Pretty good Have been here several times and have had good experiences with food other than 1 time when the cold roast beef was received it had very little meat. On other 2 visits they charged tax on cold sandwich to go. Cold sandwiches which are "to go" are not to be charged tax. Had to get manager to issue to proper credits. On another occasion their pos had scanner did not properly scan the bar code on my Jersey Mike's app and had to call the corporate office to get the purchases credited. Have been here many times since they opened a few weeks ago. Have tried many of the sandwiches. Some favorites are the Super Club (not sure that's the name, has roast beef), Philly Cheesesteak, Meatball. All are YUMMY! Love "Mike's Way" on the cold subs. The coupons that were out for the first week made it VERY affordable! But even without the coupons, I would rather pay the little extra for the superior food. In recent times, we had to make too many extra-cost adjustments to the subs at other sub shops, and that made the cost almost the same. The staff is friendly, helpful. Some of the meats, I'd never tried before, and they offered us samples of the ones we wanted to try. There have been mistakes (they are a new location, of course there will be hiccups) but they are quick to try to make things right, and make sure customers leave happy. I also tried a cold sub as a whole-wheat wrap. ALMOST as good as a regular sub. Thanks for coming to our neighborhood! Went into the fowler & ashlan location today and customer service was below average. The worst part was the quality of the food. When we got back home literally a couple of miles away and immediately noticed, the bread was hard as a rock. Was probably given the old batch and made our experience extremely awful. My husband and I absolutely love Jersey Mikes sandwich chain, but this location is a favorite for sure. The staff here are the friendliest and most hard working I've ever seen. Last night my husband and I stopped in for our usual #13 mikes way. It was past the dinner rush, so it was pretty empty. We were greeted by two of the happiest sandwich artists ever. They made conversation, let us know about discounts and promotions, and made amazing sandwiches for us. While we were eating I noticed that they didn't just stand around and bs with each other when not busy making sandwiches. They stayed busy by stocking chips, wiping tables, and keeping the shop generally clean and organized. As we were leaving they started to have a rush of business, but they both made sure to wish us a good night anyway. I keep trying this place. The first time I got the ceasar and the chicken was so fatty it was barely edible. Today I got a tuna sandwich and the girl working there put so much vinegar on it that it was soggy by the time I got home. I notice there is hardly never a line or more than 1 or 2 people in line. With so many other great sub shops around and for $12.05 for a medium combo, I'm not sure I will be giving this place a 3rd try. read more

I have been to this location 3 times already. The sandwiches are yummy, but the last time I went, I found an ant on my sandwich! I let an employee know & they gave me a whole new sandwich. This last time I went the employees were not friendly, especially one guy. The other two times I have been before the third time the employees were friendly. I got the "regular" size which I thought was very small for almost 9$. Seemed like something subway would make for half the price. Overall it was pretty bad, if you want the best sandwich to a Philly cheese steak in clovis for "almost" half the price & twice as big? I placed a phone order and the number called was for another location (mishap on flyer promotion). I was in a rush for kids lunch hour and the manager accommodated us so could get kids their lunch timely bumping us up. My family and I have been here twice now, and both times the customer service, and the food were top notch. My husband and I both order our sandwiches in bowls, because we are doing liw carb. The employees are fast to accommodate the changes we need when in bowl form. I usually get the club supreme and my husband gets some sort of hot "sandwich". I love the bowl being served Mike's Way!!! The sandwiches come out quickly, the food is fresh and tasty, and the price is fairly reasonable. We will keep coming back. read more

Tried this place since Deli Delicious closes at 8. The ingredients were decent and fresh, but it was all lost in the oil and vinegar. My bread literally resembled a used soggy kitchen sponge, which killed the whole sandwich for me. I couldn't really taste anything past the vinegar. Plus the sub was supposed to have bacon on it and there was no bacon anywhere on my sandwich. I hate giving a low number of stars, but this place just doesn't do it for me. So Jersey Mikes gets one star for being open after 8pm and another star for not putting cheese on my sub like I requested. read more

Avoid if you want to remain healthy!!! My husband and I were big fans of Jersey Mike's but were very disappointed to report that when we went to get a sandwich yesterday, Nov. 1, we found a MASK-LESS father and son being served as we arrived, they were both leaning on the counter pretty close to the food and it made me really nervous. When I inquired of the girl who served them why she was serving individuals without masks, she said people "get confrontational" when you refuse to serve them and management told staff not to do anything that would cause problems. Once I heard that, I sadly decided I will no longer patronize a restaurant that does care about the health of their customers!! I would like to see a NO MASK - NO SERVICE sign posted to protect ALL of your guests, we should not have our health jeopardized by those who are irresponsible and do not follow the law! Since we cannot rely upon Americans, who claim to be patriots, to protect their fellow man by wearing a mask, it is up to businesses to take a firm stance against serving them. Please join me in BOYCOTTING Jersey Mike's until they start following the law and refusing service to law breakers who endanger our health. read more

Was good! My daughter had tried this place before and recommended it. We love Sam's, but it's not close to home, so Jersey Mike's will be a good second fav.
