Love this place! Calzones are the best! Pizza unbelievable! Cold beer and great salads!!

This is not my first time at pizza factory but it's my first time dining in and having salad bar. Pizza factory is nostalgic for me because it was the only pizza place in the small rural town I grew up in. I was excited when it came to Clovis. Today was the best customer service and price I've paid for lunch in a while. I went in with the expectation to eat a salad and go. I came in and ordered salad bar lunch which was only $7.00. You can't get that price on lunch anywhere! To boot, the manager told me I could also grab bread sticks and they gave me a free drink with lunch. Ummm yes please I will definitely be coming back for lunch. I'm really surprised there weren't more people eating lunch here. The restaurant is clean and cute with TVs and music playing. Overall great experience and highly recommend for lunch. read more

I ordered an XL BBQ Chicken Pizza at 8:14 pm for 8:46 pickup. I was a little concerned about the quality seeing how the pickup was only 14 minutes from closing time (9:00). I was delighted and relieved to get a perfectly made pizza - piping hot and delicious! It had lots of tender chunks of chicken in a sweet BBQ sauce. I can't speak on the staff or service since my son-in-law picked up the pizza. I assumed things went well since he didn't say anything. Also, the quality of the product makes me think the staff is great. I'll definitely reorder from them. read more

6/1/25 Getting lunch! I called and ordered their large veggie calzone with chicken and jalapeños added. The worker was very kind and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrive to pick up shortly later. Small wait in line and greeted by worker. Very kind. Calzone ready and handed over. I asked him if I could have a bag for the crushed pepper and Parmesan and he said no problem and got me a bag, handed it over with good day wishes! Great Restaurant is really nice! Music playing. This is my husband and dtr FAVORITE pizza since they started d business here in Clovis . dtr celebrated her bday wd 2 friends as she want pizza factory part of it. The pizza is to die for hands down, they do NOT want to eat other pizza excpt Pizza factory as in every week to every other . Honestly, I will never take my neighborhood pizza joint for granted. Ever since they opened this new location in my neighborhood, we don't go anywhere else for pizza. We recently tried out a different spot and we immediately regretted it. The pizzas here have always been consistent here. Crust is crisp, toppings abundant. And their ranch is damn good. Decided to order some Pizza for the kids while we watch the football game. We ordered a medium pizza and a large pizza. When we called in to place the order all we heard was please hold and we waited for about 10-12 minutes and hung up the phone. By this time we were already close by so I decided to wait and order inside. When we entered the location was pretty much empty and there was only 1 couple inside. The first impression was pretty bad the floor was pretty dirty with napkins and pizza crust. There was about 6 employees in the back. They seem fairly young. 1 female was at the register on her cell phone and I walked up to order and seemed as I was interrupting her she ask what I wanted to order. I placed my order and sat back and observed. Customer service was definitely poorly at this location and it's such a disappointment since I am a fan of pizza factory over Me and Ed's but this type of service just doesn't make sense. Good, but not great. When we order from here it's purely out of convenience. The last few times we've ordered, it's just been very meh. Our last order was a medium pie with half cheese, half pepperoni, mushroom, and black olive. The pizza crust was a little doughy in the middle and the sauce needs salt, basil, something to step up the flavor. It's been way better in the past, so something has definitely changed. The meat balls were decent and I loved all of the cheese in the pan, but once again the sauce needed that extra something. We always order for pickup, but they do have seating inside with a few TVs and I believe they sell beer? This location is attached to a gas station, so that's a bonus if you're looking to fill the tank before you fill your belly. read more

Pizza factory is a taste of childhood for our family! Growing up, it was the only pizza place in our small town and it was a special treat to bring home a box of this tasty pizza. And after 35+ years since I had my first slice, it remains as delicious as I remember. My siblings and I were feeling a bit nostalgic today and were happy to find a Pizza Factory within minutes of our dad's house. We oohed and aahed as we tasted the familiar classic pizza sauce and hand tossed crust with a perfect ratio of sauce and toppings. Staff were friendly and efficient on a busy Friday evening. I can't stop thinking about this pizza and it's been months. We got the meat pizza and the cheese bread (and ofc ranch). Everything was bussin. Called ahead and was able to pick up the pizza with ease. Though located in a gas station area, that area of Clovis is clean. My ONE issue was the price. It was so expensive. read more

Long ago my job took me to smaller towns, and often Pizza Factory was the best choice there for lunch. First of all, the dough is hand-tossed and stretched, giving it a chewy yet crisp texture. Secondly, the red sauce is perfect, savory, not sweet, and herbaceous. Next, the toppings are generous. I like fewer toppings now, but the combination at Pizza Factory, sometime named for the local high school team, is hard to stop eating. Finally, the best thing about Pizza Factory is they are owned and operated by locals. They are franchised by friendly people who could be your neighbors. The restaurants are always clean. read more

I'm from Oakhurst, home of the original Pizza Factory, so I was a little worried when I saw the reviews. Honestly, service was prompt and pleasant. Gentleman at the counter was helpful when explaining options. He said it would be about 25 minutes. It was almost exactly 25 minutes. Pizza is delicious, the sauce tastes fresh and it's cooked perfectly. Ranch is good. Reminds me of the Pizza Factory I'm familiar with. Not really understanding the bad reviews here, perhaps a new business working out the kinks. 5 stars from us, we will be back for sure! read more

Our first time at Pizza Factory but won't be our last. The restaurant is clean and well stocked. While we interacted with a few employees and all of them were very nice, the star is Liz. She welcomed us to the restaurant and patiently answered all my questions. Her warmth and kindness made me feel like I was spending time with a close friend instead of being just another customer. read more

Service was decent. The food was good. Price seems a bit high compared to other location. They don't have any special like other locations in Fresno which I though was odd. Came here for dinner on a Saturday. It was not crowded but they were doing a lot of takeout and delivery. Order at the counter and they bring the food to you. We got a meat lovers and turkey sandwich. The pizza had a lot of toppings and good flavor. The service was good and they even gave us an extra pizza they had for free. Nice ambiance. Pizza Factory is one of my childhood favorites! We have eaten at this location three times. Twice it hasn't been an issue but the last time... my son swears they "recycled" the pizza. I laughed but once I took the white piece out and tried to actually make the pieces fit correctly it didn't work. Kinda wonder now. read more

Food was okay. Thick chewy crust. A little too much sauce for my liking. Garlic cheese bread was just a sandwich roll with butter and cheese. The cinnamon desert was lackluster. Service was fine although we never received plates. The ambiance was a little weird as it was loud and echoey. read more

We LOVE the pizza here! Just found this place a little while ago but have been going there a lot. There isn't anything we have ordered that we haven't loved. Pizza is fresh and yummy, also I really love their salads. My favorite is the Greek Salad with blue cheese dressing.
