Ordered a pepperoni pizza which came out overdone. The top pepperoni looked old and crusty. Brussel sprouts were not trimmed- the stems were so long and literally dangerous on some of the pieces. And poke nachos had almost no poke. I debated sending it back, you could barely see the poke. I left 1/3 of the chips because they were just sauce. We did order wings which were good. Well, understood dining would take a minute to get a seat due to capacity. Came in after shift, still in my scrubs after long shift. Service was GREAT, all the way up to after I paid my check. Didn't see server tonight after she mentioned bathrooms closing at 11:15 (1030), my last contact with an employee was the one who brought my desert. Not even a thank you at the end, or have a nice night by person at the desk when I left. Ordered a Irish Trash Can, Sex on Beach, Clan Chowder, 8oz steak filet, and caramel cheese cake...btw a Negrani alcohol drink is 1oz Gin, 1oz Campari, and 1oz sweet vermouth... very popular drink around the world...server thought it was a beer. Not that it matters but for a $75 check, and still giving a $25 tip ($100 total)... you would think there would be some appreciation... likely won't come back here again and will likely share experience with my entire network. read more

Worst service in 6 yrs of coming here. New waitress...fine i can be patient. Wait 20 minutes for appetizers...is Friday okay wait 10 min to get silverware to eat our appetizers ridiculous and within minutes got our food. Hummmm then our waitress must of been getting off and threw a whole pay your bill bc i have to get off the floor or ill have a 5 minute violation...just say you want your tip money before you get off on a Friday night. Got my desert with no spoon after they had already cleared all our other plates had to wait 8 minutes while the ice cream melted...sad BUT worst was when I neededq refill on my soda and a container for my desert. I turned on the bat signal but I fail to see for 15 minutes that without a skylight Batman wasn't showing up so i stop the manager and it told him the bat signal wasn't working and it must be a tough night bc response "what can i get for you!" . I got my drink and my container but its a bad night for service in here. Must of had 15 employees walk by us but I guess no one new about the bat signal on the tablet that's labeled "call server" Maybe we can do a little better next time or are we just doing away woth customer service? read more

First time coming here and I don't think I'll be back. Our server was great with a sense of humor but other then that the experience was terrible. My fish was like super crispy and not in a good way, it seemed as if it was left in the fryer for too long! Staff is always so friendly, and are always willing to compensate for any hiccups. I eat here at least three to four times a month. Huge shout outs to manager Jenn and waiters Jeremiah, Keith and Darlene for the consistent amazing service. Food is always up to standard. My husband and I celebrated my birthday yesterday at the Temecula Yard House. Keith was our server and he was excellent. I order the blackened Ahi Sashimi. The presentation was great however, the Ahi was ice cold. I thought if the Ahi was seared, it would have been served hot or warm. I believe the Ahi was pre-cooked and packed. Not fresh. I was disappointed and requested something else. Our server apologized and took it off the check. Last night I went to eat with my girlfriend and when we got our food it was too oily and burnt. You could tell they don't change the oil and leave the food too long in the fryer. We actually thought he was joking but turns out he's just rude. My thoughts were correct when I read other reviews about him. I went there with my family for Mothers Day. The kids at the host desk lost our names so we waited awhile but the waitress we got made the whole experience better!!!! I wish I could remember name because she was amazing. She worked the right side of the restaurant and we were there around 6. Anyway. The food was amazing! Probably the best I have had there so far. I enjoy going to the Yard House for both the food, drinks and ease of accommodating a large group. Then at the end of the evening, the topper is the ease of splitting the bill with the group using the table top kiosk. My favorite, is the spicy jambalaya with pasta. We visited the mall on sunday and wanted a sit down place to eat. for it being a sunday, it wasn't super busy, we got a table right away. the host was extremely patient as we were trying to decide between a booth and a table and then eventually get the kids in the booth. the waitress was quick to get our drink order but she seemed a bit impatient when we were indecisive about food. maybe she was busy cause she took the kids orders and walked away. when she finally took our food order, it didn't take much longer for our food to come out, maybe 10-15 minutes. it seems like most of the menu is pretty spicy. i ordered tacos, and was hoping i had chosen non spicy ones (vampire and carne asada) but it seems like both were a bit spicy. my sister ordered the korean bbq philly, i let her know kimchi was going to be spicy... well the philly might as well have been a kimchi philly, there was barely any bbq. the kid portions were huge, they probably could have shared one plate. for three adults, a flight of beer, and two kids, $97 sounded a bit outrageous but oh well, first time going and it was within the mall grounds. read more

Been here a million times but never left a review... every time has been so consistently great! I've sat at the bar, tables, high tops, booths, with large parties, etc. and it's ALWAYS been amazing. The service and food are phenomenal. They were packed this evening for NYE so we lucked out finding bar seats. We were taken care of by Scorscha(I hope I got that right), Rob and Efrem. Each of them checked in on us multiple times throughout our visit. Our drinks never went empty. They're KILLIN it. Food has always come out so fast and I'm not afraid to try new items on the menu because ever time I have I've found a new favorite. Poke nachos, queso dip, sliders, vodka pasta, any burger, and the bbq chicken salad are my go-to's. Hawaiian mule and espresso martinis are my favorite. Great service, attentive and fast moving waiters and waitresses, always a pleasure having dinner or lunch at Yard House. Went their to celebrate my birthday with wife and kids, party of 5. Host EMILY told me the wait is about 15-25 minutes. Went to use the restroom, I noticed vacant tables that will fit 5 people, went to wait for about 15 minutes then received a text message that we are to be seated, while waiting to in the front to be lead to our table a party of 5, also with no reservation came in and was also assisted by EMILY, she grabbed the menus and she seated them right away. I used to LOVE Yard House. However this latest visit left a lot to be desired. First of all, our server rocked. She was patient and attentive the whole evening. However, the Back Of House was absolutely mediocre. The Kale Caesar we ordered had more iceberg lettuce than kale. The pizza tasted like something you'd get out of the frozen section of a grocery store. The burger was mediocre at best. All that said, the management was attentive and made sure things were fixed. I ordered a $15 burger. All I asked was that they leave the condiments off. Just a plain burger. No big deal, except for Yard House. They brought one with everything I asked be left off. They apologized, and said they would have the one I ordered right out. 20 minutes later, after everyone else had finished their meal, they finally brought another burger, which also had the condiments that I asked to be left off. By then everyone else was ready to go. So no lunch, Christmas shopping on an empty stomach. My advice, if you want a burger, stick with 5 Guys.
