While the food here does not come out quickly, it's delicious! Some unique offerings, and the slaw-like veggies that come with the pupusas is incredible! I also tried a chicken and a Carnitas taco ... likewise, insanely good. The stop was about 10 minutes away from me.... And it's just a dirt lot with no tables or anything.... They do wrap in foil, which keeps things nice and toasty. It looks like just a mother and her young son running the truck . I don't think he's even 12 years old, but did a fantastic job manning the register and paying attention to the order. It's a very humble operation, but my goodness it's the food good! I CANT BELIEVE I ATE HERE AND I GOT FOOD POISONING THE NEXT MORNING if I could take back eating here I would. This place is NOT sanitized what so ever, and not to mention the food is pricey. Remember businesses that stay open late. That's not a good sign. That means they don't get that many customers honestly because when I arrived to this location, it was literally dead. I was the only person there now I see why I don't know if these reviews are fake, but I am a real review. I literally got food poisoning. This is not OK don't make the same mistake. UPDATE: Maribel is back in business and as good as ever! She is open again, this time with a brand new trailer in the same location at Weber and Valentine. No exaggeration, Maribel makes the best pupusas that I've ever had. She has homemade sauces and guacamole too. My favorite is the jalapeño sauce or cacahuate sauce when I want it extra hot. Her burritos are legit too. Hefty and not dripping with grease like most other burritos. She does it right. read more

Came back here tonight to get the spinach pupusa and she was out of spinach. She said everyone was ordering them today. So, I'm trying the zucchini tonight. I found out that she is going to be open Mon - Sun from now on. She's usually here no later than 7pm and he until 2am. On weekends she's open until 4am. all of our food was mushy. the pupusas had pinto beans in them. authentic ones have black beans. the tacos were soaked with juices from the meat. it all fell apart. the curtido was mushy and not crunchy at all. just not good. would not recommend. haven't seen them around in a while so maybe this is why. i know, i know, covid and support businesses and all so im sorry to say but its the truth. food was not good. read more

Food is made to order. Her food is so delicious & comforting! We love to get the puposas (mixed meat & cheese) and adobada tacos. If you like spice, she has an extra red spicy chile/salsa. I had always passed by this tiny truck down Weber. Oftentimes, i would go to the taco truck down the way. I love pupusas, but the best place I've had them are in Mendota where there is a high population of Salvadorean folks, and I personally haven't found a spot in Fresno which makes them. I decided to finally try it tonight, and this is THEE spot in Fresno for delicious authentic pupusas. I had the revueltas, which had chicharrones and beans. It had great flavor and were not too greasy or too dry. I will have to come back again to have more from their menu, which includes tacos and burritos. Note: it is cash only, and I called the number on the truck and it was the wrong number. I highly suggest you try this place. It does get overlooked because of the bigger taco truck half a mile down the road. I am happy to support this humble little truck. read more

Worst food I've ever had! The last food truck that was there in the same place was a lot better, food is very salty, we didn't have a big order , we waited for Im over an hour, was the last one to get the order everyone that was there after me , had already gotten their order! Was not worth what I paid for! And i had given them a generous tip when we ordered, food was also cold, we had ordered 6 pupusas revueltas,2 burritos 1 asada 1 al pastor , and we received with pupusas of only frijoles!! I don't know what kind of meat they're serving ! But it's not carne asada or al pastor! Wish I'd get my money back! I do not recommend !! Go else where !! The last food truck that was there along time ago was better !! We would always go there when we visited from LA !! I've had better food than this !
