Ive come in here before for a replacement battery for vehicle key fob. I have 2 vehicles that now need replacement batteries in the fobs. I was not aware that they have a lifetime battery swap out per key fob but if you have 2 fobs per car make it make sense. Lol. Just swap the batteries and bring in the one that is causing trouble. The batteries are $9.99 so $26.99 makes sense for a one time fee for life. I was speaking to the very nice and knowledged Olivia and she not only changed the batteries out but informed me of all the money saving options as well as setting up for the key fob addition with a coupon that will make it under $200. Im coming back as the dealership is $500+. They are super nice and customer service is my thing. In addition, this store has more then the name. read more

My experience with this establishment was better than I ever expected. It was a smooth, clear & concise transaction. I spoke to Al who answered all of my questions with clear details. I came in, was assisted by John, he got right on making my replacement, the price I was quoted over the phone was the same in store, no surprises or hidden fees, it was great. Went to have a wire repaired inside a dog e-leash transmitter. The wire came disconnected when I was swapping out the battery so I called to see if they could address the problem. About 2 months ago my iPhone 7 needed a new battery. It was so slow & felt hot to the touch if I watched video. A friend suggested a new battery. I went to a place suggested by another friend. The person claimed to know how to change the battery. Then a few days ago, if I was on Facebook or writing an email, the screen refreshed & whatever I was working on disappeared. So this time I went to Batteries Plus Bulbs. The tech, Mike, changed it in 15 minutes! The phone is working great. And the cost was half of what I paid at the other place! I had an incredible visit to this store today - made so mostly by the gentleman who waited on me, I believe his name was Mike (Usr: MYEB on my receipt). He was so professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Also, even though he said he had a pending order which needed to be finished within the hour, he came out to my vehicle to help me install my new car battery and explain the process. I couldn't have been more pleased. Just wanted to say that he's a fantastic employee, one that the company should surely want to keep around. Dont ever go to them to get your iPhone repaired , they run a scheme which they will replace your battery with a defected one so you will buy a new one smh don't believe me go there with a new battery n watch it will not work again read more

The service and work is always great here. I have had an iPhone screen repaired because the color was messed up, and an iPad fixed twice. The only thing I don't like is that everything costs $100, but they say they will take $10 off. The iPad only needed a battery replace, and that costs me $90 plus tax. read more

I hate to leave negative reviews, but sometimes its warranted. I am sure they know their stuff with batteries and bulbs. I went here to order a key Fob for my vehicle. I was very specific with the employee about he type of key I needed. He said He see its and it needs to be ordered, That's fine..I payed 100usd as a deposit on the 200usd total. With the current crisis going on He informed me shipping may be slow, That' fine also. This was on a Tuesday. That Saturday I checked in like I was advised. They told me Tuesday. That Tuesday I checked in they told me Friday. That Friday I checked in, the employee told me that they are having a problem getting my key and it is sold out. But alternately would I like to order a less expensive type for my car without all the features. I told him "NO"..I want the key I ordered. He said ok it will take a few more days. I checked back Tuesday, They told me Friday. That Friday I got a message that my key was in. I went to the store, the employee began programming, I had no seen the key yet, He goes in the store midway, comes back in 10 minutes and I notice the key is not the right key. I brought it to his attention and he remained silent. He continued programming. Of course after programming the key did not function for my vehicle. He told me my key was" sold out,and hard to get" This was after hours so I left and returned the next day for a refund. Be upfront with your customers! I don't mind paying for good business, But no one wants the 'run around' or to get what they did not pay for. I went online that night and ordered the correct key and got it programmed the next day. I dont feel my experience is the whole tale of this place. But it is my experience there. read more

RIP OFF! Bought 12v battery recommended by Store Clerk. Installed it as directed into Fios Cable/Internet/TV box to replace back-up battery. Their battery fried the Fios Cable/Internet/TV box which had to be replaced. Wouldn't refund me for the defective or wrong battery. Denied that battery caused problem. Called parent company, they stood behind store. I would avoid buying from them! read more

Batteries Plus Bulbs has been my new go to place for watch batteries, especially with their battery replacement program, as well as getting great quality and variety of light bulbs most big box stores don't have. Most importantly, they are now my go to place for repairs needed for my iphone. They have done what apple refused to do in repairs, for my iphone at very reasonable prices. Apple, unsurprisingly, wanted me to buy a new phone instead of making a repair to fix my gps on my phone. Batteries Plus Bulbs, fixed the problem for $60. Additionally, when I first went in to fix my phone, they advised I wait until another particular symptom on my phone occurred, because there was a chance that the repair may not solve the issue and they didn't want me to spend money uncessarily. I've also had my iphone battery and screen replaced there as well. read more

This place is a hidden gem! My car battery recently died on me and I was dreading buying a new battery and having it installed. I checked Advance Auto Parts, Autozone, Pep Boys, Jiffy Lube and all told me that a new battery would be on average $125 plus installation costs. Pep Boys even said that the battery for my car model has a difficult installation so they would charge a little extra. Then I remembered that I saw a new battery store that opened near me. I checked out their website and saw that they had every single battery that one person would need in life! There was only one guy working that day who was the epitome of excellent customer service! I can't say enough about him. I wish I got his name. Anyway, he showed me the auto batteries, and found one for $94 with a $10 rebate! I was amazed at how dedicated he was to making sure that I didn't overpay for anything. Then he installed the battery, free of charge. Did I mention it was raining cats and dogs outside? By the time he finished, the rain had formed a river at his feet. I was so grateful and tried to tip him but he said it was unnecessary.
