Once she arrived, they informed her it was more than she was quoted on the phone and told " if you don't like it, you don't have to come back". I picked this place based on reviews and location. My mom asked to talk to an owner and was told she was out of country, only to find out that she was present during the interaction. I would give zero stars if it was an option. I've been seeing Vincent now at Nicely nails for a couple months. I was doing acrylic fills plus gel, but upon his recommendation I switched to hard gel and will never look back. His books fill up fast and there are some strict cancellation guidelines and expectations for your appointment, but nothing unreasonable. He is very talented and quick. I've never had my nails done with such perfection in 45min-1hr tops (this includes designs). I always walk away loving my nails. Today I just told him he can pick colors/designs. He did an amazing job as always and I don't foresee going anywhere else with the same results. Book far ahead, you won't regret it. read more

She was friendly and helpful, made sure my nails were perfect and clipped a few times when she noticed something. Some places rush you through in 30-40 minutes. Tina did my nails like she had in the past. I showed her a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like. I didn't describe them to her, I SHOWED her a picture so there would be no misunderstanding. Not only did she do a horrible job on the design, she also left white polish on my cuticles, streaky polish & bumps. She asked me if they were ok & I said "not really" as I pulled up the picture I previously showed her. She smiled & nodded her head. ‍ I went to the pedi chair, she soaked my feet, clipped my nails & handed me the pedi menu to choose which one I wanted. Y'all, I REALLY needed this pedi...my feet are in desperate need. After 15 minutes of just sitting there with her gone, I'd had enough. I got up, walked to the register & was a teary-eyed because I was so angry & she said...I'm sorry. That'll be $40 for your nails & $20 for your feet!! After I left, I found out that my friend stopped going there after she got a fungus 2 different times. My advice is find another location to go to. When there are so many places to choose from, customer service and cleanliness should be their top priority. Not, I am so sorry... That'll be $60. read more

I went in for acrylics and Marshall was the one who worked on me. After he has my tips on he told me that it was going to be $75 for a full set! I told him the sign said $35-$40. He said they charge for taking off nail polish and for length of nail and for French tip. I said why doesn't it say that and he showed me in the sign where it said that they did charge extra for length and designs but not for the other stuff! Then he said no, $55. Stay away from him! He was super rough and cut me while filing me. My finger kept bleeding and he used his dirty towel to stop the blood. He then put acrylic on top of my broken skin to make it stop bleeding so he could continue to file the nail. It started throbbing and I asked him if I could have some cold water to soak it in. He continued to file my nails and kept filing my skin on my other nails because he put so much glue on the nails that they weee stuck to my skin. Then he told me well you don't have to pay. I told him that I didn't expect it for free but that he was hurting me. He said that was the way it was done! I told him that I've been getting acrylics for 35 years and I have never had this happen to me. Then he got mad, stood up and threw his glasses on the table and said there it's free and walked off! I was in complete shock! I've never been treated this way by anyone in my life! The owner didn't say ANYTHING to me until I asked her if someone else could finish my nails. She said yes but was working on someone else. No one else came over to me. After 5 minutes I left. I am contacting the State Board to report Marshall and the shop. It's also so unsanitary there. Tools were not clean, and tables were not clean. Stay away from this place! read more

So I called Nicely and told them we could be there in 5 minutes. They said they could take us in. Kim gave my mom a simple manicure as she requested (nail trim and clear polish). My inspo nail design was simple, it was french nails with a line above it and they said they couldn't even do that. it took so long. the guy that did my nails filed so fast the nails were uneven. when he added the acrylic part he did tooo much and he did cover it all. In the picture u can see how uneven it is and where he didn't paint it. When he finished doing my nails he left paint all over my finger on the skin part. BAD!!!. Nail station was very unsanitary, full of debris from previous manicures. She used dirty files, tools and this disgusting brush she would pull out of the drawer to brush my hands off that was caked with debris that only left more dust on my hands. She also used such an old buffer it was disinigrating on my nails.She also handled my nails/hands very roughly twisting them around to work on them. She also was impatient about me choosing a glitter color to go on top of my set that I just settled for none ( I asked for pink in the beginning and she tried to put on silver.) The shape is good but my nails have little flecks of dust and bits stuck in them bc of her dirty work station. They will also talk smack about you in vietnamese, which was easy to tell by their tone and use of English words like "glitter." read more

Really? Came in with an appointment and they took a walk in before me, whatever I have patience and understand they are busy. Although the lady doing my nails did them really fast... too fast. I'm sitting there drying my nails and the lady who did them left for the day, I look down to see nail polish on my fingers and I had no idea how Long to dry them! I dried them 15 minutes and left. Well I ended up smudging my nail polish in my car and now I'll have to go get them Redone. Poor customer service. read more

The first time that I want this nail salon I was getting acrylic removal. I asked for them to be soaked off The nail tech that was working on my hand got impatient at the soaking wasn't working as quickly as she would like so she started to grind my nails off until they were brittle and hurt they were paperthin. I decided to give this place another try so I went to get a French tip acrylic set. They sent me down with a tech she pulled out tools and clearly been used on somebody else. Then she didn't push my cuticles back she didn't file my nails are trimmed them she just started Roughing the tops up for the acrylic. She forgot 4 nails and didn't speak English. I was trying to tell her that she had a rough day at the top of the other four minute horse because she wasn't paying attention to me or the work she was doing on my hands. Then she started to put the chips on my hands she put two of them on crooked and I try to tell her but she put two of them on crooked and then she assured me that she fix it later. Well she started to put the acrylic on my nails I noticed that she had a Black hair on my right hand, I tried to tell her before the acrylic dried so that she could pull it out but she said no I'll fix it later. I was reluctant about this. Then as she was working on my nails and applying the acrylic I noticed that she hadn't fixed the two nails that were crooked. When I try to explain to her that they were crooked she filed them but didn't fix them. Then I had told her that she filed one side too far in the wrong direction because now my mail was pointing to the left. Then she decided to file it more towards the left. When I tried to explain this to her she pushed my hand away and then handed me her nail file and said "I'm Done". Well long story short I ended up Leaving before the color was done they charged me $30. Which I was so upset about I ended up returning and demanding a refund which they told me that they could only fix my nails And refused to refund my money. The behavior of this nail salon was atrocious and the fact that it is during a pandemic and they are not cleaning their tools and using tools at clearly been used on a another person. I'm talking about the files. And the tools that didn't get sanitized. I want my money back. I never want to return to the salon. I am up in arms. I have never been rudely treated and disrespected by somebody that I was paying for them to do a service for me. I want my money back! read more

Tina , this is for the owner who has done my nails for over three years she is out of town and I was not able to get in with her so she booked me with somebody else from the minute I sat down the nail technician was beyond rude I was gardening yesterday and she told me that I needed to not have my nails dirty underneath which they weren't they were clean but I am also a hairdresser and so they are stained with color she proceeded to go on and on telling me about how I was going to have fungus and was extremely rude and would not stop talking about it I asked her to stop talking about it and she would not stop talking about it I informed her that I have been a licensed nail technician for over 30 years and a licensed cosmetologist and that it was extremely unprofessional for her to go on and on about this I have never had a bad experience at nicely nails as the owner has always been the one to do my nails I really expect to hear back from you Tina and I expect to be apologized for this this was extremely rude behavior of somebody who works for you and your nail salon . I walked out and now I'm going to have to go find someone else to do my nails I have never been treated so poorly by anybody has a patron in my life as I was treated today inside of your salon. read more

I've been coming to this nail salon for close to three years. I think the nail techs do a good job and the salon is clean and always busy which is a good sign! Sadly though, I was told on my last appointment that they will no longer be accepting credit/debit cards, cash only (due to banks charging for credit cards). I for one rarely carry cash and find it inconvenient to have to stop at the credit union to get cash out (or use a grocery store). And the ATM in the salon charges to use the machine. So, in short, I won't be a regular customer anymore. It would appear they would rather lose a customer(s) for the above rather than pay a slight fee for credit card transactions. read more
