They sent an email telling me that they don't do work in Baltimore City. When I asked them about this via phone, it was obvious that this business stereotypes against people who live in Baltimore and they do not want my business. Frankly, I felt that their position was racially motivated which is crazy because I am Caucasian; however, this didn't matter because I live in Baltimore. This business should be boycotted because of their racially insensitive position. There is no place for a Baltimore business to do work/or not do work that is racially motivated.

I looked at three known fireplace businesses in the area including the company that put in my current insert. I chose American Professional for many reasons. Initial contact was competent and courteous. The assessment was performed by Lyle who was knowledgeable and always available before, during and after the sale. The installation was super professional. The team that came to the house put plastic around the job site (floor to ceiling), ensured that I understood what was happening at each step and the end result was amazing! Best overall value with best price for a better product! I heartily recommend this company based on my personal experience. I couldn't be happier with my experience!

From there Alex took over and within a matter of hours had came up with a couple designs that blew me away. I didn't have to change anything. I was surprised and little concerned that it only took this two-person team 15 minutes to clean and get on the roof to check things out. I mentioned something to Tim and he had his sidekick come back to work on it for five more minutes.
