Ive come in here before for a replacement battery for vehicle key fob…read more I have 2 vehicles that now need replacement batteries in the fobs. I was not aware that they have a lifetime battery swap out per key fob but if you have 2 fobs per car make it make sense. Lol. Just swap the batteries and bring in the one that is causing trouble. The batteries are $9.99 so $26.99 makes sense for a one time fee for life. I was speaking to the very nice and knowledged Olivia and she not only changed the batteries out but informed me of all the money saving options as well as setting up for the key fob addition with a coupon that will make it under $200. Im coming back as the dealership is $500+. They are super nice and customer service is my thing. In addition, this store has more then the name.

My adventure started rough because of my poor choice of timing I went on a Saturday at like 5pm so of course the mall is packed & finding parking is a battle all unto itself. After bout 29 minutes of circling I found a spot then proceeded to go in & was greeted by Stephen. I told him exactly what I was looking for & he did an amazing job of helping me. But the best part was the ring I settled on wasn't scheduled to arrive until September the 27th which was the day I was selected to go to Paris. So Stephen being the life saver he is came up with the brilliant idea of purchasing a second ring that was available today & taking that to Paris wit me (cause Paris was where I intended on popping the question at). Then when I got back just bring that ring back with all my paperwork & return that when I come to pick up my ring. Luckily the Wednesday before I was scheduled to leave I got an email to pick my ring up so the swap out never ended up happening because I went to Paris with the correct one. But if you're in the market for wedding or engagement rings I would recommend Zales
