Arrived and was ready to eat. We were seated fairly quickly which was good. Didn't have to wait long for our waitress to greet us and take our beverage order. We just started with waters. My daughter then ordered a Pink Dragon for her cocktail. When it made it to the table, it looked as though it had been sipped on with the amount that was missing (picture attached). There was a game on so it was a little noisy, but not too bad. I ordered chicken nachos and she ordered the jambalaya. The chef was really Scheffing that day because the food was great. We did ask for the manager because the drink was not full in the glass and she said everything is measured but took the drink away and went and watched the bartender make the drink, and when she returned, there was a full glass with a new drink Way to go manager! all in all it was a good visit and will definitely come back again. read more

The service is amazing, they always make sure you are taken care of. The food is good, if you have a complaint they handle it right away. Yardhouse used to be a bit classier a few years ago. They have really went down. The food was horrible. I had fish and chips. When you start messing up the simple fish n chips you're going down. The batter was waaayyyyy too thick yet the inside wasn't cooked. The chips on my daughters nachos was just shy of being burnt. The hostess changed on us claiming she was leaving yet she was still there servicing other tables until we left. The server that took over was no help at all. Every time we needed something he told someone else to get it for us. Then would put up these stupid thumbs up like he did great or something. It felt as if they really didn't want to be of service to us. What has being a server turned in to? Then I noticed trash and a black napkin on the floor that everyone was walking past and not bothering to pick up. I was actually over the joint at that point. They have really went down. You can never go wrong with Yardhouse. They have a ton of beers to choose from, the service is always good and you can sit at the bar and enjoy the game. We've been to Yard House more than a dozen times and are always very pleased. Last night we arrived with 30min before closing and despite not having a few items for our entrees (ie. Mashed potatoes for my Rib-eye or rice for the Spicy jambalaya) the substitutes offered were perfect! Not pictured are the chicken lettuce wraps we had as an appetizer which was super satisfying and full of flavor. Our waitress was friendly, and checked in often which was appreciated. Yard House is one of our go-to late night eats when we don't want fast-food. The service here was great - from the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted and sat in a timely manner. Our server was really sweet and was attentive. It was a normal, loud & busy environment as usual. Lots of large parties. The food really lacked at this location. It was soooo salty. The only thing that wasn't salty here was the ketchup and water. We didn't order soda or soft drinks. We started with the poke nachos - drenched in sauce and Serranos. If they gave us as much poke as they did Serranos, that would have been great. The sliders were dry and they gave us a light basket of fried. Very bland. Just salty, however we did ask for no special sauce. The ahi salad was also salty. You really can't go wrong with their Happy Hour specials available Mon-Fri from 3 to 6, and we ordered the following: Poke Nachos- 5/5. This is apparently a popular food item and I'm not surprised. You get a serving good for 2 people (maybe 3). I loved the crispy wonton skins and the ginger soy sauce. Great balance of flavors and textures and I would without a doubt order again. Crispy Brussel Sprouts 5/5- I love brussel sprouts and the sweet and spicy flavors of this dish brought my tastebuds tremendous happiness. Another MUST order! Fried Cheese Curds 3/5- a generous portion of what seemed to be fried mozzarella pieces with dipping sauce. It wasn't as crispy as I had hoped and it was just ok. Save your calories for a different dish. Bbq Chicken Pizza 3/5- I don't mind thin crust pizzas, but this was to a point of soggy, making it difficult to hold and eat with your hand. Definitely requires knife and fork for fear of the toppings falling off. Food wasn't bad, but what is up with it smelling like an uncleaned Port-A-Potty outside? We were from out of town and made a reservation for 6 online, and was told it was about a 30-45 minute wait. We waited about 10-15 minutes before heading out to YH, and when we arrived there were still 6-7 people ahead of us. But because most were for a party of 2 we figured.it wouldn't be long and waited out. But then we noticed the awful small right outside of the restaurant where the benches were. Not sure if this was just an issue on this night or if it's a common issue, but we contemplated actually leaving. Eventually our table was ready and we were seated. Our waitress was really nice and took our drinks and appetizer orders quickly. Once ready our main meals were arrived as well and everything looked good, but my son's pizza seemed to be served slightly cold. Because as he went to remove a slice, all of the cheese was firmly stuck together and came off all at once. Leaving the rest of his pizza to just be bread and sauce. Came back home to Riverside this weekend, and my family and I decided to give this classic restaurant a chance. Food definitely did not disappoint especially their appetizers and their cheaply priced cocktails and drinks. I personally got the Ahi Tuna crusted with EVERYTHING seasoning sandwich, and although it was yummy it was definitely on the saltier side because of the overload of sauces mixed with the heavily seasoned tuna. Fish and Chips my brother ordered was crazy large, and moreeee than worth the price with the portion alone. However, he did mention the coleslaw was lacking in flavor but the batter on fish was perfect. Big sister's lobster garlic noodles were yummy, but definitely over-priced because of the lobster and is not worth it in my opinion. Appetizers of chicken nachos and calamari were delectable, and honestly would make me recommend this place as a spot for sharing an app with friends and drinking some not too badly priced drinks for a good time. My family took me out to Yardhouse in Riverside Oct. 4th, a place we frequent often. I ordered the salmon entree with mash potatoes and broccoli. This used to be my favorite dish there. However, I noticed the last few times that the mash potatoes are not fresh and likely powdered and very dry. The broccoli item was so tough you needed a chainsaw to cut throughout them! This is not a one off experience. I will no longer order this menu item. I had a family taste test the mash potatoes without expressing an opinion and confirmed my suspicions. We went back to Yardhouse once again for dinner this past Friday night and everything was wonderful, chef's kiss! Truth be told, we will always visit Yardhouse in Riverside because it's just too much of a fun and lively place to hang out and enjoy to not visit! We are not giving up our Yardhouse visits ever!! So we waited about an hour on a Friday night but it paid off because we got to sit in our favorite server's section! He was so wonderful and made sure to keep us entertained with the food, conversations, and the drinks! We had a blast! We were there for over 3 hours and didn't even realize we had been there that long, the time went by so fast! Food and drinks were exquisite!! All the televisions at Yardhouse had various sports channels which got my husband fired up lol! He and our server know about sports so they were talking about football and basketball, baseball, etc! We had a lot of fun! The customers at the tables were all celebrating when their favorite sports teams were winning! After having a long week at work, this visit was so needed. It was a great night!!!! We are regulars at Yardhouse and go about twice a month. It really is worth the wait. I was so torn between 3 and 4 stars. I decided to do 3 stars for my overall experience. Our server was great! She was really nice and attentive. 5/5 service. We started off with ahi tuna nachos which were great. They came out quickly. We put in sesame crusted ahi tuna and the glazed salmon entrees. My fiancé really enjoyed his glazed salmon entree. He rated it 4/5, his veggies were not cooked long enough. I always enjoy the sesame crusted ahi tuna. Today my ahi tuna's vegetables were a bit hard and undercooked making it difficult to eat, just like my fiancé's dish. The ahi tuna also does come with quite a small portion of rice, so I ordered extra rice. The extra rice was very hard and undercooked as well. The tuna itself was 5/5, but I'd give the sides 3/5. I ended up giving 3/5 stars because the bathroom hygiene was not on point. The soap dispensers were out, trash overflowing, the seat covers and toilet paper all over the stalls. It was kind of insane. Overall would I return? Probably for the food, hopefully it's better next time! read more

We ordered poke nacho and that was low quantity and quality compared to previous times we have been there. I can understand upping the prices to keep up with the quality and quantity but don't give less for the price. I rather pay more for quality and quantity. Alcohol drinks were ok.
