I took my 10 year old Delllaptop with charger and battery to Battery Warehouse. I explained to Mr Bill Cave that the laptop did not work and I suspected it was the charger or bad battery. Mr. Cave very carefully checked both and determined the charger was faulty. To my big surprise a new charger was in stock As to the battery he suggested I consider a new one. I've stopped in twice now in three days, one for one vehicle that seemed to be slowly losing electrical juice and another vehicle I seem to have to jump start any time it goes for more than a few days without being started. In both instances they were able to quickly check my battery, see whether or not the alternator was able to charge it, and get me back out quickly with a diagnosis. In neither instance was my battery the problem, so they never charged me or tried to sell me anything I didn't need. They even very kindly fixed/re-tightened the positive terminal on one vehicle as it was loose enough to be pulled off by hand, which mostly likely was the reason for the battery never getting a good charge. back story- I drive an older Audi and that car had four different batteries in it so I was unsure of the group # I called and asked about a battery and the guy said120$ w install, I was like great because Walmart and autozone said they wouldn't install it I came in the next morning & they guy took one look at my battery specifications and said I have a battery for it, it's gonna be 70$. I was ecstatic at this point, we go sit down and not even six minutes later the car was good to go, at this point we were a little nervous, 70$ battery and a couple minutes?? They were extremely honest with me today. I thought I needed a new car battery which would have been around $150. The gentleman took my battery to the test station and used a drill with an adapter to clean the battery terminals. He told me the issue was most likely that the terminals were just dirty and that I really didn't need to buy a new battery yet. He recommended I charge the battery and come back if something still didn't work. I really appreciate that type of honesty. He could have easily ripped me off by telling me to buy an expensive battery that I didn't need. (I was prepared to buy one) he could have tried to charge me to clean the terminals but didn't even think twice about it. He was extremely professional and gave me some great advice. Way more knowledgeable than the guys at some auto parts stores. I highly recommend going there before anywhere else for battery needs!!!!!!! read more

I've been here a few times with two vehicles. The employees have always been friendly and knowledgeable. One time, I requested a new battery and the employee showed me, via diagnostics, that it wasn't necessary, which gave me another year or so out of that battery. When I did need each battery replaced, the work was done quickly while I waited and they were careful to not scratch the paint (which I noticed after a bad experience at a different shop). My father needed a new battery for his Ford Diesel truck. He called in the morning to see if they had the battery in stock. They did. I drove him to pick up the battery after work and waited 30 minutes for them to finally check him out. I was waiting in my car for him to come out with the battery and got frustrated over the wait and walked into the store. My father and another couple were the only customers in the store. I asked if something was wrong with the battery and if they had it in store. The women working in the store I don't know if she's the manager or just a worker, started giving me fake complements just trying to calm me down because she could tell I was frustrated. It was extremely uncomfortable. Then she decided to give me a "how to get the heaven" flyer. I'm not religious and don't want to given religious flyers. They just need to work on customer service skills because you shouldn't have to wait that long when there's no customers in the store and they have the battery in stock. read more
