If I could give it no stars I would! Such rude service. Messing up my orders 3times was bad enough but every single time I find my self back for the convenience. I'm definitely Making the trip to a different location from now on! The last time I was there was during their grand opening, I didn't receive my mixed veggies, fries, and drink. What's the point of a combo right?! They promised to comp it to me my next time there...."I'll notate it in our system."........So I figured ok, I'll give it another shot.. I called and right away I received bad service. I asked about placing an order and getting the comp from my past order. Right away she was confused. So I dropped it and just wanted to place my order. I love their service, wingstop is usually always busy and I'm always very understanding of it. I always give and receive and positive attitude whether over the phone or in person. Every time I've ordered they're always busy but ALWAYS remember my cheese and original hot sauce (when other spots always forget) & have my wings hot at pick up time. read more

Got there at 7:20, placed a to-go order and was told it would be 20 mins. After 25 mins, I checked on the status and they said 5 more minutes. My food wasn't ready until 8:12. To be told 20 minutes and then not have my food until almost an HOUR later is insane. The employees were all over the place and seemed to be having a lot of fun instead of getting things done to assist customers. We would've asked for a refund but the place is such an unorganized mess it probably just would've made things worse and I just wanted to get my food and go. Glad that they have a location close to my house but not happy when I come in and they tell me that I have to wait 25 min and we are the only ones here because they got a door dash order at the same time and apparently the people that order door dash get there food before the people that are actually here in the restaurant. Never eaten here before and a buddy suggested it, so there we went. I order the 6 piece boneless meal with fries, a soda and ranch. Once we got home (I live 5 minutes away from this location), opened the bag and in hopes everything is hot and delicious and truth be told....highly disappointed! The fries were SUPER OLD and STALE! The wings flavored: mango habanero and hickory smoked BBQ. The hickory was just plain ol' BBQ nothing special, however the mango habanero had some kick to it so I really enjoyed that. Due to COVID, there was no line, so walked up and ordered right away. Said that our order was going to be about 10-15 minute wait....ummm I didn't see mobile orders or other customers inside so I was a little confused about the wait time. So glad we fInally got a Wingstop in the area. From the moment you walk in, the place is clean and welcoming with plenty of dining seats and even a waiting area. We've ordered from here three times now and each time our wings are perfectly coated in sauce and the fries have just the right amount of seasoning. We will definitely become regulars here. What a disappointing visit. Been eyeing this place waiting for it to open since I live right around the corner and love wings. I got a 1/2 and 1/2 Boneless Classic Hot and Garlic Parmesan. The Garlic Parms were ok but the Classic/Traditional were terrible. I might as well havd bought a bag of frozen Foster Farms ones from Vons next door. The fries were equally as terrible. Ordered online and accidentally picked this location. Within 1 min of ordering I called and asked to cancel. They said no they can't do that I have to get the food or come in and get my card swiped for a refund. I find that hard to believe . Felt like they didn't want to do it because it probably took effort to figure it out. Customer service is terrible. Picked up dinner Friday night, and will likely not visit this location again unless things change. Cashier Isabella was extremely rude from start to finish. We waited 30+ mins for our order so I asked if she could remake my drink before we left. Instead of just remaking my drink as requested by the customer, she said "can I just fill it up?" with the biggest attitude. I told her "no, my drink is watered down from the long wait" and her response was "well the wait is 20 mins". Well if she would've told us that from the beginning, I would've had her make our drinks towards the end. Rude and Rude! Not to mention our wings were dry & overcooked, and fries were burnt and tasted like old grease. People like this shouldn't be working in the customer service industry. It's no wonder why this place only has a few stars. With this kind of customer service, this store won't stay in business for long. First time visiting and i will say the wings were good the service itself was crap. I called in an order so i wouldn't have to wait ....i get there pay and still had to wait 20 plus minutes because they "lost " my order . At first ya no biggie , the girl at the counter said it would be a few . After 10 mins or so i ask what's taking so long considering i called it in over a half hour ago . I see her and the other workers in the back scramble looking though the stack of receipts . They didn't say but i knew they skipped over my order completely . So i had to wait . No sorry , no compensation , nothing . Super disappointed. I understand it's new and they just opened but come on man , i called in the order so i wouldn't have to wait with my 2 year old in the restaurant . I really didn't want to leave this place a bad review because we love Wingstop, but after giving them more than one chance, they still managed to disappoint. Last week they forgot to put in our three orders of fries and it was too far a drive to go back. The only other option they gave us was to pick up the fries the next day (which we did) and ordered wings again because what was the point of making the drive for just fries. Today after being extremely patient over the phone with a new employee who kept putting me on hold to ask someone else questions ,mind you I was hearing everything because he didn't mute the call, I heard a lady say, "are they still on the line?" We first called and got put on hold, so instead we went in and ordered at the front. While waiting we noticed there was 5 employees inside CLEANING. Spraying chemicals on the countertops and floors as if there was a lot of traffic. They aren't even open for dinning. They looked like they were closing early but when we asked they said they close at 12:30pm. So instead of focusing on our food, they were cleaning. We were waiting for our food for about 30-40 minutes even though they told us it would be done within 18 minutes. I don't think we would ever come back again, with them cleaning while our food was being prepared its very concerning. You would think that they would clean once they approached the closing time. This whole places needs an attitude check! there all rude. I ordered over the phone and had to wait 20 minutes for my order and the food didn't even taste good! If you're gonna provide poor costumer service atleast know how to do your job right, instead of messing around in the back with your coworkers when you have costumers waiting for there food.
