No complaints. Mother daughter day. Acrylic nails and pedicures. My daughter wanted a special set for her hands and they turned out great! I wanted something festive and didn't communicate effectively so the guy had to redo one of my ring man and he did it. My pedi was ok, I wanted the tech to dig out my dirty toes I had to ask for more work. They prefer cash which is fine. 125 for my daughters. 110 for mine. I'll probably be back even though the location is not convenient. I'm in kuna. Our appt was at 11, we weren't done til almost 2 because they were tending to others while doing ours. I went in with my friend on a Wednesday to get our nails done. We both got a short set. I wanted a simple dinosaur on my nail and she wanted some simple flowers. When he did the dinosaur design, he showed it to me and tried to say it looked exactly like the picture when it looked like chicken scratches so I tried to pick another design. He also couldn't do that. They also didn't put the design that my friend wanted on her nail and didn't offer her any other substitutions or anything like that. I also called before to get prices, they only told me the price for the length and if I wanted to design, it was an extra five dollars for two nails so my nails in total were $60. My friend's nails were supposed to be $60 but she'd ended up not getting the design because they couldn't do it and I still got charged $60 for her nails when I called to try and get a refund, they told me that they won't do refunds. I asked why I got charged $60 my friends nails, and they said it was because it was a colored powder, never disclosed that to me over the phone. Talking about the nail shape none of them are the same size there's paint on the sides of my nails that I can't get off their bumpy and have an extreme amount of acrylic underneath it. The cleanliness of the building was not up to par at all. There was nails from previous sets underneath their desks. The other lady that was doing my friend's nails did not clean up her area in between my friend and her next client. If you go to this nail salon, just be fully prepared to leave disappointed. read more

No one had any availability, mostly because the technicians had all gone home. Needed to get in somewhere today and everywhere else was booked, I was glad to be able to get in. But I came in needed acrylics removed and I asked for a gel manicure. I watched her pull out her tools from a dirty plastic bag and use them without cleaning anything and when she was done she put them all back in the bag and set it into the drawer without cleaning. They tore off my acrylic nails chipping at them and shoving stuff under until they got it all off. I haven't had them removed before but I thought they were supposed to soak them or use the drill. It hurt pretty bad and when I jumped back she just said yeah it hurts, huh? They just painted my nails with a cool design but I didn't get a manicure like I asked. It ended up costing me $40+ $5 tip. (I always tip even when they suck). I was so not impressed with the cleanliness of the salon or the friendliness of the workers. But the nails look okay. read more

This is hands down my favorite nail spa in the Treasure Valley. It is somewhat hidden which means its not as busy during the week days. You can get in right away. They always do an outstanding job and they have unbeatable prices. They charged me $15 just for a basic manicure and they are never pushy about trying to charge you extra or tricking you into paying more for a service without asking your permission. They are also extremely personable and talk about family or whatever interests you have, which makes it a relaxing/therapeutic enviroment. Once before a wedding I had a gel french manicure done and I was extremely impressed. Same thing with art work or pictures I've asked them to mimic when I'm feeling a little extra. read more

Much needed!! I love this place! I called and was able to book an appointment in the same day for mani-pedis for my friend, little sis and I. The staff were super sweet and let us take our time choosing what colors we wanted. One of the gals that works there has been doing nails for 13 years and she is wonderful! All three technicians did a fabulous job and we all felt so pampered and relaxed. Will definitely be back. Keep up the fabulous work. :) read more

NOT happy. Made an appointment and came in. Was not busy. They sat me down and had me look at colors. I couldn't decide so the guy said he would give me some more time. After I decided, I sat there for probably about ten minutes and then I watched as the guy packed his stuff up and left. Another lady said she would be with me in ten minutes but she was just starting on another lady's nails. At this point, I was frustrated because I had to get to work and I made the appointment so I would have enough time. By the time they actually started working on my nails was an hour after I had made my appointment and the lady was obviously annoyed when I didn't tip. I will NOT be recommending this place or going back. read more

I went into here a few weeks ago to treat my friend to a birthday present. we both asked for gel manicures. the guy that was doing mine was obviously very rushed, as he was doing 3 people's nails at once. I didn't get my cuticles cut or a hand massage at the end. the color i picked out looked nothing like it once painted. then two days later 7/10 of my nails broke and were chipping off already. i've never had an experience so bad. definitely would not recommend. read more

I have enjoyed going in here for manicure and pedicures. I have certainly lucked out getting there just before others because while it does take longer because it seems like two of them are trying to handle it all, I've been able to enjoy the massage chair and my feet soaking while waiting. I believe Tina has done my nails the few times I have been in and they have lasted longer than any other local spot. read more

My mom and I came here for gel pedicures before our vacation. We had an appointment and we called letting them know we were on the way but running 3min behind. We walked in 4 minutes past our appt time and had to wait 20 minutes for them to get started on our pedicures. They went back and forth working on us and other clients because they took customers before us even though we had an appt. We paid the $40+$10 (for gel) for the works pedicures which include 15min of massage and I had to ask for that for my mom (it's her fav part) and they didn't even massage her feet, just her calves. They didn't massage mine at all. We were there for over 2 hours. At one point I sat there for at least 20 minutes with nothing being done to my feet. The next day the gel polish came off of my pinky toe. I'm just really bummed because it was something I saved up for and wanted to enjoy a pedi for our vacation and it was just super disappointing. I went in to get my nails done after I had a friend rave about how amazing Brian is at gel nails. I went in and I got lucky and Brian was the one who 'started' my nails. After putting the tips on another lady took over. I said over and over I want GEL nails. I'm allergic to acrylic. So I kept saying gel. I went to beauty school. I learned how to do nails. I know when I get acrylic (as I break out in hives and my throat swells up) with a "gel overlay" so when she pulled out acrylic I reminded her they were gel nails and she said yes she is doing gel. Well instantly my throat swelled up and I knew it was acrylic. Anyways. By the time I left I had 1 inch thick ACRYLIC nails with a gel overlay. They looked awful. And the lady spoke no English so it was hard to explain my frustrations. The best part, I paid for a GEL set which is WAY more than acrylic!!! I will NEVER get my nails done again!!
