We came here for brunch and were actually surprised it wasn't that busy. Usually there's a wait that can go over an hour, so we've sat at the bar before since it's first come first served. This time we were greeted and seated pretty quickly and decided to grab a booth, which was a nice change. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. For food, we tried the chilaquiles verdes with chicken and eggs. I usually order my eggs over medium, and they came out just right, which I appreciated. We also ordered the steak and eggs, which were solid, and the French toast. I have to say, the French toast is more on the dessert side. It's fluffy, buttery, and really good. Definitely something to share or go for if you're craving something sweet. The orange juice is freshly squeezed, and you can absolutely taste the difference. So refreshing and worth ordering. Overall, we really enjoyed our brunch here. It was a great experience from start to finish and definitely a spot I'd come back to. read more

My latest visit to The Cheesecake Factory was terrible. The service was so bad that we didn't even stay for dessert. Our waitress, Kelly, was friendly but seemed incredibly rushed--she even slammed a cold glass onto our table. Throughout our visit, our table was completely neglected. We had to repeatedly flag her down, and other servers noticed and had to come assist us. It made the entire ambiance feel frantic. To make matters worse, Kelly got my daughter's order wrong. Another waiter noticed the mistake and corrected it, but we had to wait an extra 15 minutes for the food, meaning we couldn't enjoy our meal at the same time. After waiting 20 minutes for our order initially, we finished our bread and butter and placed our plates at the end of the table for easy pickup. Kelly walked right by quickly and missed our cues the first and second time. By then, my daughter and I had had just about enough. When Kelly finally returned and asked if we wanted dessert, we told her no and asked for the check, a box, and a bag to go. We waited another 15 minutes. She brought the box but forgot the bag and quickly left. We had to flag her down again to ask for the bag. When she returned, one bag flew off the table; she picked it up, crumpled it, and abruptly grabbed my plate saying she would box it. I prefer to pack my own food, but she just walked off and returned with the bag. I paid the bill and left with my daughter. We usually look forward to seeing Andrew here, who always provides excellent, 5-star service that makes us want to stay for cheesecake. Today was the exact opposite. Please do better. read more

Strawberry Margarita- It was sweet and the strawberry flavor was strong. It does feel like there was barely any alcohol in it though. It was more like juice. Shepherds Pie- I barely touched this. I ordered two coffees on the door dash that said they were ready at 11:45, we walked across from T-mobile but when we got there it took an additional 12 minutes to even get the drinks. The barista girl said I had to go over to the bar to get the cold brew iced coffee myself, I said I'll wait. Then they had not made the caramel royale macchiato was ready but it wasn't. The coffees were both over $6 each and one of them wasn't even right. The service was slow, and the manager standing right by was aloof to what was happening. My wife had never been to The Cheesecake Factory before, so we decided to make it a date night. We ordered the Shrimp Scampi Pasta, Filet Mignon, and Avocado Egg Rolls. The avocado egg rolls were as good as I remembered and were easily the best part of the meal. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The Shrimp Scampi Pasta had almost no flavor. I had to add a lot of salt and pepper just to make it taste decent. The fried shrimp seemed like it had been fried twice, or maybe we were served an order that had been remade. It was oily, soggy, and definitely not crispy. The biggest letdown was the filet mignon. We always order our steaks medium rare, but this one came out overcooked. We mentioned it to our waitress, but after waiting so long for our food, we were too hungry to wait for another plate, so we decided to just eat it. A little later, our waitress came back and apologized. She told us the kitchen had accidentally given us the wrong order. At that point, we had already eaten most of the meal, so there wasn't much that could be done. Overall, this was a disappointing visit. Had lunch here 09/29/30. I was going there just to get cheesecake and decided to have lunch. It was after the lunch Rush and not very busy. We ordered the meatloaf with más potatoes and stringbeans. Tje meatloaf was really good. The stringbeans were hard and lacked flavor. We also ordered the parmignan encrusted chicken with garlic más potatoes and mac and cheese. It was good. We came here and ordered the Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Marsala, and the bowtie pasta. The food itself was pretty good overall. The Chicken Marsala had good flavor, and I liked the sauce: I actually wanted more of it. The Chicken Alfredo was decent, but they gave us boiled chicken mixed inside instead of the traditional grilled chicken placed on top, which was disappointing. It changed the texture and just didn't feel like the usual presentation. The bowtie pasta was kind of strange: it tasted like a bunch of random ingredients thrown together, with big chunks of garlic, peas, and tomatoes. It almost tasted like a weird carbonara mix. Not bad, just confusing. The biggest issue was the service. Our server honestly seemed like she didn't care about us at all. She never asked how our food was, didn't refill our water, and was barely around. We had to eat most of the meal without parmesan cheese because she didn't bring it until we literally had three bites left. When I wanted extra Chicken Marsala sauce, she was nowhere to be found: and we later found out she was on her break, which she never mentioned. It just felt very inattentive and unprofessional. The ambiance was typical Cheesecake Factory: busy, dim lighting, standard vibe. Nothing special but what you'd expect. Overall, I'm giving it 3 stars because the food was solid, but the service really brought the experience down. This might only be my second or third time at this CF location, but I have to say the food, quality and service or excellent as well as the comfortable seating. Our server was especially helpful and attentive and to a great job of taking care of us even correcting a minor omission on one of our menu items. Quality and consistency are what one comes to CF for as well as the huge variety on the menu as it still baffles me how they are able to make so many different menu items and do such a good job with them. It truly isamazing. What those chefs do back there in the kitchen. Took a while to be greeted by waitress after being sat, but once ordered--food came quickly from kitchen. The beet and avocado was amazing--fresh and unique flavor with a sweet yogurt dressing. Of course, with the vast menu, they gave us ample time to decide and it was quite difficult. The jambalaya and kimchi fried rice caught our attention. The kids, of course, went for a typical Butter pasta and grilled cheese. The kimchi fried rice...was not kimchi fried rice. If anything, it was an Americanized version or perhaps bibimbap is a better descriptor. The rice, grilled pork, kimchi and eggs were separated and required mixing. It wasn't bad...just not what was promised. The jambalaya was a bit too sweet for my liking. We also ordered the Basil tomato pasta which my daughter wolfed down. And of course, the cheesecake. We ended up ordering the salted caramel cheesecake and an apple crumble. Both overly sweet with loaded calories. Honestly, I think I prefer CPK over The Cheesecake Factory. Im sure by now everyone knows this establishment. This location is big and beautiful. The bar area is gorgeous. Our food was delicious I got Mexican, my mom got the salmon and my partner got the steak . The menu can be overwhelming and make it harder to choose just one thing! Nonetheless, the food, drinks were great. The hostess were super friendly. Our waiter was rushing the entire time. I would say the wait staff needs to slow down and make sure they are not skipping over the customer service part. Our waiter barely asked if we needed anything, I kept having to find and ask him. Made a reservation for 3:30 on NYE since all the later spots were taken fast! The traffic was really bad and we ended up arriving at 3:45 and they were still able to seat us fortunately. My son had the steak Diane and the medallions were so tender, he said better than others that he's had.
