How is that free of charge? I didn't get 8 pieces of a flavor, but they wanted me to take it all back to remake it... free of charge, plus my inconvenience, which didn't matter. I am so disappointed with Wing Stop. My daughter had a craving. We ordered at 1:40 pm. Five other people came in after us; two with pre-orders and 3 ordered like we did. We watched people who came in after I had been there for 30 minutes, get served before my order was finished. I asked right before they were served as I saw people getting their orders. I was told a couple more minutes. Those 2 minutes turned into 20. When the server served the dining in group, she said my order was almost ready. When she brought the food to the register, I looked at the ticket. It took 45 min to get my order. I told her I wanted my money back. She went to get her manager who tried to explain that the classic order takes 14 min. I said that was more than 30 min ago. Why wasn't my order ready. She just said she was sorry and gave me my money. I might have let this review pass if she had said, let me comp some of the order, please accept my apology. She doesn't know enough about customer service. While I watched, I was turned off by the worker who was near the food while doing trash. One was wearing his around his neck, another didn't bother wearing one at all and the third -who I later learned was the shift leader- was only covering her mouth (which does no good if she sneezes all over someone's food).
