We thought that was great. Turns out, the locksmith works for another company. He did not install the deadbolts properly, he did not install strike plates. When we noticed and called back, this original company did not take responsibility because the locksmith does not work for them directly and the locksmith is asking for more money to install the strike plates (which should be standard). Save yourself the headache and hire a more reputable company.

The first thing of note was how good Patrick's quote was when he sent it to me. His pricing was fair, and his detail and thorough approach to making a proposal were top notch. If, like me, you are providing the cameras or NVR, he helps you understand where your part ends and his begins. They argued that there was a 3 days cancellation policy; this 3 months after my 3 year contract has ended. I have to yell for them to promise a refund for only 1 month. I am holding my breath. If this goes on, I will take them to court.
