El curtido y la salsa están faltos de amor, ni color ni especies en el curtido y la salsa es un líquido rojo nada más. Siento mucho ser tan duro pero yo no llamaría a eso pupusas, es una imitación de baja calidad. Considero que si viajas de fuera de la zona mejor busques en otro lugar. Ya con estas son tres pupuserías que hemos probado y las demás son iguales. Cuando las mejoren regresaré.

Ended up paying $55 and some change for the dozen and a half and 2 Jarritos. Taste was okay, nothing too amazing. The size of the pupusas were a good size. I added the red sauce (pictured) because they do give you the pickled cabbage and tomato sauce but it just needed the little extra kick. Not dying to go back but I just may.

There are also a really good size. I got two because I was not sure how big they were going to be. But one is a good size because they are stuffed. I loved that there were not flat like other pupusas I've had in the past, they were nice and stuffed. The filling was great, I could taste the chicharron, the cheese, everything was so tasty. I definitely recommend if you are in the area of Kerman. This is a great spot for some fresh pupusas!

They are about $5 each, pricier than some other spots, but their quality and size makes them more than worth it. I've also had the fried yuca with Chicharron which was also a very generous portion. The service is super friendly as well! Their food truck is on a main road (Cleveland in the Chevron parking lot) in Madera which is super convenient, but it's also awesome that they're on DoorDash.
