This place literally feels like I'm being fed at my mom's house. Except for here she doesn't have to cook-and neither do I!! We had a few plate on our table, menudo, chilaquiles special, chicharrones special, carne asada burrito and chile verde breakfast. Everyone enjoyed their choices, I also tried my mom's chicharrón special and it was very tasty. The server was sweet and checked on us frequently. I appreciated the baskets of all the condiments and creamers on the table. I love not having to bug servers, especially when they are busy. Oh and chips and salsa were fresh and pico was on point. As far as the taste, the meat tacos were a little rough and gum like, probably from sitting out too long. The chicken tacos actually fell apart as my wife was eating them, and the chicken was very, very overcooked so again, probably sitting too long inside the burner. They do not have the right ABC license so you can't drink alcohol and eat hair even though you're sitting inside a liquor store. Overall an okay place, there's so many selections of Mexican food in Clovis, this one was so so.
