Im not one to leave rude reviews on company's but this was to be the WORST experience of my life went in to get a set of French nails. Horrible service guy that did my nails made me feel uncomfortable immediately by making sexual side comments to me and another client that was next to me, not only that but he had a horrible attitude towards me I was already not having the best day and he wasn't doing the French how I asked him too he got upset and basically yelled at me. He did a horrible job and cut my fingers multiple times I told him "please be more gentle you are hurting me" and completely ignored me. Didn't expect much from a walk-in nail salon but the service was horrible. Never coming here again! come here if you want to get the opposite of what you ask for and rude people. read more

Moved to Boise about a year ago and have had such a hard time finding a nail salon that truly knows how to do builder gel nails. After reading the reviews on Yelp, I decided to give this place a try, and I'm so glad I did. John was absolutely phenomenal. He was meticulous, knowledgeable, and really took his time to make sure everything was perfect. After calling at least a dozen different salons to get my nails done before Christmas after my gal cancelled, they were the only ones to fit me in the same day. Stephanie did such an incredible job! She asked for feedback all along the way (I'm someone who won't tell you if I like something but she kept asking to make sure I was happy), they look just like the pics I showed her, she took her time, we named each character, and she even even did them each different colors so I could have boys on one hand and girls on the other. I made a reservation and got seated within 10 minutes of arriving. This was my first time being there. The end result was a beautiful pedicure with a design I showed them. I gave a "maybe" I would return because the gentleman who gave me the pedicure was pretty rough. Not relaxing or enjoyable. V does a great job with hot gel and my nails look awesome. I have been going there since February and now book appts 2-3 appts in advance as he does book up quick. I was a customer for 3+years and got tired of the prices always changing on the same service I received last visit. They push the dip option which didn't last for me. Would chip and fade within a week. I would ask about why they wouldn't last and he would say it must be me. They only use a drill to file your nails and mine were left bumpy, uneven with many indents. They also need customer service skills- if you're booked that's ok but maybe offer another day or time. You don't rudely leave the person standing at the door feeling awkward, or hang up on the phone. And saying hello, thank you and goodbye is just common courtesy. read more

Um NO. Worst pedicure and manicure I've ever had. 20 minutes for my manicure where all he did was file and use that nail buffing drill bit and polish. My cuticles weren't done, around the nails weren't cleaned up, he didn't use oil or lotion, and he didn't even use a buffing sponge to smooth my nail so my polish is completely bumpy and my nails were rough. Then separately another 20 minutes for my pedicure where all he did was use a cuticle clipper to barely shorten half of two toes, "scrub" for callus in one spot that did absolutely nothing, washed my feet with some kind of hand soap, and then he buffed with the drill bit and polished. AFTER polish I got a 2 minute massage with lotion. Again my cuticles weren't done, around my nails weren't cleaned up, no file or sponge or oil. He also stopped my manicure 2-3 times to check his phone and stopped my pedicure 2 times to get walk-ins situated for pedicures. I booked my appointment days in advance so why was my appointment rushed for walk-ins? When I got home I filed my nails again myself and smoothed them and I get to redo my polish. I do my nails weekly myself at home and do a way better job, AND I PAID $70 FOR THIS?! Do not go here. read more

I recently just moved to the area and have been searching for a nail place . I decided to try this place out and I wish I didn't . Full set $46 pedicure $41 or so . Let me start by saying that the techs are very welcoming and nice . The salon is clean and they were able to get me in quickly . I came in for a full set of acrylics and a pedicure . I was very verbal with my nail tech about what I wanted . My acrylics looked like I already have back growth before I had even left and my cuticles weren't trimmed . I had asked for just a square file with no cutting for my toe nails . The man cut my toe nails short and took the cuticle cutters and cut the sides of my toe nails deep into the bed instead of just shaping them . My toe nails did not need to be cut on the sides . I have never had any techs do this to ALL of my nails . My toes look super weird now and next time I'll get my nails done some place else . Also, they don't have a great color selection read more

Stopped in after lunch as a walk-in on a rainy day with my 5 year old daughter for manicures. I tried a dip for the first time, and she chose two colors of regular polish for her nails. Our nail artists were happy to accommodate us both immediately in seats next to one another. My daughter was laughing the whole time, everyone was so friendly. I brought in a picture of a design I wanted to try, and was very impressed with how well it turned out. This was my first nail salon experience since moving to Idaho. I made and appt for a pedicure and dip manicure. I don't remember who helped me but I felt like the process was kind of backwards. She did the dip manicure first and then did the pedicure. Pedicure wasn't impressive at all and then I was rushed out with wet toes. So wet that even getting in my car one of my toes chipped. I didn't feel super comfortable so I just let it annoy me and left. The dip did last several weeks so that was a huge plus but I haven't been back. I would suggest doing pedicures first and then nails if you are doing each separately so toes can dry. Not sure I will return to this salon. read more

I decided to come here to get my nails done on Monday to treat myself instead of doing them myself. The girl who did my nails was nice, but she clearly doesn't know how to do gel and shouldn't be doing them. She put on too thick layers that she let touch my skin in a few places. She didn't slowly work the color back so there's a big bump at the back of each nail. She filed the end of my nails after finishing them which meant my index finger chipped before the end of the night. It's 3 days later and I only have 1 nail that hasn't chipped or begun to peel. I would have expected a regular polish to last longer than this, much less a gel one. Very disappointed. read more
