This place is a good size inside. Plenty of seating to hang out and relax or do work. On my last visit the air was out. It was really hot inside and it made it very uncomfortable to relax and have a drink. So we opted to get our drinks to go. The workers were kind. The guy helping suggested the Spanish latte to my hubby. So hubby got that and I got a seasonal drink. Both drinks were delicious and made perfectly. My only issue was how long it took to make the drinks. We waited 15-20 minutes for 2 drinks. Which is a long time especially since they didn't have a lot of customers when we ordered.
Honestly I don't get all the great reviews - we came here for brunch and none of us were terribly impressed. Cute ambience, and interesting selection of baked goods and menu items. You order at the counter and they bring you your food. They missed an item we ordered, and what did come was very meh. The egg skillet thing was very insubstantial for the price. 2 little eggs topped with a bunch of very salty cream sauce with a slice of toasted sourdough. The crowaffle was mid and the lattes we ordered were not great. Not much flavor, just super sweet. Also $1.50 add on for oat milk is pretty ridiculous. You want great flavorful coffee, go to Chez Maryse. My daughter got the chia seed pudding and lavender latte which she said was gross and gave her stomach problems afterwards. She had come here before bc everyone she knew seems to love this place- BUT she thought it wasn't that great but ended up receiving a bunch of gift cards to use. I don't think we will come here again though - there are way better options.
This is a really cute coffee shop close to the Fresno State campus located in the Campus Pointe plaza. There's loads of parking and they have pastries if you're in the mood for that. Otherwise, there is plenty of other food places to eat in the plaza. I came here around 8:30am on a Sunday morning and got a macadamia latte with oat milk and my bf got a cold brew. My latte was perfectly sweetened and creamy. The service was friendly, fast, and the coffee was delicious. It was a very quiet and chill vibe at that hour and it would be great for reading or studying. I loved their decor and I made a mental note to try their affogato next time I visit.
I love this place. The staff is always super friendly. They will customize my dietary restrictions. The food is delicious the ambience it's a cute little café down past the movie theater kind of sitting at the end of the strip. I love this place continues to get better with time. I love it a lot more since they added a a huge amount of breakfast and lunch items, other than pastries
I have only been to Collect a handful of times, and honestly, I had to warm up to it. I went over 4-5 years ago when matcha wasn't popular, and they had a nitro matcha that I ended up trying. It was decent--at that time. I've went a few more times and gotten things like chai, brewed tea, and pastries. All of them were decent to me but nothing extraordinary. I think their location and the vibe of their shop (clean and open) was a good appeal point for them though. I often went to work. However, I recently went back and had their matcha again with cold foam, and they've definitely leveled up. They are also very supportive of the Fresno State students, which I appreciate as an alumni myself. Overall, the staff is nice, the space is bright and open, and the drinks are great.

Since it's located near Fresno State, it's usually buzzing with college students and has a lively, energetic vibe. I also love that their menu is always evolving, so there's always something new to try. Definitely a go-to spot for studying, hanging out, or just grabbing a really good coffee.

In my drink, the nutty flavor was present but it wasn't sweet at all? Overall, I didn't like my drink, but the panini.... If I could use the heart eyes emoji right now I would. Bread was soft, and flavor was great!! Tasted healthy but was savory enough. I miss it already

I switched up my order after she rang me up, and she was patient with me and accommodating. The food was okay. Nothing stood out to me. Prices are reasonable. Would stop by here again. Parking was free with time limits, and I had no trouble finding a spot on a Saturday morning right after the holidays. Since it's close to Fresno State, parking might get tighter during peak hours, but my morning experience was super easy. Overall, highly recommend for coffee, coworking, or even a cute photo moment. I'll definitely be coming back!

Orders are placed on iPads with minimal staff interaction, which felt a bit disconnected for a small local coffee shop. My drip coffee was extremely acidic, the most difficult I've ever sipped, even after diluting it. The strawberry matcha was fine, and the chocolate croissant was slightly burnt and dense. While I'm glad I tried it, I wouldn't come back.
Collect Coffee Bar serves up good quality coffee and provides plenty of seating to relax and connect. It should come as no surprise that Collect Coffee is mostly frequented by college students given its location, providing a college study vibe which also made for a nice quiet place to connect with my husband. My husband ordered the Cortado and I ordered their chamomile tea with steamed oatmilk and slightly sweetened with honey. The tea was simple and made just as requested. We will definitely return for another coffee date!

Recently revisited Collect Coffee at Campos Point and absolutely loved the remodel! The coffee shop is beautiful, and the expansion with Zaytoona makes the whole space feel fresh and inviting. Both spaces are gorgeous. We had heard they were now serving avocado, so we were excited to try it. We also got to sample their ice cream, and WOW, it was so incredibly smooth and creamy that it almost didn't feel like we were eating ice cream! Topped with espresso, it was such a delicious combination. The staff was incredibly friendly and even surprised us with an extra scoop of ice cream, which completely made my daughter's and my day. Such a sweet gesture and a wonderful experience all around. We'll definitely be back! read more
Honestly I'd give this place a 3.5 star! We ordered a cold brew, latte and an açaí bowl to go. The drinks were good, however the açaí bowl took an extra long time. They put it in a bowl to eat there, totally ignored our multiple requests for it to go. It was aight, not the best I've had and not the worst. Would I order it again? Definitely not. read more

This place was a college student's dream! Plenty of seating, including a cozy sofa and soft chairs. And outlets for charging your devices! I can see why the caramel-vanilla latte is a favorite-- it had just the right amount of sweetness and flavor. The espresso was delightful and the way they foamed the milk made it feel like an extra creamy treat. I will definitely be back for more vibes and the bakery treats next time! read more

Just a simple solid coffee bar. Everything is clean, the employees were kind, and it was pretty quiet. Overall this place was a pretty decent experience but the pastry was disappointing. I want to hear on a Saturday morning and lingered reading for a good couple of hours. I had their London fog which was very nice. I would definitely say that the London fog is on the weaker side and you might know like it if you enjoy a good strong earl grey. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that but I do wish it was a little bit stronger. I ordered the chocolate croissants and was a little disappointed. They asked if I wanted it warmed, and when I received it, it was cold in the middle. When I told them the pastry was cold in the middle, they microwaved it, and turn the pastry into a chewy soggy mess. Definitely not ideal. Later, I ordered a bagel sandwich and was absolutely impressed by the flavors. I would definitely advise that if you go here, get one of the prepared foods, and avoid the croissants altogether. All in all, this place was a great experience with very nice people. I do wish the pastries were a little better, but, it wasn't a bad experience . read more
I was here to support the Student For Palestine group. I have been meaning to try this coffee bar for a while and have only heard good things about it. I didn't realized how big this coffee bar is. There are plenty of seating inside. They have seasonal drinks offered and I was interested in trying the Pumpkin Latte which I really like. It has a nice amount of cinnamon in it and level of sweetness was perfect. I got the 16 oz for $5.50. I also was really excited to try the knafeh which is a traditional Arabic dessert made pastry, cheese, and sweet syrup. I pretty much gobbled that up. It was crispy, flakey, and even had a little cheese pull because it was warm when I got it. I have never had anything like it before. It is sweet and savory. It did take a little long for it to come out- 15 mins. I recommend those who haven't had it try it, it's unique and delicious. Very student friendly, with plenty of indoor seatings. There were students resting during breaks and doing school work when I was there. It was quite lively around 11am. If you like coffee, definitely come check this coffee bar out located on Campus Pointe. read more
I've been going to Collect for years, but this is probably only my third time visiting since they've changed ownership. The shop itself feels so open and welcoming, with high ceilings and plenty of seating. The booths & bar window seating have outlets, and the place offers free WiFi, making it the perfect place for getting work done. I felt that the booths were much comfier to sit in than the regular chairs on the other sides of the booth. Their iced cardamom vanilla latte ended up costing $6 for 16 oz, which is pretty comparable to most coffee joints in the area. I felt that it had a bit too much milk for my liking. With every sip, I would feel the grains of the cardamom, which was not my favorite sensation. However, the cardamom vanilla flavor made it worth it. read more

Collect has been a staple for me since high school and will always have a special place in my heart. Situated near Fresno State, this place is perfect to study or catch up with friends. This place has ample seating (with outlets!!!) and they always have great music playing. Service is quick and efficient. The drinks are delish. I know people go crazy over the coffee, especially their macadamia latte, but I'm going to give some love to their new matcha drinks. They are worth allll the hype and I hope they stay on the menu permanently. 〰 Strawberry Matcha (5/5): Their strawberry matcha is DELISH! I've been on the hunt for a good strawberry matcha after having a life-changing one in SF and am happy to say I found a dupe in Fresno. It's fire! 〰 Matcha Cloud (5/5): A refreshing drink. Coconut water with matcha cold foam??? MMMM. This is a perfect summer drink for someone who wants something light but still wants that matcha flavor. Some of the best lattes I've had. Good selection of flavors. They also offer some food items. I haven't tried any of those yet. Me and my sister stop by here every time we're in town. I would definitely recommend this place to people who love coffee as much as I do. read more

I've stopped by here many times and finally decided to write a review. This place is near Fresno State. So the clientele is a mix of students studying and friends catching up. You can tell this coffee place has its "regulars" that stop in. I love that it has such a warm and welcoming vibe. Today, I just ordered a tea but in the past I've ordered coffee and some of their delicious pastries. If you haven't stopped in yet, you definitely need to!! read more
Super nice baristas when you walk in! I came by to study. Got an iced tea lemonade and it was good, but totally not worth $4! I sat along the seats on the right side... the seats were SO far from the tables and the tables are bolted in at the bottom so I couldn't move them. The two outlets by my table were super loose so it was difficult to charge my laptop. Once I finally got the plug to stay in, I realized that neither of them worked. I went to sit on the blue couch in the back area until my laptop died, and it was nice to see that they either replaced the blue couch or repaired it. I remember it completely sinking in last time I was here, but it held firm this time! I don't think Collect is my go-to study spot, but it's definitely a convenient option! read more

What a great coffee shop! It's nice and bright. There is plenty of seating, multiple outlets, and of course, caffeine! There's coffee and tea options. I got the crème brûlée latte off their winter menu and it was just the right amount of sweetness and they torch the sugar! The staff was friendly and helpful. It's a great study spot, read a book spot, do some doodling/art spot, and catch up with some friends spot. read more

Nice and quiet coffee bar. They wouldn't let me use my personal cup so I told them to hold the lid and just hand me the coffee. The service was quick and pleasant. Plenty of parking out front. Hardly anyone was there. Probably since it was December 23rd and everyone was probably at home. Anyways, my americano was great. read more
