I usually don't leave reviews but I mobile ordered I had to pick up my order from another store in the parking lot so then I drive over to Wendy's for the girl to tell me she can't find my order "ok well I'm not seeing your order you can go to curbside to see if it pops up" so I canceled My order that says it's paid for and placed another one so maybe it would pop up waited for 25 min and nothing mind you they brought an order out to the car next to me that pulled up after me so I canceled my order do better please read more

Bad Service, so bad. Corporate should be very concerned about this location. I waited, and waited and then waited some more, only to leave the line. Thought about going into the drive thru, but came to my senses. Avoid this location until they can get someone who can manage to make sure they are providing any level of service. Do not use the Wendy's app here. Twice in a week delivery from Clovis, Ca Wendy's was a nightmare! In store staff unsympathetic, clueless. Contacting anyone in the store was near impossible. The French fries at this location are disgusting. You wouldn't think that deep frying potatoes and throwing some salt on them would be that hard for a fast food franchise, but here they are consistently undercooked, unsalted, and borderline bitter. This has happened the last four times I've visited. Yuck! Fries are an integral part of the fast food experience and they need to be cooked and seasoned properly. Horrible customer service ever. Messed up my Order and they never compensated us for our wasted time. Placed order at 3:15 waited 30mins and still no food. The cashier Elizabeth was so incompetent instead of making our order she was pacing back and forth doing nothing she looked more like a lost dog. Then the manager did nothing to fix the problem..she was just as incompetent as Elizabeth and Alicia. Bought a keychain last year good for a free kids frosty with any purchase year round. Have used it all over CA and other states, even in New York and this location doesn't honor it. They charge. First visit to this location and it will Be my last. To begin with, the cashier (Joyce) could not have been more rude and condescending. I felt so uncomfortable seeing how rude she treated the customers before me. Still, I love the challenge of getting someone to "turn that frown upside down", so I tried killing her with kindness. Not this one. She basically threw my order at me and was more than upset that I asked if they French dressing (like she had never heard of it). French dressing is listed in the Wendy's website, and even if it wasn't, I didn't deserve for her to basically throw 3 packets of dressing towards me and say, "this is what we have...that's it!!" I left with a melted Frostie, salad , drink and a resolve to NEVER return to this Wendy's location. read more

I like most Wendy's locations but this one has the worst staff. They were unhelpful and inattentive. Upon arriving at the drive thru I was greeted by a low mumble that I couldn't understand. While I was ordering she continued to mumble and ask for me to repeat things several times after she told me she had gotten it already. When we pulled up to the window she said nothing and I handed her my card. She did not give me a receipt and asked again for me to clarify my simple order. When we finally got our food, the things we had clarified many times were missing from our bag and the lady had disappeared from the window so we were not able to fix our issues. 09/12/2020 drive thru waited 30 minutes to order the girl taking orders seemed if shewas scared to talk. asked for ranch dressing. Ranch dressing they forget to put in bag. There was 2 of them one standing there just looking stupid and the other couldnt even multitask. Get them some training Wendys quit being lazy. read more

Always gets the order right, very kind staff, and the line is never too slow. I always have a nice meal when I visit this Wendy's location and I look forward to coming. This restaurant is one of the better fast food options in the area if you're looking for a good burger and don't want to rip a hole in your wallet to pay for it. read more

This Wendy's has horrible customer service. I specifically ordered fresh food because I didn't want my food to be cold, I waited the extra 8 min. For the food so I expected it to be fully cooked. The nice lady at the register had me pull forward and park which is totally understandable, but the lady who came to bring me my order was rude, she handed me my order and walked away, ignoring my when I asked where my receipt was. I then go home, and come to find that my chicken was still cold even though I had ordered it fresh. I called the rest. to let them know about what had happened, and the manager told me that I was lying and that my food was not cold, she then told me to take back my food. Even though I was already home, I tried to be cooperative so I drove back to the resturaunt to have my order replaced. I've worked in fast food before so I know how difficult customers can be, but the customer service I received was not acceptable at all. DELIA the manager, had the nerve to tell me that my food was not cold, I told her to open it up herself and all she could do was laugh about it. Yes, a manager LAUGHING at a paying customer, she then told me there was nothing she could do about it, and that she would only refund me for the sandwiches that were cold. I didn't even want a refund, I just wanted a HOT sandwhich (that's what I paid for) but she refused to remake it. DELIA, is a horrible face for the Wendy's corporation. Wendy's should be ashamed for hiring a rude manager with horrible customer service. I stopped by after taking my dog to PetSmart for a grooming and they were a short walk across the lot. Was a line but it was the lunch hou so no big deal. Food was good, got the apple pecan salad and a drink. Only issue I had was an annoying fly that insisted on landing on my arm, or tray during my meal. The only reason this location rates as high as two stars is because it was very clean with updated seating. When we arrived at 11:15am, one of the two drink machines was already out of ice, forcing customers to line up and wait at one machine. Ordered the chili, which is usually really, really good - but not today. It was more like a thin soup, with little meat and almost no beans. To add insult to injury, Wendy's now charges 60 cents for cheese to top it. Guess they're paying for the improvements by shorting customers on the food. read more

I dont know what is up with this location but it SUCKS BALLS!! The employees are borderline rude. And for some reason the food here is gross. I like Wendy's, but this one.... nope. I am a Uber eats driver, came to this location to simply pick up an order. I go through the drive through line and decide to also get food for myself. As I'm ordering I start to notice that the person taking the order doesn't know how to take an order. Finally she gets it correct after a few times of trying. I get to the window to pay and also tell her that I have an Uber eats order, she (the girl with the head scarf on) then tells me that she can hand me the food I ordered but I had to go inside to pick up the Uber eats order, me already irritated at that says okay and goes to the front of the store only to find out the front doors are locked. I then proceeded to knock on the door till someone answered. He and another lady opens the door and then tells me that I have to get BACK into the drive through line to pick up the Uber eats order. I then told them that this is ridiculous and that I'm canceling the order. At the end of the day stop harassing customers because I will never provide my service or money to them any longer. read more

Terrible service. Asked for no sauce as I am allergic to eggs (aka, no mayo), but received a burger with it anyways, and when I called to inform them of their minor, fixable mistake, I was told they were already closed so there was nothing they could do. As a kid I would always come by this Wendy's with my family because they offer the most variety at a low price. Can't go wrong with a frosty and fries! Service is fine nothing spectacular but then again I'm just here for food. Restaurant interior is clean with plenty of seating. I don't think I've ever tried anything on the menu that I didn't like. Kids meal aren't just fountain drinks you can substitute milk, and fries for apple slices. The chili is delicious. The fries are on point. 4 stars for sure from this yelper. read more

The service is a joke here. I came through the drive through around 11:20pm there were no cars behind me and the place looked dead. Not only did it take a minute to even be acknowledged at the speaker but also I was on hold for like 5 minutes just to place my order for one sandwich. I'm not going to go into depth because it's a waste of time but come on Wendy's hire some better cashiers who can actually do their job decently. Find a different Wendy's to eat at! The design of the register front counter leads to cold food and slow service. Very small counter, where customers with food have to crowd in front of customers waiting to buy food to get refills. The same issue holds true for picking up your food order. The restuarant floors & tables were filthy and the food was NOT worth giving to my dog (and he'll eat anything). The beef patties are something Wendy's prides itself on "never frozen" "always fresh" yadayadayada... not at this location. The beef patties were burnt to a crisp, to the point of falling apart. But to add insult to injury, one of our burnt patties was obviously dropped to the floor and served up. The bits of paper, hair and disgust were still present on the patty! Dont bother trying to call the restuarant...they dont answer the phone. I've called the Corporate office...and still waiting for a return call. Wish I could give this location a zero rating with a health department warning. So sad. read more

This Wendy's shut down for awhile to basically rebuild the whole restaurant, which apparently included hiring an entirely new and absolutely incompetent and rude staff. We LOVED this place before, going way more than we should but that's another post, and now I would rather drive clear across town than 2 mins from my home because of the horribly bitchy and demeaning staff. The manager along with 3 other employees felt the need to come over the intercom to argue with me and then once I was given my food the manager thought she needed to come hang out the window and proceed to try to talk down to me, lecturing me as if I was an unruly child. I didn't yell, I didn't curse, but I very concisely told her that not only was she out of line and this was ridiculous, but it was poor customer service to berate your customers. Wnedys burgers are not entirly the best but their not to bad. Their customer service when you order is pretty good and quick. I like to get their chili; instead, of their fries. Their chili is nice and spicy and is actually healther for you then their fries. read more
