Welp. Won't be doing that again. That was the worst pedicure experience I've ever had. It's like she wasn't even trying to pretend to care, just shoving my feet and legs around. No trimming, minimal everything. (Even though I paid for the Deluxe.) She even scrubbed the top of my foot and leg with the pumice stone until I yanked my leg back and said ow. I basically paid $56 for a polish change. (And I'd already removed my old polish.) She also said I could only pick a color from one book, the woman getting hers done next to me picked from the nail samples like I tried to do. The end result is ok...? The polish is fine, the feet look exactly the same as when I walked in. read more

This was a terrible experience! The technicians thumb was bleeding who whole time. Got it on the chair and on me. Scratches my chins SUPER badly with a scrubber that is NOT intended other then for calluses on the bottom of the feet. Definitely not legs. Only a very tiny bit of clean up around the toe nails and then didn't file them until after she put gel on them. And that was a half ass job as well. I had to fix them all once I got home. Another MASSIVE hygiene no no, was that she took the drain off my pedi bowl and put it in the bowl next to me without ever even rinsing or cleaning it off. She filled it up with water and had another customer use it. Im just appalled at all of this!! AND I'm so sad I spent $56 for this experience that was suppose to be a treat for myself. read more

This was one of the WORST pedicures I have ever received in my life. Tinh did my pedicure. He was friendly but immediately let me know how tired he was because he stayed up until 5am with a friend. He kept stopping the service to tell me a story. He did not trim the nails, buff, or cut cuticles. When he took off my polish, he used a nail drill. I had regular polish on, he should have used acetone but whatever. He left so much old polish on the toes. He put some lotion on my legs only. And the pedicure was done. So basically he took off my old polish with a drill and lotioned my legs. He painted my toe nails and left nail polish all around the sides. Did not clean up at all. My toes look HORRIBLE!! My husband also got a horrible pedicure. We were shocked and felt scammed out of $80 bucks. read more

I'm very surprised how many negative reviews there are here. I came in for a pedicure w/ my mother in law before my wedding and loved the service (very relaxing and the massage chair actually worked out knots in my back) Ruby, my nail tech that day, offered to get me in at 9 am the very next day for acrylics before my wedding. This is the first time I've ever had acrylic nails, and I'm so grateful to Ruby for doing such an amazing job. It's also the first time I've ever booked someone for a beauty service without looking their work up online, which is saying a lot because I work as a cosmetologist as well. Anybody who gets Ruby please tip her well for me I've gotten endless compliments on these nails, and I'm so happy that she caters to the girlies who prefer more natural looks. read more

First and last time coming here. I came in on Friday, the girl on the third chair got me and started doing my nails. First of all, she didn't completely glued my nails down. I felt like she was rushing the whole time, she started doing the acrylic and wouldn't clean the brush my nails were all bumpy and crooked. It got to the point that I told her "you need to clean your brush" and she said "oh yeah but that'll take me about 10 mins" so basically she told me she didn't have time. She then proceeds to filing the nails and at this point I was already disappointed because I know how they're supposed to look. I wasn't so exited because I wanted them long and perfect, but didn't expect this bad experience. She then starts doing the nail polish (rushing since the beginning). I told her to file them more because they were not straight from the tips and they were crooked from the sides she said "oh yeah I'll do it after" she then continues with the polish and the top coat. AFTER the top coat she start filing them from the sides and the tips and and I thought that she would go back and polish the sides of the nails but I had to tell her "hey can you put polish where you filed again" and she did but she didn't put me the top coat anymore so basically my nails from the side had the polish on top of the top coat! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I was really skeptical about posting this review but it's not fair for people to come in and pay you and tip you for the poor service you provide. I attached some pictures here as reference. This is what I get for cheating on my nail tech - NEVER AGAIN! Terrible results. I visited this place while on vacation in Idaho. Asked for powder dip nails. Did the dip so thick, didn't file very nice so it has a very bumpy finish. When done with the dip, she painted over the top with polish. This was done on a Thursday. The polish is peeling as of Saturday. By Tuesday, a majority of the fingers have little to no polish left. The filing of the nails was very poor, so they aren't a nice shape at all & the nails are bumpy. A big piece of polish peeled off the thumb and the "dip" is cracked. Would never go back nor recommend. read more

I got a mani-pedi at this salon at the last week of May. I now have a horrible fungle infection in one of my toes. The nail is separating from the nail bed and the rest of the nail bed is purple. My toe hurts when I walk because the toe is swollen. read more

Nail beds and cuticles are DAMAGED and burnt. I don't take time to write negative reviews. I just move on if they don't do a good job. This review is necessary as going to this saloon has brought great pain and nail damage to my nails. I've been getting my nails done for many years. I've never felt that any harm was done in the process. UNTIL NOW! I went to the shop for a fill, and a pedicure. Within hours my nails cuticles had blisters all around them and it hurt. The fill was so thick and so much on cuticles and fingers. 2 weeks later went back to the other saloon and it took several hours to file down old fill as it was put on so thick and crooked and look what was discovered. Totally had to have all nails removed. The thumb had NO damage or crack when I put on a new set in June. Now worried about loosing a few of my nails from my nail bed. I have been going here for years and normally they are very good. HOWEVER, my recent visit was very disappointing. I got the deluxe manicure with Gel polish. It looked ok upon leaving but my polish started chipping off after one week. GEL polish usually lasts at least a month or more. I had to take my polish off after one week and it came off very easily with just normal polish remover. This does not occur with GEL polish. I am very disappointment. I can tell you I got a red #477 and it was not GEL polish. Yet I was charged extra for gel polish. Don't think I will be back. There are too many places with excellent pedicures and not rip you off. I headed to Q Nail Spa to get my pedi and asked if they can redo my full set. she happily agreed too and told me there would be no charge for it. she doesn't know how happy she made me, I left the other salon crying. My husband and I got pedicures and his was 1000x better than mine. The woman who did mine barely did a 2 minute massage and I have crooked toe nails. She fixed one but left the edge rough. I'm SO done with crappy pedicures in Boise! Mine lasted 17 minutes. $35 for nothing basically. read more

I was sad to learn Q and Linda were no longer there, but I was able to chase them down so if you'd like their new salon information let me know. What I do know is that I have only ever gone to this salon since moving here last October and I acquired a nail fungus from this salon. The practices are not sanitary and I was fortunate that both Q and Linda used their personal instruments to ensure they were properly sanitized. Over time, my services were always rushed because the nail techs were double booked. The techs also never get breaks to even eat. The nail techs there are not equally qualified and I would never go to anyone besides Q or Linda. The owners of this salon are also very money hungry and it shows. I used to love this salon, but I would never recommend it anymore. Nail fungus is nasty and difficult to get rid of...it's unacceptable. read more

Was at Top Golf and swung so bad that my pinky nail got hit, and lifted. Was looking for nail salons that could glue my nail back down, walked up to Q Nail Spa, the door was locked but the owners ( I think?) saw me try to open the door, and actually came out of their car to ask me what I needed and I let them know I just needed my nail glued back down. They happily opened their door to me and helped me fix my nail even though they were headed to a circus! 10000% amazing service and they were so nice despite this being a last minute thing!! Went in for a full set, she recommended to use gel, and that's fine by me. We finish up and I notice not a single cuticle has been touched, pushed, trimmed - nothing. And several nails had several spots of paint and top coat randomly on my fingers. $50 for a full set is very average, no problem with cost but for a nail technician to short change a client a manicure and leave spots polish and uneven filing along most the nails was worth the yelp complaint. I asked the lady at the front what was going on, and she says manicures don't come with a full set! Lol so they wanted $70 for a splotchy set minus tip? Been having sets done for 20 years, and that has never happened even once. Not the best set I have received, the shape of my nails did not match, I didn't get the color I asked for and I was told and paid the amount I was told and was called after I had walked out of the door and one of the employees shouted at me to pay another 10$ I was not aware of.
