We explained the mistake to our server, and they took it back to have it remade. Another 15 minutes or so later, we finally received the replacement meal. By that point, the other couple at our table was almost finished eating. Our server mentioned that he had only started working there the week before, so I don't want to put all of the blame on him. He was clearly still learning. However, this is also where I would expect the restaurant to step in when something goes wrong. What really bothered me was that when we received the bill, there was absolutely no acknowledgment of what had happened--no apology, no adjustment, nothing. Mistakes happen, and we weren't looking for a free dinner. But when a simple request is missed, your meal has to be remade, and you're left waiting while everyone else at the table is eating, a little acknowledgment from management would go a long way. Overall, the food and drinks were enjoyable. Unfortunately, the delays, the service issues, and the lack of any recognition of what happened took away from what could have been a much better experience.

People who need accessible seating should be able to use it without feeling like they are inconveniencing anyone. The bartender also seemed to need more training when it came to basic bar service and managing the space for customers. When my food was ready my to go drink was not made.. the guy who handed me the food said, I should let the bartender know. I replied if I order to go, the drink ticket has been sitting at the bar. The good thing is that only one person on your team has to run the app. There are prizes for the top teams. The trivia crowd is lively, competitive and always respectful. In addition to the trivia, I've had a chance to try some of their food offerings as well as their drinks. The Brussels sprouts and pretzel bites are a solid choice, especially when sharing with vegetarians. The wings were also really good, even without the sauce. The food itself just wasn't what I expected from all the hype. The burger buns were basic at best, the meat seemed undercooked, and the zucchini I paid extra for tasted rancid. I asked if I could switch them for fries, but after waiting again, I eventually just gave up. They did refund me for the zucchini, so I'll give them credit for that. Maybe I caught them on an off day, but unfortunately, based on my experience, I haven't had a reason to go back.
