I've been going to this nail salon for four years and used to really enjoy the experience. The last couple visits were very rushed. A "luxury" $50 pedicure plus extra for gel is done before you know it. This afternoon I was in with a friend so I was busy chatting through my appointment when the technician told me that I was done I looked down and noticed that the whole corner of my nail was on. She tried to tell me that it was broke before she even began working on it, I can assure you that was not the case. When I expressed that I was disappointed I was told it would be $8 to fix. And then after leaving the building and finding myself in natural light my nails look very lava lamp like. I will not be back. Very disappointing. read more

Had an appointment for 2 pedicures. We were asked if that's all we were having done today. This is typically the add on sale. I asked how much a standard manicure no polish was. She quoted the price and I said ok we would like to have 2 please. She tells me they don't have time. Okay..... then why ask? So they start the pedicure and literally fly through it. I paid for their 3rd highest prices for both. Very little massage, literal seconds with the hot rocks. Worst, unrelaxing pedicure I have ever had. read more

Worst place I have ever received a pedicure from. I asked for the Basic Pedicure and it lasted a total of 12 minutes. My friends and I asked if that was normal and no one would answer us and said the boss is not in today. A waste of money! I would give no stars if I could. read more

I needed a full set and a pedicure. I have reviewed other nail places and have been happy with them but this one has changed the game. 1. You can make an appointment! Walk-ins may be convenient for some, but I like to plan. 2. You can pay with a card. Yes there is a convenience fee, but it's worth it, in my opinion. Because stopping to pull out cash is annoyingly inconvenient. (But there is an ATM if you would rather tip in cash) :) 3. The pedicure massage chair was broken, but the massage I got from the tech made up for it. 4. My nail tech is amazing. I am super picky and very anal about how my nails look. Ty killed it! Square, curved, double -v French tip, and a 3D flower...slayed! I broke one of my nails and had to come back a week later and didn't have to wait to get it fixed. I've only gotten spa pedicures here- The ladies here are great! The prices are average, the ladies are very kind, they're super quick, and the quality is great! I also appreciate how hygienic they are with the tools. I've been here several times and have never had any issues, seeing the low rating on here was very surprising. read more

My daughter and I went here for a gel pedicure. We got $45 pedicure and then got gel so extra $10. $55 each plus tip. We felt like it was worth it. Great leg massage too. We will be back. read more

These are what I got ... I'm appalled these are so digusting . I showed the girl the pic of what I wanted ( see pics I posted that pic ) and she told me she could do it , then this is what I get and not to mention they say the fills are $40 but I was charged $60 for this!!!!! When asked why she states sorry the owner makes the pricing not me ... the owner came and looked at my nails and thought these were ok ?!??? I will never again go back. I asked her to fix it and these are them fixed . This is disgusting and now I'm out $60 for nails that looked like my 7 year old daughter did them. She was super fast with my fill and missed a spots that didn't get acrylic I asked her if water would get into those spots and instead of fixing it with acrylic she filed it down . I've been here a couple of times and have had past great experiences. I'm a licensed nail tech so I know what's expected. paid for 3 pedicures $130 and all three of us were done in less then 10 minutes. Completely rushed. Wasted time and money. Three techs and all three just had our "luxury pedicures " done in less then 10 minutes. Went there for a pedicure. Paid 68.00 that includes a $3 charge for using a card. The entire pedicure was about 20 minutes or so. The quality is sub par, especially for that price. I have been a customer for at least three years. The quality of service is continually going downhill. Today topped it off, two techs were on vacation and their receptionist had given notice. We (my friend and I) had called, scheduled an appointment, and arrived for our appointment today. It was as very obvious that the staff had overbooked their appointments because the staff was doing everything as fast as possible, allowing them to get on to the next appointment / client. My friend and I had pedicure appointments, my tech started mine right away while my friend waited for a tech to be available. We are both understanding and just relaxed. Here is the issue we have been going together for years every time she coms to town. I always seem to get a tech that is only interested in getting the service completed as fast as they can to move one. Well today I was busy texting while getting my pedicure, then waiting for my friends' to be completed. When she was getting the hot stone rub, I realized the tech had not provided this service. We I went to pay I mentioned this, the tech taking my money then asked my tech (of course this was in a foreign language). The tech supposedly responded stating she had done this service, then the one collecting the money stated she saw her do this and wash the stones. My friend and I were in total shock that both of these techs would absolutely lie about this!!! Needless to say I will not recommend this salon and we are now looking for a new one, read more

I had an apt set for 11 am with Phong. I received a call at 10:08 to confirm apt. I asked if I could come in earlier and they said they are already to busy. showed up at 10:55 and he wasn't available and could I come back at 4! they gave me another person and when I was done the polish wasn't dry and smudged. so another lady came to help me, your good to go! got home and two of my toes were smudged!! If I could I'd give this salon a -star rating ! First off the very first time entering the salon I was greeted by the front desk gal she told me what the prices were for a new set for my daughter which I was told 45 an a fill was 35. I made appointment for myself, my daughter and mother. On the arrival of our appointment we sat waiting 15 mins before being seen. Once sat they trying to convince me to get 70 nails done on my 11yr old daughter. Then once that was settled I asked how much it would be for us. Mine were 45 a fill and my daughters were going to be 55 !! Mind you that's not what I was told and we got basic nails nothing fancy or extra. Of course wasn't happy and asked why I was told the day before on price and now we are bringing charged a different price. They told me I was lying and that they would never say that. Long story short I was mad but they did a good job. Fast-forward to the third time we were getting our nails done I went to Dom and my mother was with the owner. My nails were $60 and I will post a picture of what they looks like three days post appointment. They looked awful when I called to see if they would redo them. I was told Dom was out of the salon until the following Saturday. And that she could see me at 5 PM. They called to confirm the appointment on Saturday. I confirmed and hung up. A few minutes later they called back. Doms husband informed me that they no longer wanted me as a client, and that they were going to give me my money back. That I was too big of a hassle for them. That I was a complainer ( never complained about my nails ) I've been getting my nails done since I was 13 and let's just say I'm in my mid 30s I have never in my life been told that I was too big of a hassle. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT HERE! 1st time I was a walk-in, for a dip (Ti was the nail rech for dip, he does a good job) and gel pedicure. Was taken care of and received good service. 2nd time made an appointment so I could have Ti do my dip again, good service yet I had to wait 30-minutes past scheduled appointment to be seen. 3rd attempt, made an appoinmtent for an 11am dipmand gel pedi. Was called 30-mins prior to scheduled appoinment to be told they could not commit tothe appoinment because they "accidentally overbooked, and did not realize it until 30-mins prior to my appt. THIS IS COMPLETE BULLSHIT & anyone knows that is poor management of scheduling and not an accident. Hannah is the name of the front desk attendant who scheduled me and also called to cancel, yet she said she was not cancelling, just calling to reschedule for the evening time (during dinner) HARD PASS. I do not tolerate this lack of respect for someone's time. They take walk-ins...I drove by the salon just to check and see for myself, did not look booked at all. I would not recommend. I made an appointment for a pedicure and invested in a pedicure that included wax, hot stones and fragrance. I had to wait about 20 minutes for my scheduled appointment. It was my third choice of fragrance they had In stock and the pedicure was rushed. A week after the gel pedicure, a gel townail was missing. I went in and they added the gel to that toe before my vacation. While on vacation two additional gel nails came off, so on week two I returned to ask them to remove the gel. I explained that it was just coming off, the employee said it was normal for gel to only last 2 weeks and then they charged for removing the gel from the 8 remaining toes. I've had gel pedicures that have lasted 6 weeks or more and will not be going back due to extremely poor quality and customer service. read more

The girls work without talking to the customers, but they sometimes speak to each other in their native language. I'm not a big fan of that, but I don't mind not having to make small talk. We got in as same day walk ins for two gel pedicures and the phone service was so kind and helpful. When we arrived I loved the look and clean, beautiful feeling of this salon. Every employee was kind to work with or be around and they did gorgeous gel pedicures and finished up both mine and my daughters done quickly within 30 minutes and they look beautiful. Subpurb nail salon! I love the contemporary, posh atmosphere. The cleanest nail salon I've been in locally. The chairs for manis and pedis are comfortable and the service is not rushed. I love my nail techs, Q and Linda. They are meticulous, speak fluent English, and truly care about their customers. Every worker in the store was happy, smiling, and it was obvious they were pleased to he working there. I will continue to drive 13 miles from Boise for service at this salon! I booked an apt for 6 for spa pedicures and full set nails for my daughters wedding this weekend. When I booked the apt the person asked specifically if the manicures would be full sets and I told her how many were full sets and how many would be jell. The spa pedicures were rushed and when the brides maids got to the nail bar they were told that there was not enough time for full sets so they had to get a basic jell manicure. When I expressed that I was disappointed since I made an apt weeks prior the nail techs proceeded to talk about us where we could hear them. I was very disappointed to say the least. The bride was able to get a full set but the jell polish was not close to the cuticle so they look grown out already. We are not able to get them redone since the wedding is tomorrow. Myself, my mom and three of my bridesmaids just got our nails done here. My mom called two months in advance to schedule three full sets, so pedicures and the rest gel nails. Upon arrival, they told us they did not have time for all that so I'm the only one who got a full set and everyone else just got gel. We all got pedicures that lasted less than 15mins despite the price. There was a lady already there getting a pedicure done who finished after most of us did. My nail design is pretty but they did not push back or cut my cuticles so they look like I've had them grown out for a week. She put lotion on my hands in two seconds and charged me for a full mani. Would be nice to know where Q and his wife went this place has not been the same since they left. No one has personality, cleanness of the shop has not been the same, what I have ordered does not get fulfilled but I get charged for it plus the gel. There is at least one other nail technicians left that I like and I have asked for when I arrive I don't know her name just her face and when it's my time to get in the chair, I never get her. I have gone back twice but I guess they don't care if you ask for them personally when you arrive, the rest are not good and I do not like them and they rush through the job! Me and about 3 to 5 others used to go there faithfully when Q and his wife Dom were there. We would go every 6 weeks and Q did such amazing job, he received a hefty tip each time personally from me. It would be nice if that place hired staff with personality techniques to do the job! Pricey even for SoCal standards but after not having my nails done for so long it was overdue. This place was able to squeeze me in on a Friday around the holidays. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they basically replicated it perfect. ( I wanted shorter than the picture and a different shade of white). They have good prices and I will be going back as often as I can. Horrible experience! They treat their customers like garbage. The ding dong up front is so clueless and doesn't know their accepted forms of payment. Or it changes biweekly. If you are cash only, have some signage OR don't charge customers a fee to pull cash and say it's your banks doing. I didn't go to a bank, I went to a nail salon and just trying to pay for my service. What kind of shady business is going on here that you're cash only requiring you to pull from an ATM in today's society of venmo, zelle, etc.?? I have been here 3 times and they keep mistaking me for someone else - when they bring up a past issue I have absolutely no idea what they are referring to. Their phone NEVER works when I try to call. After doing a bit of research I found out they love to block numbers. The past 2x I've been there and brought up not being able to make a reservation and/or cancel due to phones not working, the ding dong I mentioned previously looks at me like I am an alien from another planet... then runs to the owner.
