Terrible service lately, but this was the last straw. The two women tried to up charge us on everything. We were probably asked if we wanted double meat, cheese, and avocado 10times. They were doing the same to the man behind us and he was also getting frustrated. Super skimpy on the veggies, I remember years ago when they used to give you what you asked for. We got home and found a hair in one sandwich and they cut both sandwiches so uneven. Do better! Next time i want Subway Im going to Fresno. read more

Greeted by a nice worker and ordered a teriyaki chicken wrap with all veggies, pepper Jack cheese, baja and southwestern hot sauces on the side. Also got baked baked BBQ chips. Canceled my order for no reason. Then kept my money after I ordered on the app. Restaurant wasn't helpful at all.

I have never walked out of a Subway until now. My husband and I travel all over the country and we've been to at least 100 Subways. I asked for a spinach salad w/ 2 scoops of tuna like we always get. Both employees said they only have protein bowls right now (they were out of salad bowls) so I'd have to get mostly protein and not very much salad. After several mins of trying to explain that I didn't want extra protein (and that I would even pay extra for what I wanted), I just walked out very disappointed. They did not seem to care at all that they lost a large sale. Terrible customer service. No ability to serve the customer. Extremely disappointed. If you usually get salads at Subway, definitely do not go to this one. read more

I've always loved Deli Delicious, but for over a year at least at this location they have become Very cheap with their meat and toppings it's ridiculous! Deli Delicious was always known for their over stuffed sandwiches but this one in Kerman barely puts anything in them. The Buffalo sandwich is dry when they're supposed to be juicy. Worst subway I've ever been to in the Central Valley. Every employee has the same rude attitude. I would think it's a requirement to be as rude as possible to work here. Witnessed the workers being rude to literally every single person behind me in line at my last visit. One girl even had the audacity to put one single piece of cheese on my sandwich. I'm giving this a one star because employee Anayeli I believe I read on her badge has the rudest customer service and training skills was yelling at one of the employee for not wrapping a sandwich right away in front of us the customers. Went into the newly moved Subway in Kerman, CA for lunch today. Ordered a footlong pastrami sandwich. When I was requesting the fixings I saw that the maker put FIVE olive slices on my footlong. I was told by female owner? that the proper number of slices per the corporation was SIX. I created a scene because I knew she was lying. She stated that I would have to pay for anything over SIX olive slices. I asked how much per slice? She got pissed because I was holding up the line and ended up putting the normal amount of olive slices you'd receive at any other Subway. Don't go there. Period. read more
