Very good pizza. Pricey but pizza was very good. Came here at the suggestion of a friend who was familiar with them. It's a place I probably wouldn't order from but since work was close by, I had to try. I ordered the XL Bulldog Supreme pizza and from the fact that the pizza was all gone by time I got to it, says a lot. I did manage to get the last piece and was happy with the taste. The price point was a little high but without paying attention to the price I didn't mind it. I did ask for extra ranch and jalapeno so that might have been the up-charge. Pacifica had been a staple for us here in Fresno. I still remember the summer of 1999 and having my first slice back then. I've always talked good about Pacifica pizza to others, especially to friends and family from out of town and cross country. Unfortunately the food has taken a turn for the worst. It doesn't seem they'll ever care either. Ordered several pizzas with extra toppings, which they seemed to not have been added. Said something about it and just got a shoulder shrugged from the employee. Little did I know that once getting home and actually looking at the rest of my other four pizzas, had been overcooked to the point of being burnt. The embarrassment in my face... six pizzas total and two were only edible and yet they didn't have the right toppings asked for. It's sad to see a great pizza place go down in the dumps. I got rid of them and went to LITTLE CESARS PIZZA. I haven't been back to Pacifica since, I've told my friends and family here in Fresno about the situation and they have also started to stay away from them as well since they've had a few situations happen as well. There's a closer Pacifica pizza where I live and would rather travel to the Olive location... since it was the first ever slice of Pacifica Pizza ever having in 1999, but since my most recent sadly event, It HAS BEEN OUR LAST. I really liked the flavor of the pizza, I should have asked them to cook it a little longer because I like my pizzas on the crispy side, but my husband and I finished it all during lunch. The ranch was a little runny so i would get ranch elsewhere next time. I have to remember that we have this little gem so close to us next time I am craving pizza. Heads up pizza makers. If you get sauce on the pizza without toppings over it it will burn and look black. Pizza dough has yeast. It will rise and bubble up. They make long metal hook utensils to pop the bubbles as the pizza bakes to prevent the toppings from being knocked off. Maybe invest in one and train cook to use it. Asked for garlic breadsticks to be cooked properly because last two times they were burned and no cheese. Overcooked again, hardly any flavor or cheese. Driver didn't bring any cheese or napkins. After complaining about breadsticks burned again. He called to the store and the manager said that is how their garlic breadsticks are and the manager asked the driver to take a picture of them. Why dont you check your orders before they reach the customer? The manager said next time I should ask for them to be undercooked..wtf? I specifically asked for them to be cooked properly. I ordered a medium sized "Bulldog Special" pizza --basically a combination pizza but with extra meat toppings and the perfect amount of olives and green bell pepper.
