He explained all of my options to me, walked me through what I could expect from my new phone, and helped me pick out optimal accessories and necessities like a case and charger. I was expecting this to take a while as when I last upgraded I spent nearly the entire day in the Verizon Ocean City location. Sinclair made everything SO easy, cracked jokes, and answered all of my questions. Great experience!

There were 3 workstations where you can access Microsoft Office, design software, the internet, etc. I was surprised that I needed to select a maximum amount when entering my credit card instead of the fees accumulating as the minutes passed. There is also no option to extend your time, which I found unusual and inconvenient. Other than that, I was greeted when I arrived and would not have hesitated to ask for help if I needed it.

She continued to express that if I had ordered in the store I could have gotten a discount since the order was incorrect but because I ordered online there was nothing to be done. Not a care in the world for my inconvenience. I couldn't get the posters fast enough from my normal provider and so went to the location that guaranteed fast service and was five minutes away from my office. A five minute pop in caused me a 45 minute delay and I had to cancel a meeting because the posters were not ready after an email alerted me that my order was waiting for pick up. Not one single apology or empathetic gesture. Mistakes are expected and every one makes them. Poor service and response is unacceptable.

Buyer Beware Our…read moreexperience with The Big Screen Store and its President, Jason Brager, was extremely disappointing. We purchased two Parker House "Parker Living" genuine leather chairs, and one arrived with puckering leather on the arm. Despite repeated requests, Mr. Brager refused to send anyone to inspect the chair, replace it, or offer a refund. His communication was combative and unprofessional throughout the process. Only after several days of continuous emails and filing a dispute with our credit card company were we able to secure a full refund. I also reached out to the furniture manufacturer, and they confirmed that it is not the quality that should be expected. Be aware that this company is not customer-friendly. Their approach seems to be to wear customers down and keep as much of your money as possible. Mr. Brager even stated that used floor models are the "barometer" for new furniture quality--meaning if you see flaws in a used floor model, you should expect the same flaws in your brand new purchase. We would never do business here again, which is unfortunate since we were long-term customers purchasing more than 6 high-end televisions and a leather Palliser sofa before this experience. Found this same brand/color chair at Homegoods for $399.99 without any damage, which is more than $100 less based on their "sale" price plus delivery!
