Went in for a pedicure and the staff was very nice. The pedicure was not very thorough. The gentleman spent 2 minutes on my cuticles around my toes. I hadn't had a pedicure in 3 months. I paid for the hot towels, salt scrub and heated stones. The towels that came were barely warm. The massage was 5 minutes for both legs and feet. He was painting my toes within 30 minutes and on their menu it said the pedicure would be an hour. So if you are in the market for quick in and out this is your place. I would always come here to get a soak off but every time I leave I would be disappointed. They are always in a rush even when there's not much customers. To the point where I would leave with a scab. The last time I went I got my acrylic toes soaked and the guy who took them off was so rough he cut into 3 of my toes including 2 of my big toe. I came in so I could get them done w someone else after but couldn't bc I didn't want to risk getting an infection. They pried under them with acrylic tips, without soaking and even ripped my natural nails a lot. I started bleeding in one finger and decided to not even get the new set. I used to get dip nails but since going to this salon, the clear layer was peeling off within a week. I switched to builder gel and it looks much better however the tech doing my nails was so worried about how busy they were that he kept cutting me from going too fast and looking around rather than at my nails. Every time I've come I've booked an appointment and every single time I've waited over 30 mins to be seen. My most recent visit, I booked an appointment at 10am, I even received confirmation and when I showed up for my appointment I was told that I wasn't on the schedule and was asked to wait 30 mins. I went in to speak to the business address my issues. The owner had come in and was able to speak to me about my service. He re applied the polish correctly with the adequate number of coats for the type of polish. The owner stated the reason why the employee acted in such a manner was due to the employees working as commission based and that they didn't want to take away from another employee's money and that they had "run behind." He was very polite and explained that he was working with the situation to correct the remarks made towards me. I still believe that no matter whose turn it is to do my nails, as a customer we should all be treated the same. I hope that the matter is corrected and does not happen again. We made appointments as early as possible to ensure the company had ample time to prepare. I will continue with my preferred location. Thank you Mr Tran, for fixing my nails. The online price is $43 for a full set but my daughter was charged $58 for "length and shape". The length is literally cutting them and shaping is just part of the service. She chose a basic square shape. Nails are uneven length and thick. Maybe better if they weren't so busy? I questioned the extra charges and they said that's just the salon policy. I decided to go with someone else. He did an ok job - not as good as she does. He also charged me $65 for a full set instead of $50. When I questioned it the girl up front asked him and he said it $10 extra "for the length" didn't mention the other $5. He then walked away and I asked her if he really said it was extra for the length (I got short almond shape) and she said she thought so but knows little about the pricing. I don't appreciate getting moved later, getting the wrong nail tech and then getting charged and extra $15 on top of it! I had already given him a tip at the station or I wouldn't have left one at all. I'll be looking for a new nail salon. read more

This was the best pedi I have had in years!! Joe was the best person, I had the deluxe pedi and will certainly ask for him next time! He listens to you, is very fun to talk with. I took a whim on coming here with no reviews. I checked their website that was listed on Yelp for their prices and called in to make an appointment. Upon walking in, the area was super clean, bright, spacious and welcoming. I decided to get the Deluxe Pedicure because I haven't gotten a pedicure in over a year so I decided to have a self care day. The nail technician gave me options on what kind of scented scrub/lotion I would like and I chose lemon. From what I can remember, some scents were mandarin/orange, lavender, mint, and a few others. I chose lemon because I personally like the smell of lemon over the other scents. Everything that was listed on the menu under deluxe pedicure, I got. A bonus was the pedicure massage chairs; holy! It felt so nice to get a mini massage from it. When it was time to choose the color, the technician gave me two blue booklets with a bunch of nails that had colors on it. It was clean, simple and easy to look at. I think my color was #103 or #104. That booklet does duo work. What that means is that no matter what number you choose, it will consist of a gel color and a regular color (non-gel). I ended up with a regular color (non-gel) because I will be coming back here for my birthday at the end of the month to do my pedicure again. That just shows how much I loved their service here! From walking in to walking out, it was about an hour. Tip: pay cash to get a stamp card! As always, don't forget to tip your technicians who spend the time to work on you. I'm here in Boise on a work assignment. I have not had the best luck with finding a nail salon with good customer service as well as a quality experience. I was referred by a patient and drove 20 plus miles from downtown for a HORRIBLE experience. I made an appt with Felicia. Turns out she doesn't do acrylics, only gel. I was told someone else would take my acrylics off then Felicia would finish with the manicure and gel polish. Lynn comes to the station I'm sitting at with a sour look on her face. Does not greet me and commences to hold her had out waiting for me to give her a hand. She proceeds to drill the polish off. She then takes a nail tip and attempts to pry off the acrylic. I quickly told her I'd prefer to soak as that method would damage my nail. She did not like that apparently. Felicia is ready for my pedicure...so I thought. The receptionist said I specifically requested Felicia and she says "you did"? I asked "do you not do pedicures?" She says, "no I do". (I'm thinking what's the issue here) Felicia proceeds to get the pedicure station ready for me. I'm thinking what a relief to get away from Lynn. The problem was I wasn't completely finished soaking. So Lynn tells her I can finish soaking while getting the pedicure. I sit in the pedicure chair and no one brings a soak bowl. So I ask Felicia, she says Lynn's gonna finish when we're done here. I replied no she said I'd be soaking while getting pedi. Lynn brings the bowl and instructs Felicia to occasionally wipe off the excess acrylic on my nails. She never does. Lynn was doing a pedicure. She walks by with her gloves on while going to retrieve something for her pedi client. Lynn asks Felicia if she had wiped my nails yet, and she tells her no. WITH THE SAME GLOVES SHE WAS DOING A PEDICURE WITH SHE PROCEEDS TO TAKE A NAPKIN AND WIPE MY NAILS!!!! SANITATION WAS VIOLATED! At this point I'm like I just want to leave. I'm annoyed, I don't want polish, I just want Felicia to finish. I will pay for the soak off and go somewhere else. This review is in no reflection of Felicia, I think she did a good job on my pedicure. Lynn needs some customer service training ASAP, and maybe a review in cleansing, disinfection, and CROSS CONTAMINATION!!! read more

It's a horrible place to get a pedicure. The vibe is nice when you first get there but when you're waiting 45 minutes to get a pedicure, it gets really annoying with the music. Also, the front desk lady has a child the day I went there! I get it that you might not have a babysitter but it was really annoying me. The quality is really beautiful but I hate everything else. The workers are nice and stuff but they take too long with other people and me and my mom had it scheduled for 2:00. I love this salon. Let me start there. It's been a great salon and I've had great experiences. However, after months of not having the funds or the time to get in I went in.. I was a half hour early and they got me in anyway, awesome! Aleana was my gal and from the start felt rushed. Water was below the ankles, I had gotten the Delux, no real massage, hot stone or anything else was given. Not friendly when it came to conversation just get the job done and move on. It was a bummer as I needed this to refill my cup. A wife and husband sat down next to me and got the basic package and were treated better and even got what looked like the full package anyways. If I come back I will be choosing someone else as I don't think for 60.00 I got my moneys worth, especially because there are also mistakes on two of my toes. Well I absolutely loved the kindness and entertainment talk I was getting, but I felt like she rushed through my nails. I gave her a tip and my nails came out to $77 dollars and I didn't notice until I left the mistakes on my nails. I have a few not completely filled and bubbles and color in them too. My friend was getting hers done too for her birthday and she asked for them shorter but was told they were short enough. I still have a tip and hers was $67. This all said the lady I was with was so sweet but she did rush my nails and they were hurting for the rest of the night which I'm not sure is normal or not. read more

I had an appointment at 1pm for my 2 sisters & myself and I didn't get seated until 1;45 and they didn't get offered a seat until 2:15. They cut my nails way shorter than I asked for & made the shape completely awful. Not only that but they couldn't figure out what color and design I wanted until I explained it 7 different times and showed pictures . I asked for coffin and got almond shape. Reasonable pricing and accommodating scheduling, but final results were mediocre. A party of 5 of us came in for 4 manis and a pedi, and no one was particularly satisfied with what we received. Apart from that, 2 out of the 4 manis did include having nail beds being cleaned, 2 of the manis did not receive a basic massage, 1 mani did not include the right paint combination at the end, and the pedi basically only received a paint job and not much else (for almost $50). Paint jobs were not great. At the end, even though the main person at the front was very friendly, 3 of the services were priced higher than posted. I had to remind them of the prices to make sure I was charged the correct amount. I spent almost $150 and we left dissatisfied with the results. read more

My elderly mother had her nails done this week. Two of her cuticles were torn badly. Because she is much older, she doesn't heal quickly and we are concerned about infection. The nail tech did a very poor job of shaping her nails as well but my biggest concern is that he injured her. Due to safety, we will choose a different salon in the future. read more

Today my friend, her daughter and I went to get a pedicure and had appointments already made. When we arrived we were told it's a 20 minutes wait ...which was fine. Well we waited 40 minutes to be sat in chairs and then left us for another 20 minutes just sitting there. They didn't even turn the bubbles on the chairs. Then one guy finally gives me my pedicure (which was not a good pedicure either) and my friends daughter then gets hers.
