The no stars is for the floor table's service and the restroom. If the bar and the service at the bar was just the restaurant alone, then it would earn the 5 stars. Hannah and another man there were helpful. The bar is WAY BETTER THAN THE REGULAR FLOOR TABLES. We finally got seated after waiting an hour and 20 ish mins for 4 people. Unfortunately it was the opposite than good. After getting seated we waited a good minute just to order water. We finally order food and we waited an additional hour and 30 mins. We ended up telling the waitress to just pack it up to go. She didn't even come to our table to ask if we need anything. We felt neglected to be honest. Vanessa was her name If you wanted the specifics. FINALLY THE RESTROOM. There was no soap and the stalls were so gross and unsanitary. There was what looked like pee on the floor. It honestly made me feel so gross after using it. I just feel like the restrooms should get a little more attention considering Covid and a lot of people use them. Hopefully this helps! Came here for the first time after a recommendation from my classmate. We arrive 30 minutes before happy hour was over and managed to get a full round of appetizers and two drinks and so I think it's safe to say our server was awesome and very attentive! This is definitely more of a sports bar which is not what I was expecting, dim lighting, full bar, and TVs all over the place to enjoy the game. Appetizers are half off during happy hour and you also get two dollars off cocktails. We received our food in less than 15 minutes after ordering and everything was delicious! My friend was a little bummed that they change the sauce for the fried mac & cheese without notice, but other than that everyone was satisfied with their meal. Your typical yard house. Monday night football. I thought it would be pack and when we got there, it was. So I thought the wait would be a nice 45+ mins. However within 10'mins they had a booth set up for us. We thought we had passed happy hour since we went in at 7pm. But in the end, they gave us happy hour on our drinks. Always check wth your waiter/waitress. they were nice and really on top of things except giving us our box, but she was also super busy at that time, so it made sense. Yard house is a good American food for appetizers, and good beers. A hang out spot for friends and families. We got the poke nachos, chicken nachos, a burger and kids pizza for 6 people. My husband and father in law got a yard house beer which is good instead of getting like 2-3 beers. The waitress only came one time which wasn't a big deal. read more

I'm disappointed with the quality of the Poke nachos I had and the booth we waited to be seated at. The table was left dirty so I just used my napkin to clean it up but it was sticky, not good. Our sever was great! I am sorry that I can't remember her name because she was on point and absolutely made up for all of the above shortcomings. She brought refills before we had finished, offered oranges for my unsweetened tea it was fantastic! The poke nachos have always been the standout go to but something has happened and its bad! Well I can't say I was entirely pleased about the two food items I tried from their menu. I had their chicken nachos and the spinach dip. The chicken nachos were nothing special, some tortilla chips were stale and hard. The chicken was tasteless by itself. The guacamole in the center was also tasteless and bland. The spinach dip was a little better but wasn't anything special either. It was a little salty for my personal preference. I've had other food items in the past that were quite good, so I can't say it's bad, just gotta try different items put and see which ones you enjoy. I did order a Modelo cerveza and that was quite good! It was quite busy, usual on a Saturday night, but we were able to find two spots at the bar, no problem. Placed an online order for pick up and the order was to be ready for pick up in 30 minutes. When I arrived 5 mins early it was busy, they had 5-6 young ladies all standing in the front. I immediately stood to the side and waited for my order. I was never greeted, but that was okay just waited for my order. 15 mins past pick up time so I asked one of the young ladies, she said she would check on order, 5 mins later she came back and said a manager would be out. 10 mins later manager came out and apologized for the wait, and said they were busy. She went on and on with her apology and I stopped and said I would like to go now. I could tell she was offended and said I was just trying to apologize. My experience at the Yard House was from the perspective of sitting at the bar. I chose specifically to sit at the end since it was just me, knowing employees walk by and see me a lot so I would hopefully get fast and easy service. My theory was definitely off. Although I saw just about every employee, the first girl who helped me never came back to check on me ever again despite making eye contact with her on several occasions. I don't think she was a full fledge bartender, but it would be cool if she took the initiative to see if someone helped me. Finally a guy came up and asked if I've been helped and I hadn't besides my drink, so he continued to take my order. He was super friendly and relatively quick, but I had been sitting so long already and had plans to shop at the mall for a couple hours and it was cutting into that. I had a half salad and half club sandwich off the lunch menu, which was pretty good and reasonably priced for Yard House. I scarfed down my meal to make up for lost time and went on my way. We came to celebrate my cousin's (from Mexico) 21st birthday at yard house and waited about 60 minutes to be seated. She had ordered a drink and because her ID is Mexican the manager had to verify it. The manger was a white male and refused to give her the drink because she didn't have a passport. My cousin showed him her ID and driver license and he said it wasn't enough, he said he needed at least a credit card that matched with her ID. It doesn't make sense because the majority of credit cards in Mexico don't even have their names on them?!? We texted a family member to send a picture of her visa and passport so that she could order her drink and we called him over again. He said that it had to be physical in order to work and didn't even try to look at it, he could've mentioned he was going to need it in person. My family and I spontaneously dined at the Riverside YardHouse this evening, and I must say I was beyond impressed!! First of all,, THANK YOU for bringing back the spinach cheese dip.. This is and always has been my favorite menu item! Secondly, our server, Cami, was over the top awesome. She made honest recommendations, knew the menu like a breeze, (as well as beers) and made GREAT conversation with us. She was genuinely interested in us, and it showed. Everything about this experience made it totally worth the trip, and I will be back. I love Yard House. Not many restaurants can have so much selection and do each one well! I came to this specific location on Halloween expecting a long wait at 8:30 pm but to my surprise it was only 10 minutes of a wait. I was there in a party of four and we all decided to eat and drink off the happy hour menu. Pork Lumpia, Fried Mac & Cheese, Pizza, Gardein chicken tenders Korean style were among some of our choices. Mac and Cheese we were told was sold out (which is understandable being that late in the day) but the rest were all tasty and well prepared. Mules and Beers that we ordered were tasty and refreshing. Went there yesterday. All I can say is never go here if it's hot outside! I wish I had seen the other review about the ac not working. It literally had to be 90 degrees inside. My whole party was sweating and made it uncomfortable to even enjoy our food. Everyone in the place were using menus and other papers as fans to try and cool off. Food was ok nothing OMG you need to try this. Service was good just feel really bad for the staff considering they're working in this heat indoors. From what a server told us this has been an issue for years but Yard house has never fixed it. Maybe they are trying to save money the ac bill but ridiculous that this is an issue for this type of restaurant chain. Went here for a quick brunch with my family after a 6 hour roadtrip. Our server was unenthusiastic and we felt she had an attitude. We also felt she was lowkey racist because she only gave us chopsticks (we didnt ask for them either). Was lucky to find an empty space at the bar last night so we enjoyed dinner and drinks without an hour wait! We started with the poke nachos and they were delicious! We ate every bite! I asked for a cucumber margarita (although it was not on the menu) and our server was quick to accommodate the request and it was fantastic! She made a killer cucumber margarita! I ended up having two more after that! For dinner I had the lobster garlic noodles and again a great dish I ate every bit of it! Always good to support your local businesses and Yard House is one of them. No matter what people say, I like Yard House because I have plenty of Veggie Options. The overall food is decent and the price is good too. One thing that I have to tell you guys is their customer service. Their CS is ONE OF THE BEST SERVICE in the Restaurant Industry. They have very friendly staff and say if do get someone who is not really friendly, and you complaint, they will bend over backwards for your best customer service experience. I live in Riverside and this is one of the closest branch. I always order their Gardein Orange Chicken with Fried Rice and its awesome. Make sure to tell them extra crispy and extra spicy, trust me you won't regret it. And if you ever order it that way and if you like it, make sure to message me. The deserts are very nice and I mean the overall food is very good. Their alcohol selection is one of the best as it has over 50 beers on tap. I'm at Yard House for another birthday event and it's been an hour without food. We have a small party of 6 and the restaurant isn't busy. The middle sections are completely empty on both sides of the bar. Our waiter is very nice and continues to come to our table and let us know that the food is coming soon, but it's nowhere to be seen. I ordered a strawberry mojito and it's way too sugary, I taste no Perrier or Bacardi. The waiter asked if our drinks were okay and I didn't bother getting it remade; it's just not worth it. Update, after an hour and 10 minutes, we got our food. Unfortunately, there were no utensils at our table.
