Quick, courteous, fixed my iPhone 14 that was SHATTERED. not much more I could ask for

I needed a new battery for an old iPhone. I visited the Bowie Town Center location and was extremely happy with the expertise , timeliness and professionalism of the service technician. Not only did he fix my phone, but he educated me on the proper way to charge my phone to maintain the battery life. I highly recommend the Bowie Town Center location. read more

As quoted, quick and easy. Phone was repaired with ease within 20 minutes. Crisis averted!!!. I have gone here twice and my fiancé had his google phone repaired here as well. They even fixed my camera!! VERY pleased. Will return if my phone screen becomes damaged once more. Thank you cellphone repair Gods!! read more

These guys are as honest as the day is long. They repaired our screen in an attempt to fix an issue. It wasn't the screen causing it so they undo the repair so we could walk to the Apple Store to fix it. They refunded us in full. Can't ask for more than that. Go here for a screen before you pay more at the apple store. It's about 50 ft away. read more

We are older. My wife bought a new phone and we stopped here to see if they carry a nice case. The manager knew what cases worked and showed us a whole wall of choices. So she picks the pretty flower design and I ask the price. $15 installed! Another time I had my phone and snippers in my back pocket and sat down to a terrible sound. My screen looked like a spider web so of course I freaked out and ran back to this store expecting an expensive repair. The manager very calmly removed the broken protective cover and showed me my glass is ok. He cleaned it all and installed new glass protective cover for $15! Their products are stylish and very reasonably priced. Best of all is the good service. We were in and out in a few minutes. read more

Broke my phone screen one night dropping it. I did not want to shell out over $300 for an iPhone 8 replacement. I came in. Greeted right away. Two guys were at the desk really friendly and polite. Gave me the overview. Phone fixed in 30-45 minutes. Phone works perfectly fine still 3 weeks later. No issues at all. Screen is nice and fully functional. read more

Friendly people. Fair price. Quick and recommended a tempered glass so it was less easy for my kid to break next time.

If you schedule an appointment at this location, keep in mind the don't open until 12pm ok Sunday's. Regardless of having to wait for the mall to open my service person, Ray was on top of getting my phone fixed. It's very hard doing regal during Covid but Ray had great service not just with me, but with much more frustrated customers. He set realistic expectations and offered some good tips. I would definitely recommend. The tech was also very knowledgeable and speedy. read more

Had a bad day by dropping your phone, cracking the screen then trying to work through it with a failing battery? We'll that was my week...at least until I took my iPhone 6s+ to this place. Nishar greeted me within 5 seconds of entering the store and handed my phone (ala new screen and battery) back within 30 minutes. Fast? Check! Friendly? Check! Fair? Check! I'm not too sure if the parts are OEM quality but the service and attitude was great! read more

This is the ONLY place I am willing to have my cell phone screen protector replaced!!! What used to cost between $50-85 now only costs $15 each time for an actual glass protector!! And being that I couldn't be clumsier...I'm ridiculously grateful that their prices are so low!! And they put it on for me - so no bubbles....yay!! Great customer service. Also only place I take my phone to be repaired..... LOVE THEM!!! read more

I paid over $300 to have the entire front of my phone replaced and now the down volume button isn't working and the audio input sounds horrible. I will change my review if management finds a resolution for these issues. read more

They were very quick and fast no waiting . They were very professional and just generally nice people. I would recommend them to anyone.

Middle child dropped her iPhone 6 right before we were heading out for dinner in Towson. I did the yelp thing to find a place she could spend her allowance to get it fixed. This place popped up. We stopped in and Nishar hooked us up. It cost 99 bucks and with the free glass protection he tossed on (thanks again yelp) we were done within half an hour. My guess is that he only needed half that time. One extra nice touch was that he charged the phone while we were gone. Score! Phone works great, kid is happy, what more could one ask for? read more

My CellPhone Repairs - Right at the escalator between 2nd and 3rs floor - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Towson, Maryland

I recommend taking any of your apple products to be repaired by apple. I paid $150 for my iphone screen repair and a extra $50 for an case. The case was nice and the people there are friendly as far as services, but when they repaired my phone they did not use an apple screen, but a super cheap one and now my phone is broken completely and I will have to pay even more money to get a new phone. The services are terrific but my phone is completely coming apart now. read more

Allowed me to charge my phone for free without any hassles. Great prices on phone repairs and very good customer service. While every Tom Dick and Harry phone salesman is trying to nickel and dime you for repairs, these guys are very understanding and will only quote you what you need. read more

This place is the best! So quick and cheap, and they did a great job!! I got a screen repair, screen protector, and a case for a better price than just the screen repair would cost at other places. HIGHLY recommend! read more

this company is not a good company to deal with. they took my phone over a month ago and will not give it back. i am ready to file a lawsuit in court. stay away from this company. it is always at their lab. please dont leave your phone there. they are very dishonest and they dont respond to your complaint. read more

Cracked iPhone 6s Plus fixed within 30minutes! No problems. Used phone right after, looks brand new! A bit pricey but compared to Apple care or using through my phone company it is cheap! Hopefully will not have to come back lol but I shall send people over. Thanks again guys. read more

The Apple Store told me my phone was "unfixable", because a 3rd party charger piece had broken off in the port. I brought it to Nishar in Towson Town Center, he told me he would fix it for $30, or it would be free to look at it. He fixed it lickety split! Great service! read more

When you need a new battery for your phone, this is the place to go! My husbands phone battery died and they replaced it after checking to see if it was the battery. They are very friendly and very helpful. The price is great for a new battery. read more

Great service. Employees was very helpful and had great manners, i definitely would recommend them and I'll be back soon! Thanks for the case and screen protector. read more

I went to the Apple Store to get my so phone repaired and was told it was a three hour wait just to see someone. On my way out of town small, I looked up and saw my cell phone repair shop and figured I would give them a try. 30 minutes later shahman and Osman had my phone ready and like new. These guys are my new best friends. read more

The screens they use to replace your broken one have a noticeable blue/green tint to them. Very annoying. The service was good and fast though. No complaints there. read more

Had my Nexus 6P battery replaced here. They placed an order for the battery and called me a week later to bring my phone in and have the battery replaced. It took under an hour and the price was very reasonable. read more

Went to the Apple store in the Towson Mall on 9/30/2017and there was a three hour to replace my battery. While waiting I came across this store and just took a chance to see if they replaced iphone batteries. I was so pleased to find out that they indeed replaced batteries and I was only a 20 minute process. Fast forward to 11/30/2017 and my battery is acting up again. I called to see how long how long was the warranty was on the battery and I was told 30 days!! Had I know this piece of information before hand I would of just happily waited those 3 hours to get my battery replaced by the apple store. NEVER AGAIN, waste of MONEY! read more

Took my iPhone 7 here to replace a cracked screen on June 17. There was no wait here unlike the Apple Store. The only employee took about 20 minutes to replace the screen. I paid and left seemingly satisfied. However, from that point on the screen had less than normal responsiveness to touch and would often do wacky things. I took the phone to an Apple Store and they immediately saw the poorly replaced screen. I paid Apple to replace it once again. What a waste of time and money. Buyer beware. read more

I took my iPhone 7 in to have the screen repaired. They tried to fix my screen but couldn't because of the aftermarket screen they used. They gave me a refund, but in the process, they broke my home key and somehow broke my battery so that the phone won't hold a charge now. The battery goes from 100% to basically 20% in about an hour, even when it's not in use. I came in with a cracked screen and left with a cracked screen, a broken home button and a busted battery. And now, the Apple store won't even replace the screen because this place broke the phone. So now I need a new phone. Great. I should have just gone to the apple store in the first place. read more

Absolutely amaze balls!!!! I had a horrible experience at The Apple Store prior to seeing this place. But they saved my life and my daughters' phone. I was told it couldnt be fixed and needed to be replaced for $329 but these guys worked magic!!! And I paid $50 less than my previously quoted repair price and waited only 30 minutes! I will definitely be back!!! Thank you! read more

Greatest cellphone repair shop ever. Apple had a 7 hour wait time. These guys had me in and out in 20 minutes. Skip the Apple...make My CellPhone Repairs your first stop. read more

I completely cracked my iPhone 6s so I went in this store in Towson Mall. The employees were very nice and attentive. Though it is a little pricey they were very fast and prompt. (It was 159$ plus tax. I also got the gorilla glass which was 20$ with the screen repair.) There was another customer ahead of me and the gentleman told me it would be about 20 minutes. I wandered around the mall and came back in 20 minutes and it was ready. I would definitely recommend this store for your phone repair needs. read more

These guys are awesome! My iPhone 6S speaker volume was unexplainably low and driving me completely nuts. Went to the Apple Store and found out that not only would be a minimum of $130 diagnosis fee and a several day wait to be seen, but that I might have to leave it overnight too. I left feeling resigned, but on my way out saw this store. The owner was super helpful and said that he would install a new speaker and only charge me if it worked. Well, lo and behold, just 30 minutes later and for a fraction of the cost, my phone is as good as new! They also do screen repairs and sell the usual cell phone stuff. And also fix all types of electronics. I will go out of my way to break all my stuff and bring it back here for repair! My wife cracks her iPad screen every other month, so there is a start! read more

Osman did a great job--he fixed a cracked screen and added tempered glass in about an hour. Very satisfied with the speed and quality.

This place is amazing! I went in with a totally cracked screen and they were able to get it back to me the next day, only b.c I came in close to the mall closing. They were really thorough making sure that they protected the work they did by selling a glass cover. I went home and put my phone case on and was very happy till half the screen went black. I think the pressure may have been applied too high when the screen cracked and the LCD finally went out- this is what both Nishar, His coworkers and the Apple store had to say about it. They are very knowledgeable about their craft! Since I had just come in for the glass replacement they were able to offer a kinder price for fixing the LCD which when comparing to the apple store was way easier to cope with. The second time the phone was done before I was enjoying the mall. Over all smooth and kind experience. I hope I will not have to see them again for a quick fix but if the time comes they will be the first I go too, and you should too!!! :) read more

Running around doing too much, I dropped my already cracked iPhone 6 on the very hard concrete. No surprise to anyone, my phone cracked again rendering it essentially unusable... After a mini-meltdown, I remembered that there was a cell phone repair spot less than 10 minutes away in Towson Town Center. Fearing the worst, I went directly to My Cellphone Repairs. Nishar calmly informed me that it was just a simple screen replacement job and that fortunately I caught them during their Black Friday Sale. So, it would only cost me $69.95 to repair my phone. I was so excited that I sprung for the Tempered Glass Screen protection which was also on sale for $9.99. I think that the repair itself took no more than 30 minutes... I can't say for sure because I did a bit of Christmas shopping and when I returned, my phone was good to go. So while I hope that I never have a reason to come back, if I ever find myself in need of cellphone repair, I would definitely return to My Cellphone Repairs. read more

They did not have the glass protector for my phone in stock. Also, they opened 20 min. late.
