I want to EMPHASIZE that this has nothing to do with the customer service aspect that I received by the team member. The customer service was great, the cashier at the drive thru was very nice and attentive to my needs. Thank you. I went around 7am ish. No line. Transaction went smooth. Quality of the food not so great. The food wasn't fresh. I paid about $11 ish. The potatoes have a good flavor and are not too thick and are seasoned nicely. They just weren't fresh nor warm. The egg biscuit was edible. The biscuits are noce and fluffy. The sausage gravy biscuit is mid. I prefer McDonald's flavor. The Wendy's one isn't terrible but it's also missing that umph. French toast isn't super sweet which I like. Hopefully Wendy's takes care of their quality of food over the quantity. Normally wouldn't rate a Wendy's a 4 star but I went here recently and this location has to have the friendliest people working here. So much so I was so blown away. Food was what it was fast food at Wendy's but the quality and presentation was one of the best I have had at a Wendy's. What also blew me away was not in the greatest area and they had a worker outside picking up bentos and keeping the whole parking lot spic and span. I want to give a shout-out to arguably one of the nation's more underrated hamburger restaurant chains. Everything from the quality and freshness of the ingredients they use to make their burgers, exemplarily customer service and keeping their prices down - they live up to the motto of the founder Dave, which is to "do it right." Wendy's beef patties are always juicy because they are made with fresh (never frozen), top-quality ground beef. You will not get this from most national burger chains. They also use fresh lettuce, tomatoes and onions. The hot and crispy fries are good as advertised. One of the few burger chains that offer a cup of chili as a side dish and do not sleep on the Baconator. Along with the fries, it is probably my favorite thing on the menu. Despite some of the other reviews I read, I have had nothing but very good customer service here. It is just another major component of what they do consistently well, a stark contrast from ALL the neighboring, competing restaurant chains in the area. read more

Summary - Honestly the service was ok. I went through the drive through around 12am. I ordered a triple dave and a classic chicken sandwich both being large combos. Service - the service like I said was ok, the person on the end seemed a bit out of the mood but I also understand that it's late at night and they're about to close. So no hard qualms about it. Food - honestly, crap. If you look at the photos of both individual sandwiches you'll notice they were drenched with mayo. They might as well have dipped them in a bucket of it that's how much it was. I had to get a few napkins to wipe away a majority of it. Now I understand some people like a lot of mayo, I personally prefer only a small amount. But I think that even if people do like it, I doubt they would only prefer mayo. I would think that they would still like to taste the burger or chicken sandwich not just mayo. Each item was a combo, so the fries were actually not bad and I switched out one of drinks to a flurry. That's was also ok. Ambiance - I never went inside so I couldn't tell you about how good it is but the drive through was ok. My thoughts - I chose to eat at night because I think that if they don't care about how they treat you or you're food then imagine how it could be during the day when it's busy wether it's lunch hour or when things get crazy. There was only another person in the drive thru and yet this is how my food came out. I'm not mad just disappointed. I do not recommend going to this place. Every time I have gone to a Wendy's I order taco salad, they have always given me 2 sour creams. I asked if I could have another one, for a total of 2, the drive through gal said I can sell you one for .27 cents. I said Okay, I will give you 27 cents for an extra tablespoon of sour cream!!! Came here on May 12, 2020 as the dude was craving a Wendy's Root Beer Float and I might as well get ice cream! This was a late night snack for us as our favorite sweet treats were closed. Anywho, the staff member who took the order was very friendly. The dude wanted a Frosty Float or something like that and that certain machine was not working. So the dude got a Root Beer float instead which he didn't like at all as it was very watery. I ended up getting the Sugar Cookie Frosty Sundae which was very delicious! I had no complaints on my treat! I haven't had Wendy's food in years and their chicken items look so delicious so on one of my cheat days I do wanna try them! Absolutely disgusting location. For starters, employees do not acknowledge you and you have to use the kiosk to order food. After ordering a baked potato and chicken nuggets, we waited almost 20 minutes in which we witnessed every employee, except the employee TOUCHING food and putting it in bags wearing gloves. When I asked why she wasn't wearing gloves but she was touching fries and the nuggets, a guy intervened and said oh we don't have to when we aren't touching things. I said, I just watched her touch the French fries and the inside of the nugget container where the nuggets are currently sitting. I think I've pretty much given up on this Wendy's. We went through the drive-thru at 10:00am today. As part of my order, I wanted a bacon cheese baked potato, but they said the baked potatoes weren't ready yet. Ok, cool, so I ordered the cod fish sandwich. But, I just wanted a PLAIN sandwich. Just the fish and the bread. No cheese, no whatever that mayo stuff is, no lettuce. And, I politely stressed that...just the fish and bread please. The wait at the window took longer because of my "special order", so, because the cars were backing up behind us, I offered to pull into the curbside pickup. But, they said I could just wait at the window. So, we get home with our spoils and I break out my cod sandwich and notice it seems really big and really heavy. I unwrap it and it's loaded with all the slop I told them I DIDN'T want. So, WHY did we have to wait so long just for them to give us a regular cod sandwich??? I get it - people have had it working at fast food places and they're quitting in droves, so they're short-staffed. But, don't make me (and all the cars behind me) wait three times as long only to give me the exact opposite of what I ordered. I can imagine what a thankless job it is. But, if I can't reasonably get what I order on a semi-consistent basis, I'll just eat elsewhere. read more

Don't get me wrong. Service is 5 stars and cleanliness of the restaurant is 5 stars. The food was nice and hot and they made it quick too. If you like Wendy's this location does it well, but this is one of those classic cases where some people just don't really like the taste. The burger to me was a little tasteless just because of the lettuce, i just felt like I was tasting lettuce. The grilled chicken sandwhich was the same case, and it was a little bit weirder in texture to me. The crispy chicken sandwhich my brother had looked more appetizing and more traditional. The saving grace of this meal was the pretzel bacon pub burger, which is a hefty price, but it has a lot of character and the beer cheese sauce is really good. The bun is also great aswell. The pub fries are also pretty good, but the frosty was a little lack luster because it's just ice cream in a cup. Would I recommend this place to people who love Wendy's? Absolutely, but you can't please everyone and that's okay. Wendy's is just not for me, but with the fantastic service. I can see why people come back. read more

I really like that they remodeled the place. It's much easier to eat food when the place isn't so old looking and outdated. The service is fast and the food is fresh. I enjoy coming here on my lunch break and people watching after I'm done eating. I appreciate the multi choice soda fountain because I like Diet Cherry Dr Pepper and it likes me too. Waited in drive thru for almost 20 minutes and was told I could order tea at the drive thru, pressed them on this and they finally agreed to sell me the tea (I was trapped in the drive thru and had several cars in front of me). When I got up there they told me they have no sugar at the drive thru and I have to go inside to grab some from the front. I went in and grabbed the sugar then found out the didn't put ketchup on the burger so had to go back inside. I added the sugar and drove off. At the next stop light I went to get a drink and noticed some stuff floating around. I managed to grab some with the straw and discovered it was a small piece and front beef. There where so many small pieces of ground beef in my tea. (I thought at first it was just tea leaves till I got one out). Very disappointed purchased large Chili, they only gave me regular amount. In the large bowl so it was barely over half full. Wow... I remember Wendy's as a great place to eat. What happened? The food was mediocre at best. My chicken sandwich was dry and way over cooked. My wife's salad appeared to have been prepared either yesterday or very early today. Wilted and just stale in appearance. However the worst part was dealing with the clerk taking our orders. No personality and his speaking skills were absolutely zero. It was difficult to understand him and he certainly did not want to be there. I think video games have created a generation of zombie kids. And they demand $15 an hour. Maybe his parents are to blame, not Wendy's! Why would Wendy's put him on the front line as a representative? We are not regulars at their establishment, and now I remember why. Worst service ever. Takes forever and the # on the receipt for "feedback" takes you to an over seas call center who is also tired of getting calls from Wendy's customers. I hit up the all so funny Wendy's Twitter account and it was just one empty promise after another about someone getting a hold of me. 3 months after the original visit I get a call and call back 30min after. The district manager who just called left hours early for the day. I spoke with another district manager who assured me I would get a call. Another week comes and goes and nothing. Yeah DM Wendy (@wendys on Twitter) and am told for the 3rd or 4th time I'd get a call. Well I did and not only was she rude, she lied about the calling me back. Don't waist your $, they don't deserve it. Slight update, the district manager did wind up calling and told me she called already and left me a message. She's a liar. I even called my cell carrier to check and the day she called I only got one call, and I answered it, and it wasn't her. Not sure what to say except I'm sad I'll never have a frosty again. read more

Since the remodel they have improved tremendously. They get pretty busy at times but overall I've been experiencing pretty good service, and their salads are YUMMY!!! My only complaint is the drive thru can get crazy with the parking lot being small. Sometimes you can get blocked in. read more

You guys need to adjust your online hours. So yesterday I pulled up at Wendy's about 12:30ish in the AM and sure enough there is a long line which is to be expected. I wait in line for 20-30 minutes and as soon as I get in front where the speaker is they tell me they are closed and that they close at 1am. Mind you it's exactly 1:00am (12:58am to be exact). I told them that I am picking up an online order that was placed more than 30 minutes ago and I know that because it was supposed to be ready about 12:30-12:45am. Basically they didn't have the order ready and suggested getting a refund. If the staff has to stop everything at 1:00am consider adjusting your hours for online. I use to work in restaurants and we usually cut online orders at least 30 minutes before closing. If we were busy we would stop online an hour before close for this reason to ensure that the orders are ready and picked up around closing time the latest. There were times when we would have to wait 10 minutes after closing for the orders to be picked up but usually no later than that. There is no need to waste the customers time. read more

For a change of pace, the new Mediterranean Salad is really rather good ($4.95 for 1/2 salad). Although you really do not need it for most of the salad because there are so many toppings, it comes with a blueberry vinaigrette dressing. Paired with a drink and a free frosty (we have a couple of those Wendy's key chains,) it was a satisfying, yet inexpensive meal. Although it was a busy holiday Saturday, we got our order in a reasonable time and we got exactly what we were supposed to. Can't complain. read more
