They are about $5 each, pricier than some other spots, but their quality and size makes them more than worth it. I've also had the fried yuca with Chicharron which was also a very generous portion. The service is super friendly as well! Their food truck is on a main road (Cleveland in the Chevron parking lot) in Madera which is super convenient, but it's also awesome that they're on DoorDash. I was prepared for "similar to Mexican, yet different". The grilled beef steak(like carne asada) with oiled rice and salad was served with a small side plate of round thick tortilla -like bread. Sort of like a pupusa without a filling. I can tell there was corn meal in it. I ordered the hibiscus tea. It was tasty and refreshing. One of my dining companions ordered a dish that was as somewhat similar to a chile relleno, only filled with ground beef and without cheese. It was tasty and savory, but had no heat, no chiles. It was a little awkward for me, because had no expectations of what to expect. The meat was a little salty, and tasted good. The serving portions were of good size. I do like the heat of Mexican food, so I was a little disappointed the El Salvadoran food isn't. Next time, illstick to the pupusas. Service was attentive.
