers of cheese on them. If you enjoy an extra cheesy pizza, I think you will like Florentina's. Really cheesy pizzas mean you want to load up the toppings if you are like me. Therefore, the Deluxe Combo, Supreme Combo, and All Meat are the way to go. There is nothing wrong with going the other extreme too. A large one-topping pizza is $17. A large pizza with unlimited toppings is $23. A great deal for sure. Currently, they are running a special for two spaghetti dinners for only $19. Lunch Specials run 11 am - 2 pm, for $11. Dinners specials include two dinners - a choice of spaghetti, ravioli, tortellini, Lasagna (meat or spinach), or a calzone with up to four toppings. Served with soup, salad, or pasta salad. For $24. So far, I have tried the sausage lasagna lunch special with tortellini soup and a canned soda. And as you might have guessed, the lasagna was topped with generous layers of cheese as well. An $11 lunch special is practically unheard of these days. Service is always very friendly and you get warmly greeted every time you drop in. A local pizza shop that will give you a sense of nostalgia to earlier days when the prices were more reasonable, the food was worth coming back for and businesses put a focus on customer service. Florentina's will earn your patronage. Take out only. Business hours are 3 pm to 8 pm Monday to Thursday, and 3 pm to 9 pm Friday. Open 11 am to 8 pm Saturday and Sunday.

10/7 Getting lunch! Vegetarian calzone ordered with chicken added. Side salad as well with ranch dressing. They do not have chicken. Odd. Ham instead. The lunch special comes with a drink also. Diet picked. The worker was kind and said it would be ready in 20 min. Also, asked if he could include crushed peppers & Parmesan peppers and he was happy to! Think you! I went in to get it. It is a pick up place. Greeted upon entering and it's all made up for Halloween. The order was ready. Paid for it with good day sus Lunchtime! Calzone split. My half was really good! The tomato sauce was good. Fresh veggies. The ham was just deli slices, nothing special. The crushed peppers spiced it up and made it better! Mother said her half was good. She said she didn't see much ham in hers and had a lot of olives. She had the salad and said it was just okay. It's just had lettuce, two slices of mushroom and tiny pieces of broccoli. She said it had no tomatoes or croutons, but the ranch was good. Good service, good calzone & okay salad.

Not sure where to start. But I am going to try to keep it simple. I WILL NEVER come back to this place, especially after the phone call I received from the owner's wife. My family and I love love and appreciate good food, especially family-owned businesses. We ordered multiple food items, we had multiple dishes that had hair strands wrapped inside the pasta dishes. The Bread was soaked in Grease, the lasagna and pasta salad had hair in it, and the regular salad was not fresh. The smell of the lasagna even smelled old. I honestly wasn't going to write this review but when I received a phone call from The owner's wife who questioned why I didn't save the food till the next day to drive all the way back to the location to bring it back, was honestly unacceptable. I took photos and really just wanted to let the owner know in case they had a new cook. I don't think 55.00 dollars isn't very much money. The food is so terrible this location is losing customers the fact that's she was so upset at me and her only concern was if she had to refund me even though I nice about the experience. I did ask for my 55.00 dollars they can't afford to refund food that was Spoiled with hair in it. I will never come back to this location. I would not recommend this place in Clovis!

Well she is amazing and just talking to her in this short time that I was there you can definitely hear her love for food and our community. Her and her husband put a lot of time into this restaurant to make sure the quality is perfect at every bite in everything they cook. What helps this pizza taste great is the style of their brick oven. It's the only way to have a really good pizza cooked. I hear they just opened up another location off of Fowler and Ashlan and the atmosphere, music and customers are really good. I had ordered or made my own style of pizza, and let me tell you right out of the gate that crust omg was so crispy, cooked perfectly and tasted just perfect. Their pizza sauce is home made and let me say hands down one of the best sauces I've had in a long time. I will be back to try more off the menu but I'm sure it will hit a home run for our community. The waiter was super attentive and efficient the entire evening. We went for dinner, so the restaurant was definitely dimly lit, which I think is the atmosphere they're going for. It was a little dark for our taste at first, but we were able to open the blinds. If you enjoy cozy, dim dinner ambiance, this is definitely your kind of place. The menu uses Italian names for many of the dishes, so I wasn't immediately sure what everything was, but once we figured it out, everything we ordered was delicious. The angel hair pasta was simple but absolutely perfect. We also had cheesecake for dessert, and it was fantastic. I also appreciated that they had a kid's menu, plus mini pizza options for kids. My five-year-old only made it through a couple slices because the portions were generous. Definitely come hungry, and don't be surprised if you leave with a doggy bag because the portions are big. Highly recommend!

They ordered two pies, one pepperoni and another called the Andiamo Special. The Andiamo Special is salami, sausage, pepperoni, meatball, mushroom, olives, bell peppers, and onions. It seems like almost too many topping, but the flavor is one point. After my first bite, I needed to double check the box to make sure it was truly from Andiamo's. My past food experiences have not been the best. The flavor combo on this pizza, great. The dough, not so great. The dough was a little undercooked near the center of the pie, but the crust was actually very good. Salty and chewy, just how it should be. No delivery offered here, but if you're looking for a new local pizza spot to try, Andiamo's is worth the money.

I honestly couldn't wait any longer, especially after all the good things I've heard about this restaurant. If you are also wanting to try and unable to get a good reservation, you'll find it easy to find a lunch one! As soon as you walk in, the air feels different. With stunning decor that's well curated from each tiny detail to the ones that matter the most. To me it gives upscale New York family dining. At the same time something about the bar area is giving speakeasy, perhaps it's the beautiful wood cabinets. All in all it is a beautiful location, you'll almost forget you're in the Central Valley. Now let's talk food. Simply amazing! I have no complaints and I highly recommend trying the chicken parm! I do not eat pork, however my friend did say that the Bruschetta platters were so authentic and highlight compared to the ones from her travels abroad. The lemon pasta is a good beginner pasta for those wanting to venture out to zesty favors. However for those with a more experienced palette you may find its not as lemony, regardless it is still rather delicious. The service is really what tied this all together. The staff is well put together, and on top of everything. Most importantly they are kind and genuinely seem happy to be there. I couldn't have asked for a better lunch, how lucky am i to have found an out of town experience so close to home. Now do yourself a favor and make the resy!

We made a reservation, which is nice because they print your name on the menu! And then we promptly forgot to actually take the menus with us. :( This is a prix fixe menu where you have a choice for each of the courses (think DineLA style), and the menu apparently changes all the time, according to the whims of the chef (which is the most fun). We also shared a wine pairing and the sommelier was fantastic in telling us about each of the wines. Wonderful experience. Our server, Trevor, was great! We loved the pecan pie cheesecake (my partner says it's the perfect thickness - as in, it's not very thick at all, and manageable after a large meal. I also really liked the sesame crusted tuna, and the wagyu beef was amazing. My partner got a casarecce for one of the courses and she loved that. The flavors in that are super intense and really delicious. We were seated in the garden patio, and there seemed to have been an engagement party that evening, but you couldn't hear anything from the garden patio - it was very peaceful and chill. Looking forward to visiting again when we are in town! For $78 for a prix fixe menu ($62 for wine pairing), compared to LA prices, we are down!

So much flavor from our second course, the gnocchi with ancho-braised beef was on point, sesame crusted tuna so beautifully displayed and seared lightly. Before our entrée, we had shaved ice as a palate cleanser that tasted like pear and cinnamon. We both got the Wagyu beef with mashed potatoes on the side, a little salty but cooked nicely.
