    Our new 55" Samsung TV purchased from The Big Screen Store!

    We purchased our 3rd Samsung television this past week from The Big Screen Store. Our Sales Manager, Dennis Wey, guided us through the various Samsung televisions. We have a small space and wanted to replace our 55" Samsung with another. Even though we loved the larger TVs, we did still want the 55". Dennis understood our wants/needs and wasn't pushy nor did he make us feel uncomfortable about wanting to purchase the 55". Dennis was friendly, knowledgeable, and we would recommend him and The Big Screen Store. The delivery was a fast turn-around. The gentlemen who delivered, set-up, and made sure everything was working (we have Direct TV) completed that task without any issues. Big thanks to everyone!

    We went to the Big Screen Store in Towson, MD to buy a 32 in Samsung Frame TV because it was the only place that had them in stock. We get there and we're greeted by a friendly gentleman who we told "we were here to buy a tv" he pointed to the TVs and off we went. As we knew exactly what we wanted we waited patiently for someone to become available. We were approached by Josh Wiley, we asked if there was a Samsung frame TV on display he pointed us to the display and went to see another customer. A few minutes later Josh came back to us and we asked is the TV was connected to cable. Josh said "No these are pictures of my golfing trip". We said okay and asked about a 32 in Samsung Frame TV as that is what we wanted. He took us to his desk. My husband was asking a few questions about the Direct Connect. We were being hurried along. Josh then said "You know this sale isn't putting food on my table" I looked at my husband in disbelief. As we paid cash for the TV and the install. I asked if it came with a frame to which I was assured by Josh that it was. Well it wasn't. Not only was Josh Wiley rude to us as paying customers his demeanor was very dismissive like we were wasting his time because "this sale wasn't putting food on the table". The sad part is we were going to buy a couch as well but left without buying one because of the poor service we had received by Josh Wiley. Also, We are out another $150 because I need to buy a frame at another store. The whole experience was a waste of our time and money. Hi

    Cheap finish on the handles example 1 of many. - The image depicts a close-up of a metallic door handle mounted on a wooden door.     The salesman who helped us here was nice so I'll leave that alone. I'm rating so low because we paid a shit ton of money for a tv stand and surround sound bar. The tv stand itself was $964-ish. That's shy of $1000 for the tv stand alone. It's bigger and heavier than the average stand so figured maybe we were paying for quality. Well when it was delivered I realized that was a pipe dream. I had noticed small chips on a handle that most likely occurred while the delivery guys were bringing it into our house. I wrote it off as a necessary casualty. Well not even a month into owning this and it's gotten even MORE chips and from what I have no clue. I got close to the handles used a light and realized the "finish" on the handles is super thin and cheap. No wonder it's flaking off easier than a pie crust. Next I discovered the wood parts are also chipping paint now. This is pathetic for the price we paid. If you want quality, buy from somewhere else. There's chips and dings in so many places on this thing I'm pretty upset we wasted money on it. I'm gonna have to sand and repaint it to give it REAL durability because this was a total crapshoot. If you value your money spend it elsewhere because this is not the place. At least not for tv stands. @jason: no this is not a "rustic" tv stand. I am familiar with that design and that is not what this was in store. Nor is that the case when Iook at the piece in it's entirety. It's a smooth color all over and there were zero signs of intended distress on the example in store. This is a far cry from rustic. And why am I going to call you so you charge me for more handles? (The photo is just one of 4 that are chipping with that cheap finish) So the new ones can chip again? How much do I have to pay to get the quality I thought I was originally paying for? Just accept that you are selling cheap low quality tv stands. I spent a lot of money there. I love the surplus's sound bar and amp I purchased. This tv stand is the only part of my order that sucks and I'm not changing my review for that. Electronics = great. Tv stands= trash.

    We were looking to furnish our newly finished basement. We wanted a movie room. Walked in the big screen store and were immediately approached for help. Me, I am hesitant to trust salesman. Mike ended up being very knowledgeable and let us browse. We were looking for theater style seating and a BIG tv. We ended up getting a good deal on both. I usually install myself, but with the size and price I paid the extra 200 to get install. Install was great. All wires pulled through wall and hooked up. Not only did he make sure all hookups worked, he showed me all the basics of my new smart tv. Very pleased with the whole process. I still haven't received the theater seating, but that's due to COVID causing delays.

    This place is nothing short of awesome . The kia boys tried to steal my sons car from in front…read moreof his home thanks goodness for the updates that kia provided which was successful in preventing the theft. Poptronics did an excellent job with the installing of my sons security system. I did notice after dark fell that there was no security indicator light that flashes just for extra security and another layer of theft deterrent. When i called back up to the shop they were more than happy for my son to bring the car back in to have the light placed in the car which again they did a seamless and excellent job.
