I was looking for a spa day for my birthday on April 1st. (I know, horrible day to be born. lol). I was able to pull off an appointment with their esthetician Savannah. I had a facial and back facial. Along with my facial I added on LED light therapy and a scalp therapy that was soooooo amazing! Even though I don't have back acne, back facials are so relaxing to have and to me, are better than a massage. The salon is super cute inside and everyone was very nice. Because I said I was leaving town!!! Did you not read that part! Why do you think I'm so livid? Why would I keep a membership if I'm not even going to be around to use it! You robbed me, a single mother on a fixed income, and your excuse is, that I must not agree with your policies! I haven't even left a review yet over the haircut that I got that made me cry, by some guy there and when I asked him to fix it he said let's just wait till your next appointment as I was going to get color done. I mean wtf. I was paying for a haircut right then! That's 2 fked up things from your salon! If I could give this place no stars I would. What they did to me was disgusting. I bought a tanning membership, I used it 3 times, I went in and told them I had to leave town and if we could change the membership to buy 3 tans get one free, they said no, I was cool with that, but I also told them I didn't need the membership anymore, as again I was leaving town. THEY CHARGED ME $75 2 MONTHS IN A ROW AFTER THAT, and by the time I finally caught it, they basically told me oh well I'm screwed. I'm a single mom on A FIXED INCOME!! I cannot even tell I got eyelash extensions $170 bucks later with the $20 tip, nobody else can tell either on day one! spent 2 & 1/2 hours there also. A few days prior I went in to get my roots touched up which turned out fine but while I was there I asked to have my new haircut from another place shaped around the crown, took a good look at home and all of my hair is cut off and she cut my long front sides of my new A-cut off making the back now longer than the front it looks ridiculous, it's not even straight across! I am so tired of being a guinea pig at every salon in Caldwell! they always put me with the newbie because I don't have a regular stylist (at every salon) I give up! read more

We came in from California to visit family living in Caldwell, and we decided to make long-overdue haircut appointments for our girls. We were a little worried taking them somewhere we had never even seen, but decided to try it. Booking was quick, prices were reasonable, and finding this clean, cute salon was easy. Most importantly: we were beyond satisfied with the results. We had the luck to have Jaden Mortenson as our hairdresser. We asked for cuts (about 5 inches), long front layers, and washes/blowouts. He did an amazing job!! The girls' hair looked shiny and silky, healthy, and fabulous. The girls said Jaden even chit-chatted with them during their appointments. When we got to my sister-in-law's, she instantly asked me to share the salon info with her. Wishing we could move this place and Jaden back home! read more

Super cute salon. A little small but cute. Everybody seemed busy. I did a spray tan and was surprised it was a machine and not a person (guess I need to get with the times), but the instructions didn't make complete sense and it didn't really tell you what to do with your hands so I ended up with horrible coverage around my wrists and under arms, and my hands turned orange (not sure if it's the barrier lotion they have you use or the incorrect bronzer color they chose) but there was definitely a tint of orange I've never experienced being sprayed by a person. And has super weird lines on my wrists. The instructions say to leave space, which I did, but it doesn't say which way to turn your hands and I guess I turned mine the wrong way because it was pretty bad and pretty embarrassing with the way it looked the next day. The girl was nice but it was pretty rushed. Probably won't be going back for the tan. read more
