It is HUGE! Clean, safe and practiced! Water view right when you walk in! Great start! Protein bars and protein chips after that and they have a large variety! Very organized and easy to find what you need! Great deals everywhere! Beware! My parents came home and told me that a cashier put an extra charge "site merch" of $139.00 on their receipt. Cashier was telling my parents everything was correct on her end and brought a Spanish interpreter to try to tell my parents it was ok. The other Spanish speaking cashier caught the mistake and took off the "site merch" charge of $139.00 and the original cashier left the cash register. I came to the store here in kerman ca for emergency allergy medication at 10 minutes to closing. I ran as fast as I could to try and get what I needed before they closed and ended up having a severe asthma attack in the middle of the alley med isle. A female employee came to my rescue and had the compassion and grace to allow me to take a few puffs of her inhaler (i of course did not put my mouth on it). This action she took saved me a hospital visit. Now, I know I shouldn't have cut it so close to closing time, it just was unavoidable. But bless that lady for coming to my rescue. I was literally on my knees with my arms over my head coughing and gasping for air with tears streaming down my face. I felt like I was drowning and going to die in a walmart. Never forget to bring your inhaler when you leave the house folks, you might not be as lucky as I was. Thank you Lady employee for your care. And thank you Walmart for hiring such a compassionate employee. I just wish I could have caught her name or what she even looked like so I could shout her out. That gal deserves a raise. read more

This is one of the worst Walmarts as it relates to customer service. The Walmart is located near Kerman Ca, which could be considered a disadvantaged community, and they take advantage of that fact. Lack of cashiers, employees unable to make decisions without a manager ok, no carts in the store or garden area. The return area clerks ask question after question and have zero decision-making ability. A five-dollar return takes 20 minutes. I blame the management of this store. Something needs to change. read more

Kerman Walmart Grocery Pickup is always super efficient and quick. They're also very friendly. We've went to other locations and never got the same level of service so we drive all the way from Easton to pick up here. We started at the beginning of the pandemic and we plan on continuing to use this service. Can't say enough good things. read more

This is for the Walmart self service gas station put gas there then my car wouldn't start so we couldn't move it from the pump I was at I call a tow truck had to wait then when the tow truck arrives the gas tenant comes out saying I can't have this you blocking traffic btw there was no cars at the gas station I'm calling my manager you need to move your car how the heck do you expect me to move it if it won't start and I can't get into neutral she was so damn rude I'll never get gas here again! This is for the gas station. Near the top of the big red sign by every pump it says "shut off engine". Some people can't read or are just plain ignorant I suppose. Pointed out a car with its engine running while pumping gas right next to the cashier & their response was that it's ok a lot of people do it. This review will compare this Walmart to other Walmarts I've visited across our great country. I've had the 'pleasure' of shopping at Walmart in Arkansas (their homebase), TX, CT, OH, and more. So let's do a pro and con: Pros: -Ample Parking with wide open spaces; store is huge -Clean bathrooms/Clean aisles -Friendly Staff -Feels safe compared to other Walmart locations -Some organic produce -Flatbread pizza from their market is surprising good -Prices -They sell some of my fav items (see pics) -Staff in Electronics area was really helpful holding some merch for me -Huge Self-Checkout Area -Free Wifi -Redbox,coinstar, other vending -McDonald's Cons: -McDonald's -Off peak hours there is usually only one line; this creates a long wait -They go in and out of stock on certain items (e.g. various freezer items take a long time to come back in stock and for some items they never seem to come back into stock) As you can see, in my opinion, this is one of the better Walmart stores. read more

This is a very dangerous pharmacy. I was due to refill an injectable medication, placed my order, and received the text I always receive ..we don't have your medication available, it should be in in 1-2 days. Ok that's fine, my next dose wasn't due until 5 more days. I call the pharmacy on the 4th day to inquire about my medication. The pharmacist tells me it's not time yet. I told him I was given 5 single dose vials...which MUST be discarded after one use...and I finished them all. He kept insisting that I was given the multi-dose vials. No...I was given SINGLE DOSE VIALS. We went around and around on this. I stated I shouldn't have to pay for your pharmacy's mistake. This is not the first time I've been given the wrong dose medication, and the pharmacist INSISTS they are correct when I'm staring at the vial and it's clearly not what the Dr ordered. This pharmacy is going to KILL someone. Some unsuspecting elderly person will just take meds that are filled by this pharmacy without checking the label. I would NEVER choose this place as my pharmacy but it's required by my insurance read more

Poor service and horrible inventory of produce and meats. The customer service here is the worst I've ever seen. The registers may be closed and they don't tell you until after your already in line and patiently waiting. I only had 2 items and the other carts had over 20. Is it that hard to just take someone who had 2 items? I'll definitely waste more gas and head to the other Walmart's before I ever come back to this awful Walmart. **BAKERY** This is specifically for the bakery and also for customer service. I ordered a cake for my sons birthday and the cake didn't even make it to my car. It wasn't an issue that would happen in normal transporting it was more structural issues. The cake completely slid apart and a whole piece broke off. Needless to say I was so upset I went back into store and they said they could do nothing for me because it left the doors. NEVER AGAIN!!!! read more

I have shopped both inside and pickup order at the Kerman Walmart. The store is always clean. Stock is always presented in tidy way. The associates are helpful and friendly. I am very thankful for their online grocery shopping and pickup. Covid 19 is raging in Madera and Fresno County. It is a very easy way to shop and stay safe. I never have to wait for an associate to bring out my order and place in the bed of my truck. They are efficient and helpful. I live in Madera and find the drive to Kerman pleasant. Very disappointed! When did they started hiring unprofessional clerks. This was my go to spot but seems like HR is doing poor on hiring employees with good customer service. This Walmart isn't how it used to be definitely going to target moving forward. Diane an older lady was literally arguing with a customer in Spanish about they were closing raising her voice to the customer to get in line. When the customer was confuse why she was rude when customer was trying to get in line to cash out it was just to crowded. As I was going to the express lane she went after me and started to raise her voice at me to get in line I explain to her that's where I'm going she started to give me attitude and told me that I needed to get on the cashier line cause the express line only accepts credit cards which I do have. The young girl whose name starts with a X working in garden area 1-22-23 needs a complete attitude adjustment along with training working with the public. She was probably walking away from her last customer she checked out to go play on her phone like most of the employees do there, and when she saw me turned around, glared at me, came over to her register didn't even have the courtesy to say hello NOT one word ...people need to learn customer service or get the heck out of the job if you hate it that much, you're there to serve the public and be courteous!! This Walmart is newer and cleaner than most Walmarts in Fresno. This is the only place in Kerman you can go get groceries and electronics. Haha! That and maybe at the "remate". Sorry, trying to be serious but it's true. However, Walmart has a large parking lot unlike the "remate" and employees that might be helpful. Now, today was a good day at Walmart. Customer service is hit and miss here. There are some super friendly employees but there are a few that just don't know how to act. Please, if I am here with my kids don't give my crazy kids dirty looks. You'r not their second Mommy or their teacher. I'm here to spend money on my family so treat them right. These little people are customers too. And for the most part I keep a good eye on them unless I'm checking out at self checkout. Have some patience or don't work in customer service. But, like I said today was a good day. I was directed properly to where the bluray and DVD players were at. At the checkout the young lady was really nice and chatted with me. I am very disappointed that a company as big as Walmart does not offer water for associates. I work as a cap associate and we need to carry items as heavy as 50 lbs, walk, reach and climb for 8 hours a day but the only water is from the vending machine for 1$/ each. I don't mind bringing my own water but they are not doing what they preach. What happened to the do good and do well principal that their executives believe in? They are doing well with sales and profit, not a doubt but they lack the " doing good" part. How much is a water dispenser and a gallon of water? We shop at this Walmart all the time and not once I've had an employee stalking and harassing my family assuming we are stealing. My wife and infant child are shopping for essentials items only. So being said an employee decides to stalk my wife and child into their vehicle taking pictures and videos no questions ask why she was doing that. Walmart staff and employees need to worry about the real shoplifters. I've seen countless of children shoplifting underneath their furniture area. You'll see all kinds of open packages underneath their furniture racks, but will not suspect little juveniles underneath; come on Walmart employees you can work better than that they're all not playing hide and seek you know. I miss those days were employees are at the register and have trust in customers. Now most employees can't trust their customers anymore due to the culture we live in. Walmart staff needs to do better and proper training in customers service instead of risking their lives. Worst Walmart I've been to, short on employees, I was standing at the fish and gear area for roughly 40 mins and nobody came to assist me after I beeped the button several times to get something from the glass counter. Came to this location for Black Friday. Ad said 1 hour gaurantee on Tv. We were in line by 6 problem was they did not mention they will not let you in the store in time to get your TV! The store is clean, and it's really easy to find the products that you want to buy. Most of the Walmart employees can be rude. The McDonald's that's in there is pretty nice. The food is fresh, and the employees are so nice. They enjoy talking to their customers which is great. Some Walmart employees are great, but others can be unprofessional.
