I have not been getting the proper service and a technician has visited twice with no improvement on WIFI. It keeps disconnecting or it freezes. I called to discount my service as of March 13th but was told my service will not be disconnected until the next billing cycle which is April 4. I have never any such thing. I was surprised to see that they charge my account for the bill not is not yet due until March 27th only because I just signed up for auto pay when I made my February payment. I was not forewarned. It is exhausting dealing with this terrible company. The biggest regret of my life. BE WARNED !!!! Please don't do business with this company. The package seems attractive but a total failure and a waste of time. Extremely disappointing!!!!

I have been a loyal Dish Network customer for over 11 years, but I am deeply disappointed with the…read moreway my account has been handled since my decision to cancel service. Due to continued price increases, I chose to terminate my service in November and called to cancel. The representative I spoke with assured me that my service would be discontinued and that I would receive a prepaid return box for the Hopper equipment. After this call, I logged into my account and made what I believed to be my final payment. However, unbeknownst to me, Dish Network reinstated my service without my authorization and continued to bill me. Since I had already moved on to streaming services and was no longer using Dish, I had no reason to suspect that I was still being charged. When the return box never arrived, I called customer service again, only to discover that my account had been reactivated. I was then wrongfully informed that I had agreed to renew my contract, and when I disputed this, the representative placed me on hold to check with another department. Upon returning, I was told there was no evidence of my authorization for renewal--which confirms that my account should have been canceled as initially requested. To add insult to injury, despite finally being able to return the equipment, Dish Network has added a non-return equipment charge to my account. I am now being forced to pay for two months of unwanted service and an unjustified fee, making this situation feel like outright extortion. Consumers be very careful

I complained and expected the worst, but it was literally the easiest experience ever. This nice install rep (hi Chris!) came perfectly on time and did the entire setup for us in a few minutes - he was very pleasant and funny. I had no idea what this new cable was, so he spent time explaining and showing us a few pointers to make sure we understood the software. It's like a no contract, no fee, amazing cable company that has even higher quality imaging. Plus virtually unlimited DVR space (Hello binge watching!) Oh and it's less expensive than what I'm paying for UGHHHHH. The Damage: I believe the price is different depending where you are, so worth calling to see. The basic plan channels are excellent! everything for what I was paying extra with Direct TV here is on the basic plan. Absolutely love it!! Customer service is great, polite and knowledgeable. The people that comes to do the installation are very professional as well. I am saving $50 a month with layer 3. Don't hesitate, you can't go wrong with them.

(1 Star) Absolutely…read morehorrible experience with Comcast. Comcast scheduled planned maintenance during normal business hours, claiming the outage would only last 2 hours. Instead, it turned into an all-day outage, leaving my business with no internet and no phone service. As a business owner, that means I couldn't operate, serve customers, or conduct business. This has caused a significant financial loss. The most frustrating part is that this wasn't an emergency--it was planned. Whoever decided to perform this maintenance during business hours showed a complete lack of consideration for businesses that depend on their services. There are 16 other hours in the day when this work could have been done with far less impact. I also spoke with Kim, a supervisor, regarding Work Order #685702. Rather than showing any concern or empathy for the financial hardship this outage caused, she was condescending and dismissive. It was clear she had no interest in helping or taking ownership of the situation. Comcast's poor planning, lack of communication, and disregard for its business customers are unacceptable. I will be requesting compensation for the revenue my business lost because of this preventable outage. After this experience, I'll be seriously looking into switching providers. If Verizon can provide more reliable service and treat its business customers with greater respect, they'll be getting my business instead.

I called Direct TV to cancel and I told them I NEVER use the service. The lady said I was just using it last night to watch Dumb and Dumber. I said no, it's a mistake, so she pulled up IP addresses and locations of the use. Lol, my ex has been using my service and knowingly doing it as he's done it on his phone, his tablet, home and who knows what else. She literally pulled the usage since Jan of this year when I left him. Well I immediately changed my password and lesson learned. Never give access to temporary people.
