This places had been on my list to visit for a while now. I dropped off some dry cleaning a few miles away and decided to stop bye it was around 8:30am. Didn't realize this shop shared a building with a brow bar. I had to step back and make sure I was entering the correct place lol. I was the only one there the gentleman at the front greeted me. The menu is very simple. I ordered one iced matcha with oat milk and had asked if they had pastries since I had my 1yo son with me. Sadly they only sold coffee. My order was ready in 2mins. Been wanting to try Saint for a good while. I was finally in the shopping center getting my toes done and decided to drop by. It was quiet and chill, not many ppl. It smells amazing inside and love the aesthetic, looks like something in LA. I tried the Matcha w almond milk. Loved it, they know what they're doing. It wasn't overshadowed by sugar and had a nutty aftertaste. So good. The cold brew was delicious, great flavor profile, balanced; a true medium roast that isn't too bold. Beans are from Datsko roastery. I believe he is not local to Fresno and only has an instagram account. The beans smell like heaven and taste great. Can't wait to come back! read more

My best friend and I wanted to try this place out because of it's environment and aesthetics. We were shocked to find out it was connected to a eyebrow salon, which we thought was cool. The coffee bar is a cute addition. We ordered a vanilla cappuccino and a shaken brown sugar hazelnut latte with maple soft top (seasonal drink) and we thought the prices were decent for it. Unfortunately both were not good, at all. The cappuccino tasted like watered down coffee with no vanilla flavor, straight coffee ground water. The brown sugar drink was sweet but had no coffee flavor, pretty much sweet milk. Not sure if it was the barista making our drink, but we ended up tossing the drinks and went to the other cafe nearby. Probably won't visit again. read more

Honestly I was just passing by another matcha corner in the same plaza but it was closed that day. I searched for another matcha spot closest to me to fix my craving and this was the spot Saint Coffee Co that's shared with a brow business right next door. It's cute and quaint. There's one person to make the drinks so there's a bit of a wait if there are others ahead of you. If you're not in a rush and on leisure time then it's nice to chill and use their complimentary WiFi to catch up on some work. I decided to get the strawberry match. I really enjoyed this place! They use extract for their coffee flavors and it's unique. Located inside Haus of Brows. The place is cute and very aesthetically pleasing. We got the vanilla latte and strawberry matcha! Our barista did tell us if there's anything we didn't like to let her know so she can adjust which I love! So many places just throw the coffee out and you can tell they really care about their craft! I personally did not like the vanilla latte, I think it was an acquired taste because of the extract and I'm not really sure what they could've done to make it better. The real winner was that strawberry matcha! 10/10! The space is shared with a brow salon that also offers lash lifts and other services, basically half the café and half the salon. The barista was very nice and welcoming. The matcha had a great color and strong taste, I think they use agave to sweeten it. Personally, I don't like my matcha too sweet so the level of sweetness was perfect. I'm visiting my daughter in Fresno and this morning she took me to Saint for my morning coffee. We usually go to SBX when traveling but I'm so glad she brought me to this cute spot! It shares a space with eyebrow artists. I don't know if they're affiliated but it gave the place a pretty urban vibe. The menu is very simple and they use extracts to flavor the drinks instead of syrups. I got a vanilla latte with almond milk. At SBX I have to add an extra shot but I've found at some of these smaller coffee shops the extra shot isn't needed, and I was correct in assuming at Saint. My latte was perfect. I tasted my daughter's lavender vanilla Matcha with oat milk. Aside from the oat milk, which I do t particularly enjoy, the drink was delicious. The gal working was pretty amazing herself. He had a pretty genuine vibe as soon as we walked in and made us feel very welcome--not in a forced way at all like some other spots.
