Here's my once every three-years review of In-N-Out... Honestly, what else can I say? A double-double with both raw and grilled onions, a side of animal style fries, and a Coke might be the closest thing to reaching a state of "Nirvana" that I'll ever feel. Plus, after consuming my cat's body weight in grilled meat and carbs I never feel gross. It's almost as if using fresh made ingredients is slightly better for you? Consistency is the game here and unlike other fast food chains; burger spots, coffee shops, chicken places, go ahead and pick your poison, none of them even come close to what this American institution has done. In-N-Out just does it right, from the moment you order to when the food is in your hand, everything is streamlined and friendly. Kudos to workers here for making food that allows me to escape the current state of affairs in the US. read more

Had a great experience, stopping off and getting dinner. I had my daughter with me, so to avoid any "need to use the restroom" in the middle of the car line, we just went inside. We got out of the car at 7:18pm, and got our food at 7:40pm. To me, about 20 minutes, it was not a terrible time to wait, considering the amount of cars and people who were in the restaurant on a Sunday night!! If you are looking for a vegetarian option or want something without meat at a fast food joint, you won't be disappointed with the grilled cheese from in n out. The fries aren't for everybody but when they are fresh or well done they are pretty tasty. We enjoy them because you can see the workers cutting them as they prepare them for the day etc. if you like a good spice ask for their chili peppers! The customer service is usually always great and friendly: the workers are very attentive. The food here is always hot and the service is insane. They are pro's at staffing appropriately and continuously tidy the tables, floors, and countertops. I love that they always acknowledge my kids at the register and offer stickers and coloring- not to mention having the patience of saints while the kids order their own. It is always very busy but the service and food never waiver. Everyone was working their tail off. Kloey and Brihanna specifically today were incredible. I watched them great everyone prior to handing over food and ended every convocation with "have a blessed day/have a good day"- her smile lit up the room. In n Out is a staple in our must-have list. The cravings come AT LEAST once a month if not twice, or thrice. You can't go wrong with In n Out. When going to grab fast food, I almost always go through the drive-thru... but not here. Yes, their drive-thru is still pretty quick despite how longgg their lines ALWAYS are but they're even faster when you go inside to order. Plus, there's just something about eating it right then and there, once your order is ready! I think we all know... those fries aren't unless you're eating them FRESH!! I like mine with ketchup- drowning in black pepper (not pictured). My order is almost always the #1 Animal Style (no pickles), but if I'm not thaaaat hungry, #2 it is...and a Cherry Coke (or Pink Lemonade) for a refresher (and this restaurant got the good ice). Just consistently fresh and delicious! This location especially, is a well oiled machine. Great, friendly service in drive-thru, and got precisely what we ordered, and we do modify our orders! You know what, they are always so gracious, and repeat our order back multiple times and check it. That's my kind of customer service! I don't even put this in a fast food category with any others. I really don't get the hype. I decided to give In-N-Out a try, and honestly, it was just... okay. The drive-thru was a nightmare--45 minutes of waiting for a fast food meal? Not worth it at all. Once I finally got to the window, the food was decent, but nothing special. The burger was fine, the fries were average, and I didn't think it was anything that justified such a long wait or the frenzy people seem to have over this place. Maybe I'm missing something, but it felt like just another fast food chain to me. The whole experience left me underwhelmed. My aunt is visibly Muslim and was buying food here when a woman approached her and started screaming and yelling racist and Islamophobic things at her. The staff all watched and did not intervene which is more disappointing than the screaming woman. Teach your staff how to have basic respect and provide a safe and comfortable environment for people who are spending their money at your establishment. read more

Waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes today, just to have a car completely go in front and cut us after we ordered. They then tried to order at the "old" ordering spot which of course doesn't work since the people take your order outside. A staff came out to see what the commotion was about and we let them know that he completely cut the line. Once the car got up to the pay window they then ordered. When we got up to the window we let them know that it is very unfair to allow them to still order. We talked to a manager and he said eh ya not much we can do. In my opinion if a car cuts (which is so obvious when they have no order) you should not take their order and have them pull through and go get in line. Very disappointed by this today and how staff allowed it with an attitude of oh well.....So if the line is super long just make sure you cut because they will still take your order and will save you time. read more

We have been to this location dozens of times. I find it amazing that a fast food restaurant could be run as well as In & Out. I can think of any other place that has excellent service. The restaurant is always clean, well staffed, perfect food every time. Pro tip if you are on the fence about the fries and are used to something different get them well done or animal style. Generally well done on the fries eliminates the most common gripe I hear. Burgers are fantastic. There is a reason is packed with a line around the building. Lines move fast. I am very impressed with this In-n-out location. Since In-n-out is almost always way overcrowded with long lines, I don't usually expect much in terms of service from the staff. We went today for my nephew's birthday and they went above and beyond to make the experience special for him. This is genuinely the worst in n out in town. The wait is always egregious, the workers never seem to be on task and are more concerned with chit chatting with each other than getting the line of 30+ cars out. I got in line at 12:03AM - the line is wrapped around the CUSD employee building, and they don't have order takers outside. It is now 12:42AM and I have yet to reach the order box. I know the food will be good, the quality and consistency is the main draw of in n out, but this location just does not prioritize speed or respecting customer's time. Absolutely ridiculous. The employees that work at in an out do not listen when you tell them you want your burger well done. Every time I go to In and out I have to always send the burgers back for them to make it well done. I even spoke to the manager Meghan and they made the burgers worse and the fries were soggy and under-cooked. It is frustrating to say the least. read more

I love in-n-out, this is allows my favorite place for a burger. It's just so fresh from the veggies they use to the fries. Which I know some people don't love their fries but me it's the only fry that feels like really food that's not processed like crazy. I give this In-N-Out location 5/5! I've been to many In-N-Out locations all across California and I can tell you that they all aren't created equally! I usually order the cheeseburger with extra tomatoes, extra grilled chopped onions, grilled whole onions, and extra lettuce which creates a thick burger (see photo) and they did it Justice! My favorite burger spot of all times. It's always so crowded at any In n Out burgers but here's a tip: Go early before the lunch rush. I feel like it's a lot better when you go inside rather than wait in the long ridiculous drive thru. I've had times when my burger was cold when I went through drive thru so I try to avoid that if I can. I wish they would make the inside bigger at these joints because I'm always having to hunt down seats and eyeing everybody just so we could sit. I thought I'd like the animal style fries but I didn't enjoy it. It's better just the regular without the goopy hard cheese in my fries. Burger is always on point animal style.
