Giving 5 Stars because their Happy Hour is worth 5 Stars!! Their Happy Hour is Mon-Fri 3-6pm. I appreciate the nicer location of this Yard House. My husband and I love having dates at Yard House during Happy Hour because we love the low cost, the deliciousness of the dishes we like and it's less busy and less noisy earlier in the day. I always order their Chicken Nachos with -no beans -no chips for a keto/low carb option and it's a 10 out of 10! Love that it's still a big portion size, I crave this dish all the time. My husband loves their BBQ Chicken Pizza (it's thin crust). We got our toddler their Happy Hour Chicken Tenders with fries which was cheaper than the Kids menu. The chicken was perfectly moist on the inside and he loved it. Their fries are nothing to write home about but they are decent with ranch. My daughter got their Happy Hour Cheeseburger Sliders, she ate it but she did say the burger patties were not very flavorful. We tried the Calamari for the 1st time and I wasn't a fan, it was medium on the rubbery scale. No big deal when it was only $8. First time visit, met up with a friend for happy hour. The ambiance was laid back with a bar/pub feel, but was a little on the louder side for my usual taste. The food was quick to come out and flavorful, we ordered a bunch of apps and I had my favorites and some were okay. I also loved my salted watermelon margarita on the rocks, but not so much the passion fruit mojito. Diane was very doting and checked in on us often even though we pretty much just ordered everything from the kiosk at our table, but as busy as it got, she still made it a point to stop by to see if we were doing well and I appreciate that. We definitely beat the big dinner rush, but hoping I can find a down time to visit where it's not so noisy. Being smack dab in the middle of the crazy mall also made parking hard to find. Frustrating experience with their online waitlist system (Friday 10/4/24) - we were excited to dine at Yard House for dinner before catching a movie at the nearby Edwards theater. We booked our movie tickets accordingly and planned to be at Yard House for their 3-6PM Happy Hour. The day of, I was glad to see that their website showed their estimated wait time as well as the ability to join the waitlist online. I continued to check the wait time before we left and it continuously said there was "No Wait! Come on in! We are ready to serve you." On the way over around 5:20PM, I decided to put my name on the waitlist just in case and it went through successfully. After sitting in Temecula traffic and arriving around 5:30PM, we were surprised to find the waiting area filled with people and that there was in fact a long wait. After checking in with the host, I was informed that I was removed from the online waitlist because "they don't take reservations on weekends" and that if I wanted to dine in, I would have to join the in-person waitlist that was estimated to be a 30-40 minute wait. Since we got added to the in-person waitlist at 5:30PM, she said there was no guarantee we would make it for the Happy Hour and offered no explanation or apology as to why their online waitlist was so convoluted. If we had known there was a wait, we would have planned to arrive earlier, picked another dinner location, etc. We ended up dining somewhere else due to time. Overall very disappointing experience in terms of how they manage their website waitlist system. read more

Great Service & Thoughtful Management! We stopped in for dinner and noticed that the portion sizes seemed a bit smaller than expected. Not a huge deal, but we casually mentioned it to our server Gracie who was amazing! To our surprise, the manager, Paul, personally came over to check in and genuinely thanked us for the feedback. To make up for it, they comped us desserts--and not just any desserts, but beautifully plated, absolutely delicious ones that really ended the night on a sweet note. It wasn't something we asked for or expected, but it really showed how much they care about the guest experience. Yard House is one of the casual sit down chains that seems to get it. Mind you, they're not perfect. But they get more things right, then do their competitors. And and oh yeah, they are outstanding when it comes to beer. We stopped for an early dinner at the Yard House recently in the Temecula Promenade and were very pleasantly surprised to realize that it was happy hour! I love that it's a nice long HH - 3-6pm, with 1/2 off all pizzas and a bunch of apps, $2 off draft beers, wine, spirits & cocktails, $3 off 9oz wine, and $4 off half yards. There's also a late night happy hour. Beer is their passion, and the list is crazy long and has something for any beer lover (which I am not!), including cider, kombucha, gluten-removed beers and flights. The cocktail list is long and interesting, as well. The wine list is the shortest - very pricey and no Temecula wines are offered. I started with the dragonfruit cosmo which would have been great except it was way too sweet for my taste (if ordering it again, I'd ask for much less agave). Would like to try the lavender drop next time..and will inquire about sweetness before ordering! Hubby a hazy IPA which he enjoyed. We sat outside which was lovely with a view of the nearby Promenade fountain. Even outside, there was a football game going on 2 tvs in our one not-terribly large patio area (which I could do without...but I get it!) It was quite loud inside. Also, the rest rooms were sooo dark - like a cave, and not maintained very well when we were there. Being happy hour, we ordered two pizzas - BBQ chicken and the carnivore. Both were good and a reasonable deal at half-off. The menu is really extensive, with many gluten-sensitive options. We enjoyed Yard House and would certainly return, especially for happy hour. Friends visiting from out of town and their daughter works here, so we stopped in for dinner. Surprisingly, there was no wait even though it was Saturday evening. Attentive service, good vibes, and delicious food makes this a place to go. The menu is pretty expansive, and the beer selection is amazing. Stopped in for lunch while doing some shopping. I've been to a few Yard House locations before, but never this one. Myself, wife, and daughter came in for lunch and a little break. I will give it one star because it does seem that their options on the menu have changed and they add new things to their menu. I would say their alcoholic beverages are good. I've had a few cocktails and enjoyed them. The Pineapple Express was good. The mules are ok. It's the food that I just don't like. I got their new spicy beef noodles.. gross. This place is my go to place for pork chops. It is always made perfectly and consistent. Perfect the way it is, no need to adjust on anything. The pork is thick and juicy, and the taste is very good. The rice that comes with it has a good Smokyness to it. Made to match the chops. I paired this with the Dragon's Milk stout, perfect pairing. My husband and I were at the Yard House in Temecula last night. We've were going there for years and after COVID we rediscovered the Yard house in Temecula and oh boy! I can say without a doubt this is one of the few restaurants that has always been consistently good and is now even better than ever. I love their food, the staff, all are so nice and efficient, the orders come out quickly even when the place is busy. The Yard House is always clean and inviting, the food is always so yummy. I'm a very good cook but I can't get my burgers to taste like the Yard House burgers. I LOVE their cheeseburgers. I know that's an entree for almost every burger place or every restaurant but their burgers are always amazing, Whatever their secret is I don't know but they are the best ever! If I had to pick something that would make the whole experience a bit better it would be the loud music, it's a wee bit loud, especially on the weekends. But that's a minor thing and I hope they continue to succeed because it's one of the few places that is always great!! Had to give 4 stars this time when we went this past Friday evening. My husband always orders the boneless wings and for some reason they were overcooked twice this time which made them inedible. I tried the grilled Korean bbq beef appetizer and I ALWAYS have to get the spicy edamame when we're there. It's never too spicy. And the Korean beef had such a great charred taste and was so tender and juicy! I highly recommend it! I love meeting friends here for appetizers and drinks. The wait staff is always really friendly. The hostess staff can be hit or miss. Some of the employees are very friendly. Some of the others make you feel like entering the front doors ruined their "me time". The atmosphere is relaxed and fun. Pick up the game or sit on the patio. The one issue is that it is impossible to get a cell phone signal in the restaurant. I don't know if they do that or n purpose or not, but the minute I step outside the restaurant- my signal returns. The Yard House has yet to disappoint! It could be Waikiki, Las Vegas, Scottsdale, Temecula or just outside Fenway Park. I get it, its a big chain with 50 restaurants, but they are still doing it well. I left CPK 144 units and at that time they still were doing that right. I love the stainless bar and the great selection of beers, but its the happy hours that bring me back, that and the expert service. The entire menu is awesome from the Maui Pineapple chicken to the $40 surf and turf rib eye shrimp combo, but when they offer apps and Pizza half off what's not to love. Had a horrible experience! I came out to a yard house with a group of friends to eat some dinner . As we sat at the table a friend of mine stated how she had enjoyed her drinks earlier from the winery. As the waiter approached he said he "overheard" our conversation and does not serve drunk customers . Mind you none of us had ordered a drink from yard house , no one was drunk, etc . We were there simply for food . We told the waiter we were not here for drinks, but we simply here for food and that no one was intoxicated so we were confused off of his comment. He then walked off and stated that he was going to talk to his manager . When he came back rather quickly, he said yeah my manager said I don't have to serve you. At that point we asked to speak to a manager in which a lady came over and we explained to her what was happening. She stated that she's never heard of a rule where the waiter wasn't allowed to serve us off of a simple conversation, and also due to the fact that no one was drinking at the table. The manager said she will come back and never returned. At that point , the waiter came back over to the table. We asked him if we could speak to the manager because we never heard back from. He said "well that's if she wants to talk to you"' In a rude tone . We told him that the manager that we were speaking to said that she would come right back and we would simply wait for her. He then stated " I'm not gonna argue with y'all, and walked away". At that point, we were so bothered that I walked over to the host and I told them the situation and I told them we were ready to close out our food tab with another person. They nicely listen to the situation and told me that they would get the manager. A man then approached our table and told us that he was the manager. At this point different people were just being sent over to our table. We explained again to him the situation and he said well "I'm sorry if you guys feel that way" . He said what he could do for us is pay for the food. For me it wasn't about food being paid for it was about the simple fact of the waiter being totally disrespectful and rude and there was no consequence. Even after I pulled up the Yard House policy which states only reason someone shouldn't be served if they are visibly intoxicated or no form of identification. Talking about the policy meant absolutely nothing to him. This whole encounter was definitely uncalled for and because of it, I will honestly never go back to this yard house. read more
