Awful. Go in early in morning, deliverer s run you over. Self checkouts disabled. One cashier with someone getting 40 gallons of milk. I ask what time they open, they say 24 hrs. & it seems like they just woke up. Emergency stop only. By the way, breads are hidden to the far right & no sugarless bakery I could see like Walmart @#Fresno. read more

I went to Walmart right now and I had the worst service at the customer service counter I've ever had. The girl Neomhi was so rude. I questioned a policy and she was so snotty about it that even my 7 year old noticed. Even if she was telling me something I didn't want to hear, I was polite and accepted it, but her delivery of the information was beyond rude. Neomhi was by far the worst person I've ever dealt with at the kerman Walmart and I used to work there. read more

So really like this store, (BUT!) They never have enough handicap carts for ride on. Plus today was first time we asked for help to get something out of the locked stuff. Pushed button like 100 times. Then asked a woman stocking shelves for help . She says I don't have keys. But didn't call or go for any either. Just sorta ignored us. After 15 mins some young man came to help after we contacted him. read more

So just got a call from, Rodrigo, at the Kerman, Ca store, who is the assistant manager at Walmart about my complaint about their unfair advertising practices. He simply said he was calling because I wrote a letter to the president and so he was calling me. It didn't even seem like he knew why he was calling other than he just had to. He didn't even know what the advertising said! Very disappointing, again. No Christmas shopping at Walmart this year. read more

I ordered $180 of groceries from this Walmart in Kerman to be delivered to my house since my husband and I are in the high-risk group for COVID-19. When it was supposed to be delivered, no one came. I checked the text the store sent and tracked it. The driver had noted on the app that they were there. When I check with customer service and said the driver had never arrived, there was nothing to be done. I was told that evidently the driver picked up my prepaid order and RAN! The manager at the store was not apologetic at all, just said that they would refund my money. I took time to order a larger order, wait 2 days for it to be delivered, waited outside in the cold for the driver who NEVER SHOWED! We will now have to find a day to go out, be exposed, and buy the groceries we ordered. This store and its manager were not sympathetic or helpful. It is evident also that this is not the first time something like this has happened. They should have their employees deliver and not use an outside service. read more

So we come to this Walmart all the time the black security guard walks up to us and says that the store is calling the police because we took a phone. This has to be one of the dirtiest Wal-Mart's out there. Which is funny you think they would try to make up for there terrible guest service and unfriendly attitude you get as you drive in the parking lot and you see no ever sleeping over night posted on the street lamps. I mean what kind of Walmart doesn't let some body stay I. The parking lot for a night, then I went inside and walked through the unfriendliest staff kit one hello as I stood next to them trying to find my items I was in a hurry to get. But then there was one guy who came up to me staring at my chest never making eye contact talking about how he ran the place as I laughed and told him I was married hence the ring he smelt of alcohol insisting I go with him for a tour of the store , um no I don't think as I turned a corner and headed down a aisle thinking I lost the creep boom like a scary movie he's bumps into me as I rounded the corner almost screaming the timing was so startling he wanted my number I told him sorry however he insisted to grab my ohone out of my hand and put his name Martinez Adrian Martmanager " as if I cared " I really don't understand how some people don't understand the word NO! So gross no wonder the Walmart wasn't that far off. read more

For being a small town, Super Walmart in Kerman has just about anything you need. If they don't, Fresno is close or I just order it on Amazon Prime and get it in 2 days if I'm not in hurry. The only thing that stopped me from giving them 5 stars was that sometimes they are out of stock on items but I understand because they serve the entire Westside of the valley. read more

Went on line to order pictures that would only take an hour, so the site said. Ordered at 8:30am and was given the time of 10am pick up. Went at 10:15 to pick up. There was NOTHING! I was told that there was no photo associate and the pictures were not started. Then the manager said they must have called in sick or something. How does he not know? The manager told me "I know it's not your fault." Absolutely right it's not my fault! I was offered them for free (in an hour) and refunded my money, but doesn't really change the fact that I am now off to Christmas with my family without their gifts. Really unhappy with their service today. read more

The store itself is really nice, but the parking lot is very dirty. I know that means patrons should take better care of it, but it is really filthy. read more
