Hadn't been to a Taco Bell in ages. Decided that I would compare what I get at Del Taco vs. their bean burrito. First off, completely shocked that they are completely kiosk. No one is around to ask if you need help. OK I will go through it and see what happens... Under the burrito it gives options. Tried to see if I could add additional onions... hey, for 80 cents!!! No thanks! Apparently I fat fingered and asked for extra beans. Order restart... you can't get green sauce anymore. Go my burrito and it was folded well but was a sad size. Liked the grilled tortilla, as Dell doesn't grill theirs. Cheese was very non-existent. Bottom line Taco Bell grills theirs and adds 3-4 diced onions, but offers no green sauce. My experience at the Taco Bell drive through was disappointing. The manager Christina who took my order at the intercom was sarcastic and her tone was derogatory. As I rolled up to the window I was met with the worker Paris who also was rude and carried an unpleasant connotation. The food itself was practically thrown into the bag and was not held to its formal standard. There was no other cars in front or behind us. I can remember the first time I went to a Taco Bell when I was growing up. It was something like I had never tasted that was considered fast food. Drive-thru taken. Long line. Moved at a medium pace. The worker was very kind! I ordered a chicken power bowl with extra hot sauce. I was also asked if I wanted to round it up to benefit their scholarship fund. I said yes and did. Reached checkout and paid for the order. It was handed over to me a long with wishes for a good day! They said they didn't have Baja blast but the same worker who said their Baja blast machine wasn't working poured a customer outside a Baja blast. She gave my friend the side eye while pouring it. I saw a long line over at Taco Bell and I thought why not go in since I'm just getting a drink. I get a Baja blast freeze. I'm waiting at the counter to be acknowledged for a good minute and I keep getting eyed down by one of the staff members. She mumbles something to me, I ask her to repeat it, she mumbles again, I ask her to repeat it again, says it lower, I'm confused and she just end up ignoring me until a customer told me that I need to use the kiosk to order me not go to the register. I order my drink, I wait a bit, and nothing. Someone comes out to me and tells me they don't have the drink atm, so I just needed a refund. I assumed it would have been a large order. It was a small box and a soda. I then waited for five minutes at the window to get 2 items and a soda. Absolutely terrible. Tacos were ice cold and they refused to take them back and insisted they were made right then shut the window in our face. Was 3 white young girls running the place at night. Also refused to split checks so we had to go through the drive through twice. So rude to us and we didn't even get irate with them, just shocked how brazen they were about it. For all you late night snackers, this Taco Bell has a tendency of closing way before their hours of operation say they're supposed to close. In my experience there's always an excuse why they close early. this last time I showed up the evening of 1/20/22 at 12am and their hours of operation say they close at 1am. I saw three employees through the drive-through window just standing in a circle talking, neither of them cared to even walk up to the window and tell me anything, one of them just gave me a quick two second glance, shook her head and looked away.
