I visited this nail salon for the first time not too long ago for a pedicure as I prepared for the…read morearrival of my baby girl. The salon itself is nice, and my pedicure turned out well. I do, however, have some feedback that I believe would really elevate the overall experience. First, the massage portion felt shorter than expected for the service I paid for. It may be helpful for management to ensure technicians use a timer so clients can feel confident they're receiving the full massage time included in their service. Second, after the massage, my technician stepped away to grab warm towels, which left me sitting with cold, wet legs. It would be much more comfortable if legs were dried before the massage or at least before stepping away, so clients aren't left feeling cold in between steps. Additionally, when the warm towels were applied, they were draped loosely over my legs rather than wrapped around them. Because the backs of my legs were exposed, the towels cooled quickly and ended up feeling cold and uncomfortable by the time they were removed. Wrapping the towels securely would help retain warmth and enhance relaxation. The polish application and finishing work were done well. However, when the service was complete, I was simply directed to the checkout area and the technician walked away. My shoes were placed on the ground away from me, and my pants were still rolled up. As someone who was nine months pregnant at the time, a small gesture like helping me out of the chair or handing me my shoes would have made a big difference. These suggestions are simply intended to enhance the client experience. While this wasn't the worst nail salon experience I've had, there are definitely opportunities to make it exceptional.

I myself do massage and working for a busy spa I know how sometimes appointments just need to get rescheduled due to employee emergencies and illnesses so it's a bit of a bummer but really no biggie. I have yet to actually be able to get us in for a massage together but I got to visit this spa for a wonderful pedicure today !! The lobby was gorgeous and they sell so many awesome skin care brands and fun items. I noticed a list of refreshments, both alcoholic and nonalcoholic, you can enjoy during your visit. Many of them are an additional charge but you can have water and orange juice complimentary or my personal favorite of the complimentary beverages which was a pleasant surprise was red wine !! They had a little self serve red wine bar was a few different bottles of red wines. I personally went with the Barefoot sweet red blend and it was delightful! I also had a few glasses of water and a glass of Prosecco at an additional charge. They also showed a few snacks you can add on for an additional charge which were very tempting.. I mean roasted pecans and caramels, berries or a charcuterie plate ?! YUM! I already had reservations with my fiancé for Brick 29 after my appointment though and I wanted to save my appetite for our meal. Perhaps next time I'll indulge a little more though ;) I booked the geranium cedarwood pedicure and it exceeded my expectations, was everything i imagined and more! It was a nice long pedicure with a nice vibrating chair that can recline, a luxurious warm neck wrap, relaxing music and nature sounds in a very comfy setting. Kaila did my pedicure and she did a beautiful job and she was very friendly throughout my experience! I LOVE the ambiance here and I most definitely will be back for a variety of spa treatments. I hope to get the membership eventually to return on a fairly regular basis and I certainly hope one day my fiancé and I can come in to relax together!!

Rushed, Sloppy, and Disappointing…read more FIRSTLY: IF you see this employee doing your toes and it's NOT a basic 1 color polish on your toes ASK FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO DO YOUR NAILS. TRUST ME. THIS IS THE SECOND BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HER. I asked for a simple white French tip on my toes -- nothing fancy, just clean and classic. What I got was a rushed, uneven mess. The lines are crooked, some of the white polish is covering half my nail, and instead of the usual curved French tip, she just painted straight lines across my nails like it was a race against the clock. I tried to voice my concerns during the appointment, but there was a language barrier, and unfortunately, they weren't really listening or making an effort to understand me. It felt like they just wanted to get me out of the chair as fast as possible. This was not worth the money at all. I left feeling frustrated, and now I either have to live with it or fix it myself. I realized she cut me but I wasn't too bothered until I realized she glued my cut cuticle onto the nail so it would stop bleeding. It's been 5hrs since I got them done and my finger burns soooooo bad 3 of my fingers were hurt. & let's not talk about my mom's nails she wanted both her big toes fixed as they were previously done at another salon and wasn't too happy about the French tip shape. Yes her shape was fixed nicer. But now her big toes have bleeding cuts on top and on both sides of her 2 big toe nails that were made as they were getting shaped and filed. We won't be going back there again.
