A "luxury" $50 pedicure plus extra for gel is done before you know it. This afternoon I was in with a friend so I was busy chatting through my appointment when the technician told me that I was done I looked down and noticed that the whole corner of my nail was on. She tried to tell me that it was broke before she even began working on it, I can assure you that was not the case. When I expressed that I was disappointed I was told it would be $8 to fix. And then after leaving the building and finding myself in natural light my nails look very lava lamp like. I will not be back. Very disappointing.

I do, however, have some feedback that I believe would really elevate the overall experience. First, the massage portion felt shorter than expected for the service I paid for. It may be helpful for management to ensure technicians use a timer so clients can feel confident they're receiving the full massage time included in their service. Second, after the massage, my technician stepped away to grab warm towels, which left me sitting with cold, wet legs. It would be much more comfortable if legs were dried before the massage or at least before stepping away, so clients aren't left feeling cold in between steps. Additionally, when the warm towels were applied, they were draped loosely over my legs rather than wrapped around them. Because the backs of my legs were exposed, the towels cooled quickly and ended up feeling cold and uncomfortable by the time they were removed. Wrapping the towels securely would help retain warmth and enhance relaxation. The polish application and finishing work were done well. However, when the service was complete, I was simply directed to the checkout area and the technician walked away. My shoes were placed on the ground away from me, and my pants were still rolled up. As someone who was nine months pregnant at the time, a small gesture like helping me out of the chair or handing me my shoes would have made a big difference. These suggestions are simply intended to enhance the client experience. While this wasn't the worst nail salon experience I've had, there are definitely opportunities to make it exceptional.

Yes her shape was fixed nicer. But now her big toes have bleeding cuts on top and on both sides of her 2 big toe nails that were made as they were getting shaped and filed. She was very accommodating and has great integrity. Jamaica was honest when the design was something she was not sure she could replicate and gave me an offer to pick something else or cancel if that's what my heart was set on unlike other nail techs I've been to that say sure and it turns out bad. She had great attention to detail and took her time as a result the nails look amazing. Her space was comfortable and homely. She is also a very affordable option! But I'm good, really good actually! My $80 spends just as well somewhere else every 30 days.
