We came here during the time where certain appetizers are 1/2 off and what a great deal! Me and my friend were able to get a couple of apps to share. I decided to get a Moscow mule and it was so good! My friend got a watermelon margarita and she enjoyed her drink too! Our waitress was kind and attentive! We decided to get the poke nachos, mushroom pizza and wings! I also got wings and fries to go! They do charge full price if you take any food to go and that is understandable! It was also busy inside and I bet because this is such a great deal! There are many tables and booths! This place is great for large groups!
We went there with the whole fam, got a table for 12 and we're seated within 20 minutes. The waiter was nice and helpful, but there was some confusion when placing the orders. After finding a solution we all ordered what we wanted and waited. When our food got here, the accidently brought double orders, and it was a little mess for a bit trying to figure it out. But again we figured it out after a few minutes. It seems that this time a big party of 12 was tough to handle for the waiters. But the reason I give it a 4 stars is because they forgot the order of one of the family members. We all got our food, we all ate and he was still waiting for his order. The manager noticed it and said the order had gotten lost that it would be out shortly. Maybe an hour after we all ordered he got his food. The manager did say it was on the house due to the inconvenience. If it wasn't for the manager stepping in and placing the order on the house I would have given it a 3 star. So good in you management, fixed the issue. I would recommend this location, for smaller parties, as my first experience with a mid size party was a bit, tidious.
Visited Yard House with my family for Mother's Day. I ordered the Shiitake garlic noodles and Hummus. The noodles had a lot of garlic and mushrooms and were perfect for my tastes. The pita bread for the hummus was delicious, but the hummus itself was too salty for this dish. The salsa matcha was a nice touch on top. Zak provided excellent and attentive service throughout our visit. One main issue was the cleanliness of our table. When we got seated, there were someone else's crumbs on the table, all of our cloth napkins looked like they had lint and crumbs all over them, and the wall had a bunch of stains, and dried water spots running down. It just felt really grimy so next time, we would pick a different establishment to celebrate mom.
This spot has been around for years. It's always busy but we usually don't have to wait long to get seated. The service is usually pretty good, but this time it wasn't. The server seemed distracted so maybe he was just having a bad day. We ordered a coke, a beer, a mixed drink, and the spinachdip appetizerto start. The server never offered to refill the coke, and the beer took forever to get, then ended up being the wrong one. The mixed drink was good. They're all usually tasty with a nice variety to choose from. The spinach dip took forever to come out as well, but it'spretty good. The food is ok overall. Nothing really spectacular to speak of. I think our favorite thing about this place is that they play old school music videos on the dining room TVs. They have an outside patio, too, but it's pretty small and usually empty. But they're open late, so in a pinch, it'll do!
My review..My opinion..IJS.. Had to go back one more time!! My husband loves the garlic noodles.. My pork chop and mashed potatoes was good. Seasoning was on point. Mash needed some kind of sauce.. I've learned to order items that have to be cooked right then. The pizza was fresh & cheesy, the spinach dip was delicious!! Just a girl that loves real food!!!! My review..My opinion.. IJS
Comfortable place for lunch. We were seated right away and had a great lunch. I ordered the Thai pork chop which came with much beautiful vegetables, there was a sweet spicy sauce to complement the plate. The pork chop was cooked a bit too well done for my taste, but it had very nice presentation with golden outer which allured me to forget about the dryness from inside. My daughter ordered her favorite pepperoni pizza. It was sufficient for two people- so we took left overs from both orders.

Came in for lunch and, surprisingly, it wasn't too busy. I have to say this was the best Yard House experience I've ever had, and we're big Yard House fans. From the West Coast to New York City, we've tried many locations, but this one had the best food by far. The chicken nachos ended up being the highlight of the meal. I had the poke stack (which I thought had been taken off the menu but so happy to see back), and it was AMAZING. It could use some wontons or tortilla chips on the side, but the flavor was spot-on. My husband's chicken sandwich was great as well. The fries were less memorable, but everything else truly exceeded expectations. Our waitress was kind and overall it was a great experience and I will be back!
Me and my friend decided to stop by Yardhouse on Thursday for a good ol' Happy Hour. I think Yardhouse actually has a legitimate and pretty diverse happy hour where cocktails and wines are discounted AND a good set of appetizers are half off. In this economy...I need it. I ended up ordering one of their mocktails (Hibiscus Mule) and I wanted to add alcohol to it and they were very accommodating. For food I ordered the Poke Nachos which I get all the time because it's soooo good and the portion is perfect. Mini hack: get all the sauces on the side so you can add as much or as little as you want. I also ordered the boneless chicken wings because again...half off. You can get two flavors and I opted for Black Pepper Whiskey and Korean Chili Garlic. There's plenty of space at the bar to catch the game or if you're like me, catch up with your girlfriend and spill all the tea. It's a typical spacious American restaurant with great happy hour prices.
Always a good time at Yard House. We love coming here during happy hour and even though it's crowded the staff is friendly and will do their best to get you seated right away. Today we ordered the calamari (too much breading), poke nacho (very delicious and spicy), and lettuce wrap (contains chicken and tofu totally yum). Overall good time. Took forever to get our drinks and napkins but it finally came. Indoor ambiance is lively and has lots of tv monitors for viewing.
I can't recall having a wack experience at any Yard House whether it's Riverside, LB, Burbank or LA. Ken was our waitress and did a fine job with the orders. She was attentive and ensured our glasses were full. This was my first time having a burger, so I ordered the Whiskey & Aged White Cheddar. It came with "proprietary U.S.D.A. prime blend, whiskey glaze, aged white cheddar, crimini mushrooms, horseradish aioli. with house fries." I was craving mushrooms, so this was an excellent choice.
Came here on a Friday evening during happy hour and it was packed by 4:30pm. The check-in system was convenient--they text a link so you can track your spot in line, and we were seated in about 25 minutes as estimated. It was nice not having to wait inside since they text when your table is ready. Happy hour had some great deals. My friend ordered her go-to, the Everything Crusted Ahi Tuna Sandwich with fries ($19.49), which she rated a 9/10. She also tried the cheese curds appetizer ($6.75 HH) and thought they were just okay (6/10). I ordered the fried calamari ($7.75 HH) and the classic sliders with fries ($7.75 HH). Both were good but not standout, about a 7/10. My friend also enjoyed the Orange Yardsicle Martini which was $11.49 (8/10). Service was excellent--our server was friendly, attentive, and the food arrived quickly. The atmosphere is lively, with music and TVs, making it a fun spot for groups, though not ideal for a quiet conversation. Overall, good food, great service, and a fun vibe. Be prepared for a wait, but I'll definitely be back!
The atmosphere was cute and comfortable. Me and my friend went here after a comedy show. The food however was too salty, we got the tacos and it was a bit hard to eat. The rice and beans were good though. The pizza also had a disproportionate amount of chicken on it, but it did taste good. The calamari was amazing. Overall the food was okay, maybe other items would have been better. The service was great though, they were quick and friendly.

This is always our go to happy hour spot ! It's always super busy during this time, BUT regardless we have always had excellent service and the food is always fresh ! The bar area is perfect for any sport games they have multiple tvs with different choices to choose from. And the playlist of music is always a vibe ! read more

Food was amazing as always, beers were perfect, but the reason I'm leaving the review tonight is because of the amazing service we had from Vinny. My girl and I had a long day and all we wanted to do is have some drinks and a Cali roll stack. I know we showed up late (12am) and they were about to have the last call, might have felt rushed by the person who greeted us at the door but we knew we were coming in late we just wanted a quick beer and an appetizer. Vinny however made us feel at ease and didn't rush us. This is the first time we visit this yard house and will most definitely visit more often (much earlier next time) another gentleman also helped us out and he was also very friendly. I wish more staff was like this at other places (btw the shot you recommended was perfection I believe it was called paradise) so thank you for making our day that much better! We went on a late Saturday night expecting a long wait, but we were pleasantly surprised that we only waiting about 15 minutes. The hostess and waiters were all kind and helpful, our servers were patient and even during a shift change there were very informative and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, my poke salad was fresh and not only did it look good but it tasted better. My drink was the watermelon margarita and it was so good. The calamari was actually so crispy. We are were so happy with our selections. Thank you for a great late night dinner we will definitely be back. read more

I love yard house, it's one of my favorite happy hour spots to come to. I always get the poke nachos. My favorite beers are the stupid silly sour and the red trolley and they almost always have it on tap. We came to eat and watch the 49er game and I appreciate the staff for getting us situated in a good spot to watch the game. Big shoutout to our server Jonah for getting us a booth when it opened up to make us more comfortable. Jonah was an amazing server, very kind and very willing to accommodate us. We've been to Yard House more than a dozen times and are always very pleased. Last night we arrived with 30min before closing and despite not having a few items for our entrees (ie. Mashed potatoes for my Rib-eye or rice for the Spicy jambalaya) the substitutes offered were perfect! Not pictured are the chicken lettuce wraps we had as an appetizer which was super satisfying and full of flavor. Our waitress was friendly, and checked in often which was appreciated. Yard House is one of our go-to late night eats when we don't want fast-food. It's conveniently located in the Tyler galleria shopping center below the AMC theater and is always poppin with a lively upbeat atmosphere. read more

AMAZING POKE NACHOS, first time and my brain exploded bc at one point I do get tired of a sushi taste but this was a new taste with every bite AND of course it was happy hour so we got the most bank for our buck read more
Arrived and was ready to eat. We were seated fairly quickly which was good. Didn't have to wait long for our waitress to greet us and take our beverage order. We just started with waters. My daughter then ordered a Pink Dragon for her cocktail. When it made it to the table, it looked as though it had been sipped on with the amount that was missing (picture attached). There was a game on so it was a little noisy, but not too bad. I ordered chicken nachos and she ordered the jambalaya. The chef was really Scheffing that day because the food was great. We did ask for the manager because the drink was not full in the glass and she said everything is measured but took the drink away and went and watched the bartender make the drink, and when she returned, there was a full glass with a new drink Way to go manager! all in all it was a good visit and will definitely come back again. read more

Yard house serves the BEST happy hour deal ever with poke nachos, pizza and spinach dip! I usually go around this time to get these items because it's 50% off! Poke nachos: great, good portion! Fish can be a hit or miss depending on the day u go but the sauces made up for it (4/5) Pizza: always great, they have such good selection and the pizza was big! (5/5) Spinach dip: bruh this one got NO COMPLAINTS. BEST THING EVER EXISTED! (10/10) Service: could be a little better since we had to ask for refill on water a lot but they were really nice either way! read more
Out with friends and family decided to check out the Yard House in Riverside off Tyler Street. The Restaurant was busy during the weekend this past holiday with lots of Christmas celebrations. We were seated after a short wait and our waiter made our evening more enjoyable. We decided on Fish and chips and it was delicious plus the portions were more than enough making The Yard House a good choice. Fantastic service and food! We came here for Happy Hour on 2/13 and loved the fast, friendly and efficient service. Stacy was our server who quickly took our drink and food orders. You really can't go wrong with their Happy Hour specials available Mon-Fri from 3 to 6, and we ordered the following: Poke Nachos- 5/5. This is apparently a popular food item and I'm not surprised. You get a serving good for 2 people (maybe 3). I loved the crispy wonton skins and the ginger soy sauce. Great balance of flavors and textures and I would without a doubt order again. Crispy Brussel Sprouts 5/5- I love brussel sprouts and the sweet and spicy flavors of this dish brought my tastebuds tremendous happiness. Another MUST order! Fried Cheese Curds 3/5- a generous portion of what seemed to be fried mozzarella pieces with dipping sauce. It wasn't as crispy as I had hoped and it was just ok. Save your calories for a different dish. Bbq Chicken Pizza 3/5- I don't mind thin crust pizzas, but this was to a point of soggy, making it difficult to hold and eat with your hand. Definitely requires knife and fork for fear of the toppings falling off. Oreo Brookie 5/5- super delicious dessert made with cookie dough Brownie and topped with Vanilla ice cream, Whipped cream and a drizzling caramel sauce. Everything we tasted was good. My poke salad could of used a bit more dressing (like it need it more acidity). The lobster garlic noodles were great! Our server was awesome and even though busy, kept checking on is. As usual, place is pretty loud and happy. read more
Food wasn't bad, but what is up with it smelling like an uncleaned Port-A-Potty outside? We were from out of town and made a reservation for 6 online, and was told it was about a 30-45 minute wait. We waited about 10-15 minutes before heading out to YH, and when we arrived there were still 6-7 people ahead of us. But because most were for a party of 2 we figured.it wouldn't be long and waited out. But then we noticed the awful small right outside of the restaurant where the benches were. Not sure if this was just an issue on this night or if it's a common issue, but we contemplated actually leaving. Eventually our table was ready and we were seated. Our waitress was really nice and took our drinks and appetizer orders quickly. Once ready our main meals were arrived as well and everything looked good, but my son's pizza seemed to be served slightly cold. Because as he went to remove a slice, all of the cheese was firmly stuck together and came off all at once. Leaving the rest of his pizza to just be bread and sauce. We told him to just order something else with our waitress apologized for, and took a new order for him which we appreciated and thanked her for. The pizza that was taken back was also removed from our bill. read more

You can never go wrong with Yardhouse. They have a ton of beers to choose from, the service is always good and you can sit at the bar and enjoy the game. I always get the same thing, I guess if you find some you like you stick with it. If you don't know what to get then try the Lobster Garlic Noodles. You won't be disappointed. read more

Our server, Stephanie B. Was great. She made a slight suggestion, I took her advice and I'm glad I did. The food was top-notch, not overcooked, not undercooked, and the taste was on the money. The service here was great - from the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted and sat in a timely manner. Our server was really sweet and was attentive. It was a normal, loud & busy environment as usual. Lots of large parties. The food really lacked at this location. It was soooo salty. The only thing that wasn't salty here was the ketchup and water. We didn't order soda or soft drinks. We started with the poke nachos - drenched in sauce and Serranos. If they gave us as much poke as they did Serranos, that would have been great. The sliders were dry and they gave us a light basket of fried. Very bland. Just salty, however we did ask for no special sauce. The ahi salad was also salty. We tried to minimize it and cut the vinaigrette with citrus but so disappointing. read more

I've been ordering this meal about once a week because it's usually my favorite, the grilled cheese and tomato bisque, is normally so cheesy, flavorful, and comforting. But the last two or three times, it's been disappointing. The sandwich only had one slice of cheese and no tomatoes inside. It felt more like two dry slices of toast pressed together than the warm, melty sandwich I've come to love. I did call to let them know, and while the manager was polite and said he'd send a credit and speak to the team, I haven't received anything yet. even the soup portions felt smaller than usual. I really hope the quality goes back to what it used to be. read more

Came back home to Riverside this weekend, and my family and I decided to give this classic restaurant a chance. Food definitely did not disappoint especially their appetizers and their cheaply priced cocktails and drinks. I personally got the Ahi Tuna crusted with EVERYTHING seasoning sandwich, and although it was yummy it was definitely on the saltier side because of the overload of sauces mixed with the heavily seasoned tuna. Fish and Chips my brother ordered was crazy large, and moreeee than worth the price with the portion alone. However, he did mention the coleslaw was lacking in flavor but the batter on fish was perfect. Big sister's lobster garlic noodles were yummy, but definitely over-priced because of the lobster and is not worth it in my opinion. Appetizers of chicken nachos and calamari were delectable, and honestly would make me recommend this place as a spot for sharing an app with friends and drinking some not too badly priced drinks for a good time. Interior is family friendly and friends friendly, and waiters were nice and checking up on us a decent amount. read more
