I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have. My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others. A small store with accessories (covers, chargers mostly) & some refurbished phones for sale-but it's all about the repairs. I was quoted $129 to replace my iPhone screen. 30-40 minutes for the work. I opted to leave. When I returned my phone was not ready as the Technician noticed my battery was swollen and recommended replacing it. "No thanks as I'm not going to keep this phone much longer." I looked at their price list and noticed there was a budget screen for $95. Ok I'll go with that one instead. Would have been good to mention this in the beginning. Also a 10% discount is available with Yelp check in-didn't see this til after. Service was good and engaging overall with some good information about the repair, etc. My phone is back to pre Light Saber state. Only recommendation would be to give all of the options upfront. The company I went through, used Clinton Electric for the install. Appointment was set. Estimator from Clinton Electric came out. Did the walk through, told me what I would need,(Some things sounded questionable), he claimed some things needed to be "up to code" and he stated that "A whole house generator is a LUXURY." Recieved the estimate by email..a whopping $18,000 plus. Now I understand that it cost to install a whole house generator, but what I DIDN'T understand, is HOW is it that The Generator cost about $7,600 plus, for a 24,000KW unit...and that meant the INSTALL ALONE, would be OVER $11,000, which I thought was RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED!!! Contacted Clinton Electric via email, was informed that the Estimator would call back the same day, because I requested a copy of the breakdown in prices. Here it is OVER a week later, and NO ONE called. I will be getting the Generator one way or the other, but I will NOT be paying $11,000 just for the install that I was being charged by Clinton Electric Company. I WILL NOT BE USING THEM. Total rip off!! GO ELSEWHERE!! After reading many other reviews, I have noticed the same pattern, where others said that this company was "OVERPRICED." That have also been my experience.
