Wished I had read the reviews 1st...the rudest nail salon I've ever been to. 2 pedicures & 1 manicure. I had the guy who never said boo, pointed what to do, and would get annoyed because you're not a mind reader... I said at one point " you only have to ask" cash only & guess what they have a cash machine, which if they own, it's a win win for them! The pedicure was awful, didn't ask if water was hot enough, no jets, I don't think anything added to water. No filing or cutting of nails, cuticles half assed done. Took my little girl for her first set of nails- woman that did her set was very rude and acted like we were wasting her time. She quoted us $94 for a set of nail from my 10 year old daughter. I went today for a walk in pedicure, it was busy so I had to wait about 15 minutes, but it was worth the wait! Their chairs are very comfortable and they turned the water on throughout my pedicure to keep it hot, which I really appreciated! Terrible service. I was so excited to take my 7 year old on a little girl date, it had been 6 months since my last pedicure. The girl who did my pedicure answered her phone and talked on it 3 separate times (with her Bluetooth ear piece in). And also checked her phone/texted on her phone/voice texted 8x; each time pausing on my feet. Not once apologizing. She even yawned loudly a couple times and didn't say excuse me; not very professional. She never asked me if I liked the color, and when she was done, the color was much lighter than the sample provided. Thankfully she was nice and did put another color on. However, she said "if we were busy I probably wouldn't, I probably would've told you the color is good. Sometimes I have to lie to my customers, etc.". I couldn't believe it. The lady who did my 7 year olds nails wasn't very friendly either, looking annoyed that I opted for regular polish instead of gel for her. Omg I finally found a nail place!!! I have been trying so many different mail places and they all suck!!! One made racist comments about Mexicans (I'm Mexican, just light skinned) one gave me a full on infection in my toe that had to be drained! I don't know where y'all from but where I'm from, when I get my nails done they cut my cuticles and groom them as part of the service. Everywhere else charges you for both your nails (acrylic, dip powder) then charge you for a full pedicure if you want your cuticles done!!! Vicky at Bee's did an amazing job. Nails all even, no sharp edges and pristine! She took her time and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was happy. Better yet, it's been over 3 weeks and they still look nice and haven't chipped or lifted! read more

I have gotten a full set of acrylic nails here multiple times, and I will never go anywhere else again. Every time I have gone, I've LOVED my nails. The acrylic is always shaped to perfection, I'm always asked multiple times if I like the way things are looking, and the nail techs (especially Jen) are ALWAYS careful, kind, and consistent. If price concerns you, these are definitely some of (if not THE) lowest in town. I always leave there feeling satisfied. Wait times can be a tad long, but that's because a good manicure/pedicure takes TIME. Also, one of the few nail places I've been to that takes appointments. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a great set of acrylics. read more

We just recently moved here and I was a walk in to get my nails done. While the girl was working on them I was reading. She said something to me that I didn't hear so she told me to "wake up" because she wanted me to switch hands. A few minutes later she fell out of her chair (don't know how) and it made her angry so when she got back up she jerked my hand back to her. The polish didn't reach to the sides of my nails and there were bumps of polish at the edges. I won't be going back. read more

They do have a ATM available within the salon for people to take out money. I only got a pedicure which was great in my opinion. no need for an appointment. They never keep them. Always waiting up to at least 20 minutes. Very rude and unprofessional. 35.00 bucks for a half ass manicure. Owner argued with me because I made an appointment for four people over three weeks ago, thinking we'd be taking at the same time. We're spread out over a 20 minute period. The Volcano pedicure is outstanding...they take the time to do a great job, they don't over-book, and they do a great massage. The nail design and care is awesome and they pay close attention to detail. Worth the $50 to get the top treatment! I also liked they had new chaitlrs, used bowl liners (new for every client) and had sanitized, sealed tool sets for each customer. In the past I have highly recommend this place. Today I went in and found the manicurist I usually use had moved on. They put me with Vi. She was rude and was irritated when I took too long to pick a toe color. I told her I needed to see a sample color not just the bottle. She said if you don't know how can I know. I grabbed a bottle and said let's just do this one. Then she was going to give me a gel manicure. She got up and told me to move to chair #4. When I didn't move fast enough she yelled at me to get up and go to chair 4. The woman sitting next to me literally rolled her eyes and said good luck. There were a couple more instances with the nails. I should've walked out before the gel manicure. I will not be returning!! read more

I made an appointment confirming they can take foreign fills and they said yes, I show up and they all started judging and laughing at my previous set I had on, asking me where I had them done and I asked if there was a problem? And if there was that I could do a soak and full set of that was better. They said no and continued my nails, well then I was passed off to another person and then another until my nails were finally done. However the nails they did have to add back on broke the very next day. Due to the holiday and my work schedule I wasn't able to go back until Thursday. They were nice and fixed it no charge, then seconds I left in my car it pops off. I came in today asking for it to be fixed and I'm not sure if it was just them being unsure of what I was asking for but they went to fix my nail and it literally looks like crap, it was rushed and I said something and they told me this is what it was and I'm so disappointed and never coming back. Came in for a pedicure- they do a great job! They have a variety of options to choose from and I chose the regular pedicure for $30. They also offer a complimentary Beverage (water, cola, diet, red/white wine) which you may have to ask for! I will update my review to see if the polish application lasts well. I was pleased with the amount of time they took to make sure everything was just right, including a scrub, cooling gel, and massage and a part of the standard pedicure. You can also just get a polish application for $12-$15 for regular polish and $20 for gel application. I would rate 5 stars, but the woman who did my pedicure got up to answer the phone and greet customers, set up chairs for new people, and didn't put any lotion on my feet at the end. They were very busy so there was no one to run the front desk, so I guess the woman who did my pedicure was covering it. I also didn't know about the complimentary drinks until the end, and had to ask for one. I will be back- maybe it'll be better service when they are not as busy. read more

My friend and I had pedicures done and the place is very clean and pretty inside. The only down fall is they only except cash, although they do have an ATM, I really don't like having to pay a fee to use an ATM. Pedicures were OK they don't scrub or do cuticle cleaning unless you ask for it. I feel like it was basically a leg massage and a paint change. read more

Got the 50$ volcano pedicure (all of the works). Clearly had a lady that was new to doing pedicures which is fine but when it came time to paint my toenails the man there came over to do them. My grandma went to get her nails done with them and was moved between THREE people to get her nails done and the second one was just tinkering around waiting for the next lady to take over. Then, by the third person they left my grandma sitting there without even finishing with the top coat on one of her hands and just left her but she didn't notice until she got home. She went back the next day and a nice lady said she would fix it for her, then the third lady from the day before (THE OWNER) comes over very rude and asks what the problem is and she was so disrespectful and rude to my grandma and says it's her shop she does what she wants and with who she wants and she doesn't owe her anything. If this was my shop, you think you would take pride in being kind and respectful to your customers... They may do a good job, but don't count on respect or kindness. If I'm going to put my money towards paying for a service, I want it to go to someone who is actually appreciative of it and not disrespectful to their customers. read more

First off I have to say this salon is amazing. They are very professional and welcoming. I enjoy coming here because they actually take you at your appointment time and they are thorough and get you out quick. They also have a great knowledge of nails and do what's best for their customers. I don't want to rate a low star because overall I've never had problems here. I've been going here for about a year twice a month. This is the very first time I've been upset over my service. A service that take 45 minutes at the most ended up being an hour and a half. My tech was not paying attention to my nails and had to repeat a few steps because he was not sure if he had done them. There were long pauses as I waited for him to check his stocks or bitcoin on his phone. Needless to say my nails are not the same shape or length. I has places to be so I rushed out of there after.
