I would rate this Yard house a 10/10 because the service was awesome. For a table of 14 we didn't wait that long and the host sat us down right away. Destinee our server was awesome! And Keith made sure our food came out nice and hot as requested due to past vists we had our food always being cold but he was on top of that and was just wonderful especially his attitude. Had a horrible experience! I came out to a yard house with a group of friends to eat some dinner . As we sat at the table a friend of mine stated how she had enjoyed her drinks earlier from the winery. As the waiter approached he said he "overheard" our conversation and does not serve drunk customers . Mind you none of us had ordered a drink from yard house , no one was drunk, etc . We were there simply for food . We told the waiter we were not here for drinks, but we simply here for food and that no one was intoxicated so we were confused off of his comment. He then walked off and stated that he was going to talk to his manager . When he came back rather quickly, he said yeah my manager said I don't have to serve you. At that point we asked to speak to a manager in which a lady came over and we explained to her what was happening. She stated that she's never heard of a rule where the waiter wasn't allowed to serve us off of a simple conversation, and also due to the fact that no one was drinking at the table. The manager said she will come back and never returned. At that point , the waiter came back over to the table. We asked him if we could speak to the manager because we never heard back from. He said "well that's if she wants to talk to you"' In a rude tone . We told him that the manager that we were speaking to said that she would come right back and we would simply wait for her. He then stated " I'm not gonna argue with y'all, and walked away". At that point, we were so bothered that I walked over to the host and I told them the situation and I told them we were ready to close out our food tab with another person. They nicely listen to the situation and told me that they would get the manager. A man then approached our table and told us that he was the manager. At this point different people were just being sent over to our table. We explained again to him the situation and he said well "I'm sorry if you guys feel that way" . He said what he could do for us is pay for the food. For me it wasn't about food being paid for it was about the simple fact of the waiter being totally disrespectful and rude and there was no consequence. Even after I pulled up the Yard House policy which states only reason someone shouldn't be served if they are visibly intoxicated or no form of identification. Talking about the policy meant absolutely nothing to him. This whole encounter was definitely uncalled for and because of it, I will honestly never go back to this yard house. read more

Loved eating some glass with my pickle. Thought they would do something about it, but nope. Manager took the pickle and the piece of glass and never came back. Not even one apology. Service was shit. One of the blondie's had an attitude. Had to ask many times for orders they forgot to put in. Something's still didn't come to the table. The place was not even busy. I have seen this place be busier before, but this was ass. I also came for a family member's birthday and didn't see shit come out. After everything that happened they just forgot about my table. Thank you to our server Morgan! Very efficient, professional and friendly. We were a big group of 16, came there to celebrate mom's milestone birthday. Everything went smoothly from start to end, from yummy appetizers to coffee and desserts and everything in between. Will be back. A nearby popular restaurant chain was our first choice to celebrate mom's birthday, however, they didn't want us to be sitted together. They divided us to sit in 3 separate tables despite the fact that there is availability for 16 of us. The 3 tables were also kinda far from each other. Apparently, they cannot sit us together because the assigned server will be too overwhelmed. We talked to the manager and she cannot do anything and said it is against policy. So we came here for a friends birthday on a Saturday night (12/4) There was some mix up about our names being put down but they had gotten it resolved. We had a HUGE party. 7 adults and 7 kids. I know! Allot to handle! But I wanna give it up to Jonathan G. He got us settled! He was working with another awesome lady but I didn't catch her name. They killed it!! Alijah When you go to this Yard House, ask to be seated in his section. I've been to many YH restaurants and am a big fan. I took my Mom to this one twice now and our server Alijah tonight exemplified all the good things I have told my Mom about YH. He's an outstanding asset to the YH brand and I can't honestly say I've had a better server at any YH. He is personable and on top of his game. He delivers what people want when they decide to go out and have a nice time. - THATS, A NO STRESS VIBE AND THE FEELING THAT YOU ARE BEING TAKEN CARE OF. This place has some seriously delicious food and now has become one of my favorite places to eat after our second visit. I ordered orange chicken on date night with hubby a few months ago and it was delicious. He ordered a steak and it was soooo good! Came back with our kids and everyone enjoyed their food! The Pina colada's are on point!!! My only complaint would be that we couldn't read our menus it's so dark in there. Our waiter couldn't read it either until my husband held up the faux candle on the table. Also, I asked my waiter for a side of mash potatoes and he said they unfortunately didn't carry that. My family and I went to this Yard House yesterday and had a wonderful experience. We usually go to the one in Riverside as it's closer but we were in the area and wanted to check out a new location. Our server Lennard was so polite and attentive. Thank you for a great dinning experience. The one thing that we didn't enjoy as much as the one we usually go to, was the poke nachos. It had way too much seaweed strips and not enough sauce but everything else was great. We always love the music they play. Great playlists. There's about 20 people at the host stand yet none of them can keep track of who's going to be seated next. We put our name in and were told 10 minutes wait time. When those ten minutes and then some passed we went up and asked how much time we'd have left and they said our name wasn't in the system so we'd have to wait a longer amount of time since it was starting to get busy and people didn't want to leave their tables. When the manager came to sort out the issue we told him that our name was given and the hostess immediately gets defensive and says our name was obviously not in the system (pulls the tablet around to show us) so we must not have given it to her. Why would we be waiting for 10+ minutes if we didn't give her our name? Our name somehow getting lost in the disorganized system has happened before - luckily during a lull, so we were seated quickly after the mistake - but this time it was really annoying. It was such a small issue and the manager was kind enough to take over and allow us to be seated next, but there was still a small wait and the way we were treated really turned us off. Needless to say we ended up eating somewhere else. They need to get way more organized during high traffic hours. Sucks because the food didn't disappoint the last time we ate here. read more

Game started people are getting into the game and I have the manager come up to me and tell me to be quiet. Came up to me only. I was excited for the game. But I was not obnoxious. But for me to be targeted brought my spirits down. What was reassuring were all the people around me getting so upset on what the manager did to me. I don't like chain restaurants. I loved this restaurant. An exciting oasis I escaped to not once, but twice, when I was stuck in Temecula with mom in the hospital. Great service. Fun atmosphere with great music for this Gen X brain, overall fun ambiance...and an absolutely fantastic ribeye perfectly cooked at an amazing price. Like I said. I came here twice.
